The last Lane Bryant I shopped in was at Del Amo mall in Torrance. I was shocked to learn that they closed a while ago. I was told to try Lakewood Lane Bryant. What a fantastic experience. Kayla was fabulous and so was Lorna. They were extremely friendly, helpful and personable. Kayla helped me to find several really cute and very nice pieces of clothing. I had only intended to buy one sweater and a pair of black casual pants. However, they were having a 40% off of everything in store and there were so many cute things that I liked, I tried all of them on and really liked the way everything looked on me. I bought them all. It was so nice to do something for myself instead of just paying bills and buying Christmas gifts for others. I went in thinking I would spend $100 and ended up spending $400. All on sale! Great experience! Great sales team. I will definitely go back sooner than later. Really nice quality clothes.

Yes! The lady at the register was friendly & helpful, conversant. Their merchandise is of good quality, although a bit pricey, most of the clothing I've purchased in the past have lasted well. The employees are always amiable. This one os located in the Lakewood Center mall, near Target, close to the carousel. My only complaint is, they do have plus sizes but limited to plus sized TALL women. Like....Hello Lane Bryant, short/petite XL women are people, too . I would love to see their designers & visionaries come up with designs for clothes for short & stout women to look fabulous.

I was in the store for about seven minutes, and during that time there were two employees at the register chatting with each other and one was looking at their phone. Neither of them acknowledged me or offered any assistance. I even walked around the store within their view, hoping someone would greet me or ask if I needed help (which I did), but that never happened. As a customer, a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Because of the lack of service, I decided to leave without making a purchase (even after seeing two shirts I liked). Hopefully management can encourage staff to be more attentive and engaged with customers in the future.

In the last six months I've had to go into the store on separate occasions looking for bras, jeans, pants, etc. that would fit, but not really knowing my current size. Miranda, Veronica, and a few other ladies have always been amazing. I've told them what I'm looking for and they will pull a few pieces and get me set up in a dressing room. I'm not really a fashion person, so they help determine what fits well and looks best. I truly appreciate the team at this location and look forward to my visits now.

I'm 5'2", weigh 145lbs and purchased a M/L (the largest size they offer). When I got home and tried them on, it was extremely difficult just to pull them up. They barely came up, and while trying to pull them up all the way, I ended up putting a huge hole in the back/butt area. Honestly, I can't imagine how anyone taller than me could wear these. You would probably have to be under 5 feet tall to comfortably pull them up. For $27, they were not worth it at all, and I wasn't even able to wear them.
