Front desk receptionist, Alex, was cold and unwelcoming. When I asked to explain something, she just repeated what she said the first time. She also checked me out. Still same demeanor. Waiting room area appears clean. Saw a nurse practitioner via telemedicine briefly to review medical history then a "Nurse Injector" administered the Dysport. Had bought 50 units prior to the visit but she said I needed 30 more units to cover crows feet area, Glabella and Forehead at $5.50 per unit so I paid a total of $314 with the 50 unit Groupon + additional units. The nurse applied Arnica over the injected areas to minimize bruising (a first for me and I appreciated it). Overall, Alex, in the front not personable or friendly. Nurse injector, Judy, not the most personable either but good skill and I appreciated the arnica and her marking the spots she would be injecting. Will update if I have any adverse reactions or major issues after today.

Top is day of treatment, middle is 3 days after, and bottom is 2 weeks after.

Having a TMS near me is wonderful. I've been going to the Dallas location and seeing Lauren, for years! Lately, I've been going to the SL, location and have been pleased with the results. Brittany and Debbie are both skilled and I've been pleased with my results. So much so, I will be returning for my future treatments, as well as seeing Kiley for skin treatments. Give TMS a try. The staff at Total Med Solutions were so friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I entered the office. They answered every question I had about weight loss and different options to help me reach my goal. Nick and Clarissa were so helpful with me starting the HCG diet! I recently had a great experience here and wanted to share it. The professionalism of this office is excellent. This offfice run by a physician assistant named Nick. He and his staff are wonderful. The nurse practitioner Carissa is extremely knowledgeable about women's health hormones while Nick is extremely knowledgeable about men's health and hormones and they're both very knowledgeable about weight loss. I'm excited to start my program and will send another review after I'be completed by 30 day program. read more

This location is very underrated compared to the other locations. The environment and staff give off nicer and relaxed vibes. The nurses here are definitely more competent and I appreciate how Debbie explained each step and the process of everything during my filler appointment. She was not forceful and very gentle. The Southlake location definitely is much nicer and not ghetto. I HIGHLY recommend to make your future appointments here because I will definitely be coming back here. read more

Front desk staff is exceptionally loud and rude. One of the girls, Joey, felt it was necessary to have an over the phone disagreement with someone about their computers so loudly I couldn't hear the person trying to check me out. She then hung up and thought it was appropriate to interrupt my conversation with the other employee to tell me it's not their job to help with the rewards program. I am extremely veiny around my eyes and every injectionist I've used in the past has bruised me. Judy takes time to make sure she doesn't hit a vein and has never left a bruise! She's so cute she even holds her breath because she cares so much. Their prices are reasonable and Judy has never once tried to upsell or talk me into more units that may have an unnatural look. I highly recommend her! read more

I have been here several times for lip fillers and under eye fillers with Brittany, who always did a good job on my under eyes. Since Brittany left, I went to a new lady to get them done again. She was nice and informative, but I was bruised for almost a week (which was partially my fault, but never happened with Brittany) and there is literally ZERO results from the restalyn in my tear troughs. My under eyes still look sunken in after spending $400 and only one month passing. I'm extremely dissatisfied and won't be returning to this location. read more

She thanked me again. When I went to the from desk to check out I asked about my referral discount. The front desk person and the office manager both told they could not give it to me because whomever was working the from desk when my friend signed up did not list me as the referring person. I replied, you must be kidding. The doc knows I referred him You know I referred him because you have the paperwork for the referral. But because some from desk person did not enter it when he was here I do not get it? OK fine. OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS AND GIVE REFERRAL CREDITS. Please tell everyone you know: If you are happy with the results, sure, go ahead and refer someone. BUT BEWARE: THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PLEDGE TO GIVE YOU A REFERRAL CREDIT! It is a bit and switch type of tactic.

Like the reviews state, the staff keeps you talking so you don't feel much. Just remember to wear socks and gloves. I forgot to wear my gloves and couldn't feel my fingers for a couple hours. It wasn't that bad tho, as it was my fault and not anybody else's. The 3 minutes went by quickly, and before you know it I was getting dressed and on my way home. Before I become a regular tho, I want scientific research that backs up the so-called benefits of this. If anyone can find articles or research please send it! Really cool concept though!

Normally I have gotten my fat burner shots just perfect by the medical assistant I believe her name is Kayjal. She is one of the best to give shots. At first when I purchased my package of 12 fat burner shots I was very nervous about receiving the shots. The medical assistant that I mentioned above helped me feel very comfortable. I could hardly even feel the needle! Which is why she is one of the best !! This last shot I had got was by the Nurse practitioner and it was the worst shots ever! I was very sore for 3 days, I even got a bad bruise where she had gave me the shot. Crazy to think the medical assistant was way better than the NP. She had no clue of what she is doing CLEARLY. Went here yesterday for my first time doing Botox. I had a late in the day appointment and still only waited a few minutes. The receptionists were all so friendly and welcoming. Brittney was great at explaining everything to me about the Botox units and where they would best benefit my facial lines in particular. Ginni & Denyce always make sure I have a great visit. I see them weekly for B-12 shots and monthly for Hydrafacials. 10/10 recommend. I've had facials done at regular spas, however, they do NOT hold a candle to a hydrafacial here at Total Med Solutions. They don't try and upsell you just for fun, they actually care about you and want whats best for you and your skin. (Ps check their website for special offers/promos) My b-12 shot here is cheaper than my pcp with insurance. read more

I've been coming to Total Med Spa Allen for various services for about2 years and love it! Today I came to the new Southlake location for Coolsculpt with Kiley and she is AMAZING. I was a little nervous but she was so sweet, professional and thorough, she set really me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. And it was not bad at all! Debbie is a hidden gem in the Dallas/Fort Worth area! I have had botox and fillers by other medical spas with not as great results. I totally trust her and she always listens to your preferences and does her magic! She is very thorough with the procedure and post treatment instructions each and every time. I have gone to Total Med Solutions several times for a few different treatments. The NP, Steven is great, he helped change my life with Hormone Therapy. I feel like I am 20 years old again! Brittney, the RN Injector is really great at helping you look 10-15 years younger without making you look like you had a procedure done. Great staff and great providers. I have been to several TMS locations and I was SO excited they opened one closer to where I live. This location is by far my favorite. Hardly any wait time! I have done their hcg diet with great results of -30lbs and now I'm in maintenance with b12 shots before round 2. Nick at this location makes it quick and painless. Dr. Brandi is amazing, she diagnosed my problem with migraines and adjusted me so I don't take my prescription migraine medication. She also took care of my chronic low back and hip pain. I got a coupon in the mail for TMS, and I noticed they had a discount for pellets testosterone therapy. From the first time I walked in and getting my labs done everyone was professional. Staff was awesome and even Steve who is the physician that but the pellets in was very informational and at no time did I feel any pain during the 10 minute procedure. read more

My first experience at total med solutions was amazing! Kiley did my laser hair removal and is fantastic! Debbie did my Botox and it was my first time, she walked me through the steps and explained how it works I barely felt a thing I highly recommend her! Best place to come and get you're lip fillers, not to mention Britney is amazing at what she does. Thanks to Nick and Carissa I did there hcg diet with amazing results I lost -32lbs :) I pop in with regular weekly Lipo B Shots. Nick also makes injections quick and painless. I'm loving the energy these weekly Lipo B shots give me. I highly recommend this place. read more
