I wish I had found this place sooner. Judy is amazing! She is so strong and kept consistent pressure throughout my entire 2 hour deep tissue massage. Spectacular service and so nice and considerate. I knew to bring $120 in cash for the massage and at least $20 an hour tip for whoever did my massage. I did however see they take card but I don't know if there is a fee associated with it. I understand how some reviewers felt put off by the minimum required tip but Judy was so great it was well deserved. She probably deserved more than what I brought with me. So if you are if-y on the tipping and worried about getting poor service or trying out this place in general just call ahead and ask for Judy. She's well worth every penny I spend at this place. The only con to all my pros is the door being slightly ajar during my service. It wasn't fully open but enough that someone walking by could easily look in. Judy kept me modest my whole service though and never had me move while people were passing by. I did get to change in and out of my clothes with the door fully closed. The door being slightly open during service made sense to me though given the business and I'm sure for the safety of their staff and clients. read more

They say they're open till 10:00 but if you show up at 9:40 they're going to tell you they're closed. Wouldn't have wasted my time driving across town to get there if my back didn't hurt so much and then to find out they did not want to take me even though it wasn't 10:00. If 9:30 is last appointment then you should say that. Open until 10 to a consumer means you can walk in until then. read more

Came here about two weeks ago for the first time and had one of the best massages I've ever had with Long. His deep tissue massage really got all the tension and tight knots out of my back. In the end, he did all these maneuvers to crack my back and neck, which I haven't been able to do forever!! I felt like a brand new person with a brand new body afterwards. Absolutely wonderful! I am always a little skeptical when going to a place without a recommendation. However, I read the reviews and this place did not disappoint. My therapist was IVY and she was by far nothing short of amazing! Her hands are so strong and she knew just what to do. She asked about pressure; I replied "you'll see what I need." Saw this massage place. Went inside to inquire about a foot massage for myself and my husband. He asked us what kind of massage we wanted, when he found out we wanted only foot he said that n There isn't anything available. Then when we got into our car he then came out and started at us . We lowered our window and asked if he needs anything , he then said that he has a combo massage available! And we said all we wanted was a foot massage, he said that we can go down the street for a $20 foot massage... While almost laughing !!!! How rude!!! We wanted a foot massage, it wasn't because we couldn't afford a massage ... we wanted a foot massage! We just got an all body massage last night! We have 2 massage tables in our master bedroom and 2 massage chairs! Upstairs and downstairs because we massage!!!! And we can afford to have a massage therapist come to our house twice a week. I used to come here once a month. I ended up coming to get a massage for my birthday, it was the day before because I was confused with the hours and days they were open and if they were open on that day. I was a walk in this time, so when I asked them about the birthday rate which is posted on the wall. They processed the payment pretty quickly like on auto pilot and then they scolded me saying I needed to say it first. Then the lady told me no it has to be on the actual day and I have to pay full price, I then explained sorry I didn't know they were open on that day. My bad, but since I was a walk in and didn't have an appointment I would just come tomorrow to get the discount. Well now that changed everything and now 4 or 5 employees started speaking another language and then they had to call someone. She looked visibly annoyed. They then reprocessed my payment to reflect the discount still being pretty rude the whole time. I was not really in the mood any longer to even get a massage and asked them to cancel it all but she began saying we gave you the discount and was being pushy and so I went ahead and just did the massage. I really shouldn't have because she was being really aggressive with the massage, still professional but you could tell she was annoyed. My husband and I called and got in for a massage this evening. When we got there we both asked for the foot reflexology $35 for one hour. The gentleman at the front said that massage wasn't available and something about his massage therapists "being tired" I think...as his English was a little hard to understand...He proceeded to say they were available for the more expensive massages however. Isn't a massage a massage? Reading a previous review, this is one of their up-sell stupid tactics. If he can't offer foot reflexology, than take it off the menu of services, seriously! The place is clean and there is plenty of parking. Their place is clean and well maintained, especially the restrooms. The receptionist is professional and welcomed us warmly. (Then why 1 star?!?!) The massage itself, unfortunately, was horrible. I booked for 90-minutes and specifically asked to focus on my back. The therapist's pressure was inconsistent throughout the body, she did not use oil/lotion on my arms making the massage rough, she was wearing bracelets at the time of the session giving me marks on my back area, and the worse part is she keeps getting interrupted by other therapists. I ended up having around 70 minutes of actual massage. Will never go back here. Not recommended if you are looking for a high quality massage. read more

This is funny, as I'm writing this review, my wife told me that there's a review from 3 years ago that sounds just like our most recent experience. We always book a couple's massage, and it's always been good, but our last two appointments have been disappointed. Both ladies seem to be taking or having a conversation in their native language and it gets uncomfortable, because it feels like they were just scratching my foot with one hand only and in one spot only as well. They seemed more concentrated in their conversation than in giving is a massage. At the end, because our experience wasn't pleasant, I only tip $15 each and the lady at front desk whom I thought it was the same person that gave me a massage, told me that the minimum required tip was $20 for each. I have been coming to this spa for years. I've had great experiences relieving my pain and the facility is very clean. I finally returned for the first time last month since Covid hit and was treated by Yuki. She was Amazing! I work from home using my dining chair for 8 hours in front of my laptop, so you can imagine how tense my back and shoulders get. Yuki worked the kinks in my back and I instantly felt relief. After reading mixed reviews here I decided to roll the dice and see what happened. I came in for a combo 30 minute body and 30 minute reflexology massage, I think it was either 50-60 dollars. The room I was led to was clean. When I asked about which state of undress I should be in, the lady responded that it was "up to me." I ended up in my underwear only, because I read that they oil up your back. My masseuse barely spoke English but knew enough to ask about pressure preference. I just let her do whatever she thought was best and for the next 60 minutes she flatted me out. I only fell asleep briefly during the reflexology, but otherwise this is not a place to come for a relaxing massage where they barely touch you. They really work out the knots. On the way out I needed to use the restroom, where I found out there were lockers and a shower. Why didn't anyone tell me about those amenities? Is it because I'm paying less than any other customer? I was pretty irate by this. I can see why the reviews are mixed. Would I come back? Maybe. If you're in need of a cheaper but good massage, you should come here if you're in the area. Plus, the prices were fair ($120 for a couple's deep tissue massage) and it was easy to book a same-day appointment. Best massage I've ever had. Was in unbearable pain for weeks prior and have not felt this good in a while.

Kinda sketchy - they wouldn't honor the yelp deal unless you wrote a review right in front of them - I wrote a quick thing about how it was good and they said it wasn't sufficient and to make it longer! Not sure if any of the other reviews felt like they were written under duress - I did and took mine down and I'm writing my real review now. The actual place is pretty nice. Once we got in there were language issues - I said I was breastfeeding and she thought I was pregnant so she made me lay on my side the whole time and just massaged one side of my neck over and over, even though I said I wanted mostly my feet massaged. By the halfway point I had to tell her I think I should turn over so at least I'm massaged evenly on both sides. My neck was sore the next day. My husband has some shoulder issues but they didn't understand due to language issues, too. One star for the place and one star for them being nice. read more
