The restaurant isn't very big, but it's well situated. You sit down and order vs ordering at a counter at other chicken locations. The waiter was very friendly and helpful in explaining the difference in the styles/sauces. We decided to try a bunch of different things: Whole Chicken plain and Mabulro (extra spicy) with fries and jalapeño poppers as sides. The chicken was prepared great with perfect amount of sauce on the spicy side. Excellent crunch and flavor. Fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the center with just the right amount of salt. The poppers were probably some of the best poppers I've had in a long time. Cheddar cheese-based. They gave us a couple each of the block cheese balls and cream cheese balls to sample. Both were great but preferred the block cheese better. We had leftovers of the chicken and cheese balls that we took home and reheated in the oven the next day. Both reheated great. Will definitely be returning! read more

I think this is a Korean franchise that's supposed to be "higher end" korean fried chicken. The flavor selection is unique compared to other typical chicken spots that have the soy or gochugang based sauces. We got the black aglio which was their most popular one and corn so amazing. black aglio: 4/5 I think it was decent! it was sweet and sticky like a bbq sauce, but nothing that stood out. aside from the whole roasted garlic cloves, there wasn't much garlic flavor corn so amazing: 3/5 an acquired taste? the powder had that artificial sweet corn taste that is good in desserts but was a bit strange on chicken for me. we also got some fries and coleslaw that were meh. the service was super nice though and gave us some complimentary side sauces and pickles which was very kind. read more

Restaurant is very clean and cozy inside! There is a convenient kiosk in front to order takeout as well. All the chicken is made to order and will take a while, but certainly worth the wait. The chicken comes out piping hot, freshly cooked. They supposedly use an "oven fried" technique, not sure on the details, but the chicken was definitely juicy with a decent crisp on the outside. The Black Aglio flavor was excellent along with the regular one. I wasn't a fan of the spicy one. The fries were delicious and thin as well. Decent wings from a modest establishment that ultimately pales in comparison to other places. I ordered a small set of wings for all four flavors. They come with a side thats the portion size that fits in the palm of your hand. I do like that they bring stuff out as soon as its made, even if it means theres a disjointed flow to the meal. I received my side of fries 5 minutes before the wings came out. The rice cake and sausage skewer was quite enjoyable with its chewy texture and its ability to soak up the sweet sauce its drizzled in. The wings are OK. They could be a lot crispier in texture. While it doesnt help that the maypo in the chilli mayo is making the breading soggy, the other sauce dont immediately soften the outside batter. They were all tender and not overcooked which I appreciate. The Malburo and Black Aglio sauce were the better flavors compared to the Sweet and Chili Mayo Sauce. The sauces in general are not booming in flavor and I felt slightly underwhelmed during the entire meal. Even the malburo could have been hotter, even though it claims to be the hottest. I judge most places based off of BB.Q Chicken. This place falls below BB.Q Chicken in almost every aspect, except maybe getting a small side with any order of wings. Gimme Basak - I've actually never had this flavor before for wings. There are fried crisp of seaweed on top as well as some powder with crispy sea flakes. It kind of reminds me of cheese powder covered wings but with milder flavor. Personally for me, I didn't like this one as much because there were some areas of the chicken where it was very bland and the season didn't stick as well. French Fries - the french fries were pretty good. Nothing too special but they were crispy. VIBES The places pretty nice! There is plenty of seating with metal chairs. The lighting is pretty bright. They have Korean music playing in the background. I thought it was pretty neat that they had disposable plastic gloves so that you could eat the wings. Overall seems like a pretty casual place to go get wings and hang out with friends. SERVICE Service was phenomenal! Happened upon this place during their opening weekend. There were a few restaurants in the strip mall, but my husband LOVES hot wings so we chose Puradak (which means pure chicken). The staff was very welcoming and our server was sweet as could be. We chose our flavors and asked for her recommendation on the style. We both went for regular bone in. They come with your choice of one side, fries, slaw or pickled radish. They didn't have pickled radishes yet but the fries were crispy perfection, but super heavy on the salt. The wings were also perfectly crispy. So so good. I ordered the Corn wings. The seasoning is dry and slightly sweet, but delicious. My husband ordered the chili mayo. Boss Lady and I came in because we love KFC. We eat lots of KFC in Aurora CO's K-town. That being said, e has high hopes for this joint. The joint is clean and the staff was very attentive. There are K-pop videos playing on several TVs. We ordered fries and a couple different flavors of chicken. The fries were good BUT we received a Jack-in-the-box child's portion. Very disappointed. I think I've found my holy grail of Korean Fried Chicken...not only do they have the best flavor combo of cheese & corn (corn-so-amazing), but they have some unique flavors I've never tried before. I wanted to try them all! Luckily they let you order small portions like 4 pieces so we were able to try a variety! Their chicken sandwich was the freshest tasting chicken sandwich I've EVER had. The soy garlic was pretty good, savory and slightly sweet and garlicy, while the korean sweet was a sweet and slightly spicy sauce that tasted like gochujang. What was unique that was a little more gimmicky than anything was the "snow" drinks where they add a later of a shaved ice version of your drink on top. Wish I tried the beer version! They makgeolli was good if you don't really drink it, my husband who enjoys makgeolli didn't care for the snow version. Service was slow, you need to wave down the servers. Ambience was nice, pretty dark inside so I could imagine it would be a nice night out with some friends to drink beer and eat fried chicken. Soduk was very good ! Love the crispness of their wings and the unique flavors available here. We've tried the Mabulro (actually decently spicy for spice lobers), corn so amazing, and the Gimme Basak so far and liked all of them! The Corn flavor comes with corn on the cob pieces included and and the Gimma basket comes with crispy roasted seaweed which we really enjoy. The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside with well coated seasoning and the meat inside is juicy and flavorful. I've tried the Mabulro chicken sandwich as well and it was a nice switch up from our usual wings order but still very delicious in its own way. My cousins and I got lunch at the newest Korean fried chicken spot in Carrollton. It's called Puradak and they are a chain from Korea. Their only other location in the country is in LA. They roast their chicken in the oven and then deep fry them to make it juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I got the black aglio boneless wings, everyone else got wings consisting of the same thing, chili mayonnaise, or corn so amazing. Every order of chicken comes with a free side. The black aglio is their signature sauce, combining a deep, rich soy sauce with garlic. The boneless pieces here are hugeeeee, which explains why it's the same price as the same number of wings. The skin was pretty crispy but I felt like the sauce was too light. I wish it was stronger, same for the garlic flavor. The corn so amazing had corn cobs, and was sprinkled with consommé flavor seasoning. I liked this one too. It's a dry sauce version that's cheesy but also has corn flavor. My favorite was the chili mayo. It's a chili based sauce with mayo for creaminess. The sauce is pretty thick, and honestly not too spicy. I really enjoyed it the most flavor wise though. I also the side of pickle radish I know it's not very popular but I personally enjoyed. Their fries are to die for they have a nice buttery taste that I personally enjoyed.
