Only thing is the shoestring fries had no salt and the waffle fries were overly seasoned. If they could find a middle ground for both, I think the fries would be good. We decided to try the Original 1/2 chicken + smoky mayo sauce on the side. And paired it with a side of sweet potato fries. Wow the sweet potato fries came out first and they have a sweet crunchiness about them! YUM! We didn't wait long until the chicken came and our boy is it PIPING HOT. I had so much fun putting in my plastic glove (thank you, btw, this is a perfect idea.) The smoky mayo was perfect hint of heat and sweet while not over powering the sweet crunchie layer on the chicken. It was perfectly cooked. Wow. Our new favorite Korean fried chicken joint. Only wish that we got more of the little pickled cube radish... its cooling effect, sweet pickly crunch is so refreshing!
