Something about this place that makes me want to go back. I like BevMo but this place is leaps and bounds better. Total Wine was the only spot that had the Ciroc Watermelon and they had plenty of it. They also have bartenders inside for if you want to try something, well at least that's what it looked like. Great store. Clean, well lit, and friendly staff. Not to mention they have a gigantic collection of craft beer. Their app for the smart phone is nice, tells you if they have product and how much it costs. Besides beer we bought some Korean Soju. Again, large selection and best price in town. I have a co-worker that mentioned this place to me and at first I was a little iffy about it but either way I decided to stop by and check it out. There's this Colombian liquor that I have been looking for in the area and no matter where I went they didn't have it! One Friday after work, I stopped by with my brother to see if they had what I was looking for. We skimmed by every isle and didn't see it so one gentleman asked if we needed help. We showed him a picture of what the bottle looked like and he searched it up in their system and they carry aguardiente! It's a Colombian brandy which is really hard to find in this area, but this place has it! Not only do they have what I was looking for, they have a large selection of all different types of wines, liquors, and beer. Lastly, they're restrooms are so clean and fancy looking! I always go into the restrooms at any place because I personally believe restrooms say a lot about any place. I definitely recommend this place! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, I felt racially profiled at this store. My mother asked me to hold a bottle of wine for her so she could get her ID out, whole time the cashier was staring at us while dealing with another customer. Once we were next she asked for my ID (I'm 21 so I didn't care) gave it to her and she said she had to call her manager to the register, for what? I'm over 21 and gave my ID. Manager comes, look at me and proceeds to ask me to verbally give her my birthday, unbelievable!!! I have never had anyone go to extreme measures to insure that I'm over 21. A man beside us had his small child holding his beer and nothing was said. To have a manager come up and further question us was ridiculous, I honestly think it's because we're black. Everytime I come shopping to this location they are out of my favorite wine....the other day day we were having breakfast nearby so I thought I would try again. I checked online and they showed six bottles. I normally buy a case, but I will take six. We drove right over ( ten minutes tops )....the bin was empty, everyone searched for those six bottles and no one could find them , another wasted trip.The Rancho store is furthur to drive but is always well stocked. I feel extremely disrespected because I came here with my 2 kids and they refused to sell to me and I wasn't going to leave them in the car by themselves, so it's very apparent that the manager had no common sense or kids which by the looks of it I doubt she ever will. read more

Largest selection of drinks I have even seen! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I loved the tasting area; I was able to find a new beer (3Weaver) that I really enjoyed. Wow. My husband has been trying to get me to go here for a while. I was trepidatious about it because of BevMo. So we went yesterday to just take a look and I was absolutely Blown Away by the selection, the personal guest service we had from the associate there, the staff selections that they have, and the comparable prices to a place like BevMo. I've never been able to find a wine at BevMo that I like because there is no one on the floor that knows anything about wine or how to talk about it or sell it whereas Total Wine & More has several wine Associates on the floor including a second level sommelier. They have wine tasting that is a penny donation so that you can try about 4 or 5 wines that they offer in the store. My understanding is they change weekly. They offer a wine classes there as well. My first opinion of his place was it was so awesome we grabbed six wines which you get a discount when you buy six or more. The selection is just remarkable so much better than BevMo I will never go back to BevMo. I can't say enough great experience it's so weird to me that other people have had a negative experience experience and it's unfortunate that there are employees that are working at certain times with certain people that give their work a bad name. read more

This store is huge and appears to have far more than Bevmo. I gave it a 3 because the checkout lady made me feel.so awkward. I walked up with my daughter to checkout. We had to wait because she was talking with the customer before us, which took way to long. When it's my turn she looks and me and my daughter, who mind you was standing behind me with her hand's behind her back. She ask for my ID and then says is she your daughter or your sister because we have a strict policy that doesn't allow siblings to shop together. Mind you there is no policy like this listed anywhere and if your being told this at checkout I feel like it's a little to late. I said no she's mine and I gave her my ID. She looks at me like I'm lying but continues with the transaction. She then goes on to tell me that by law my daughter is not allowed to hold any alcohol in the store. She then says but you probably already knew that. Mind you she's standing behind me with her arms crossed behind her. If you get treated like tour doing something wrong when you walk into this store Bevmo will continue to be where I purchase any kind of alcohol as I've never had this experience there. read more
