I called Keith based on excellent reviews from the NextDoor App. Keith was just finishing a job and was able to come over and clean the carpets. The carpet was in need of cleaning and was in pretty good shape, however, there was a dark rust/water stain due to a potted plant. Keith was able to cut the carpet from a closet and "transplant" a piece where the stain was. I would not believe that was possible and you can't tell the carpet was replaced in that particular spot. I live in an 8 month old house with 2 young daughters, we have a lot of get togethers so there's always a ton of people / kids in and out of our home as a result I wanted my carpets and couches cleaned! AMAZING!! I will never use anyone else but Keith...he was prompt, extremely nice, he gave a very fair honest estimate...and then worked harder on my carpets and tile than I have ever seen anyone do. He got out pets stains with cleaner that no one uses because of the cost to them, though Keith wants you happy and goes out of his way to do just that and uses only quality products and yet his prices are not higher because of it they are Very Competitive considering he works his butt off... And he is a really cool dude on top of it.. He doesn't just rush in and rush out cleaning as fast as possible, like all the rest do that really don't even talk or have a personality. In fact he gave me his estimate before he started the work and turned out it was way low for the amount of work he found out it was once he started on the tile, he said nothing, not one word even though it was obvious how much extra work it was. Don't look any further for your carpet cleaning needs. This is the guy to call! I used Yelp to make a decision about my carpet cleaning and could not be better satisfied. Keith returns his calls very quickly. He is extremely professional. He is on time or you get a phone call telling you that he will be late and it's not usually more than 10 or 15 minutes. I asked him to come give me an estimate for my combination living room-dining room, staircase, upstairs landing, a bathroom, and one of the bedrooms upstairs. Additionally, I needed some really strong chemical work done in the downstairs where I had severe pet urine issues. Keith arrived promptly for both the estimate and his work. He multi tasks carrying on his business phone conversations while doing the work but still paying close attention to his primary job. I paid a small fortune for the pet urine problem, but he said he would guarantee the work and would come back out for as many repeat treatments as needed. The rest of the areas had a regular steam cleaning at a competitive price. Following the first steam cleaning and pet treatment, several days went by. I realized that there was still residual pet urine odor. I called Keith and he was back out within a day or two and of course no extra charge. He was prompt and did the work diligently. About a week later my adult daughter arrived for a visit and mentioned she still smelled the pet odor. One more call to Keith, and he again arrived promptly worked on the areas in question at no additional charge. That was about a month ago and I have no more odor at this time. I have no doubt that, even if it is several months from now before I open the house up again with no air conditioning, if there is still any odor and so long as it is not new, Keith will come back and take care of it for me with no extra charge. Meanwhile, the rest of the carpeting which was cleaned normally is like having new carpet in my house! Keith goes over and above to do a very good job, and his diligence shows. You can't go wrong here! UPDATE: One year later, and the urine smell returned a few months ago. It's not new, as the pets I have now are not the ones who were responsible for the original problems - it's the old odor in the original locations. I've dropped the star rating one down, to make it four stars instead of five, for this reason. I don't know if the product is supposed to be a permanent fix or not, but I'm having my carpet replaced soon, so it's a moot point. I WILL call Keith to do my regular carpet cleaning again, however. I don't blame him for the product's failure, but it was a LOT of money to spend for only one year of odor removal. And no, I didn't bother calling Keith to complain, because of getting the new carpet. read more

Keith at Total Carpet Care has to be one of my best YELP discoveries. My beautiful custom couch had seen better days. Food, drink, dogs...it needed a facelift. Keith assured me I would see a big difference after he was finished. It was, as promised, remarkably different! Smelled like new, and looked gorgeous. He then took on my patio furniture cushions/pillows and removed all the dirt from the webbing of the chairs/couch. Lastly he cleaned an area rug which had been claimed by my dogs.
