When I went to their website, it didn't appear as if you needed to make an appointment if you visited on a weekday. So, one random Wednesday, I stopped at their showroom during my lunch hour. The door was open, but there was literally no one around. I yelled "hello" but got no answer and left. Refusing to give up, I called ahead and made an appointment to make sure that someone would be there to talk to me. Upon coming in my second time, the Sales girl took me into their stock rooms to show me the slabs of granite that they had on hand and provided me with the pricing. I felt rushed through the entire process, but I did see some things that I actually liked. So, based on that I later made a THIRD appointment to come in and look again, promising myself that I would not let this girl rush me around again. With that mindset, I was able to place my order and felt like I got a reasonable price. This girl needs some lessons in better customer service. When it came time to do the templating, the guys that came were VERY quick, efficient, and professional. It was clear that this wasn't their first rodeo and calmed any nervousness I had about shelling out all they money I was about to spend. Once the install was complete, my counters look amazing! I could not be happier with the finished product - they were able to get the countertop into my kitchen in one piece - no seams - which was an appreciated feat of skill. Great job!

Staff would not return calls or provide estimates as promised, requiring my having to initiate following up with staff on 5-6 occasions when they did not act congruent to their word. My floor was installed and it revealed knots and colors not depicted in the sample; I again had to pursue follow up weeks later to only be told the manufacturer determined that I should somehow have anticipated these knots and colors to exist in spite of the sample not even indicating in writing these potential variations and staff not educating me to this point. The contracted staff who actually installed the flooring itself were professional, thoughtful, considerate, and hardworking. They did a wonderful job on the floor itself. However, the floor is not consistent with my expectations and, even worse, main business staff fails to communicate in a timely way to resolve outstanding issues (such as needing to re-install a small molding piece that has been outstanding for nearly two months now). While I empathize that the business may be experiencing staffing limitations and transitions, the lack of communication and action turned an otherwise joyous renovation into a stressful and disappointing experience. I will not personally use this company for future renovations, which is disappointing.

The first one was professional and just couldn't get close to what I could afford. I did notice he didn't take any measurements. The second manager wasn't any help at all and tried to talk me into making installment payments. I couldn't get it through his head that I couldn't afford to make monthly payments And at my age who would want to or afford to. He left very perturbed. He also didn't take any measurements or give me a price. I was very discouraged and really didn't think that I was going to get anew shower. Then Tony arrived. I explained what had happened on the first 2 appointments He immediately put me at ease . He explained the differences between the products that the other 2 companies used and his products. We then checked out the bathroom .Tony explained what the plumber and installer would do. He also checked out the Cellar to make sure there wouldn't be any problems down there. Tony taken all the measurements before going to the Cellar. Then he wrote up the qoute explaining The configuration and parts that were being ordered. I was very excited to see that Tony was able to make the remodel happen. I can't say enough about Tony. Excellant communication, Knowledgeable, fantastic customer service, and a pleasure to work with. He did advise me that the installment would happen around the first week in November.
