We were very favorably impressed as the service was very quick, the sandwiches the best I ever tasted (this means something as I am very old and like beef sandwiches). They should change the name to "Touchdown Tri-Tip". Their tri-tip sandwiches are hard to beat. They slice it thin and pile it high, au jus style, on a great tasting roll with lettuce and tomato. I estimate it took me about 20 minutes to eat that sandwich, and I was starving at the time. Great fries too, served very hot. Very reasonably priced! The pizza you ask? Well, it is sort of between California style and NY style. I'd prefer a thinner crust. The cheese had a sharpness and flavor to it, along with a sauce that was not sweet, made it taste NY style. Too often California pizza sauce is sweetened with sugar, which I find disgusting. Not here! They do a good job. The place is a bit small for a sports bar. I imagine it gets pretty full during 49er, Giants and Warriors games. Get there early. read more

They use to have some decent pizza but last order had a hair in the Manny Special. Guess the hair was the Special. Pizza quality is down they can't cook anything as you request. Ask for a pizza well done and get home to an undercooked hairy combo. Spent almost 50.00 on 2 pizzas and threw 95% in the trash. Had to cook it when we got home and based on grease he's using cheap ingredients but charging top prices. Sorry but done with this place not to mention well we will just leave it at that. I was looking forward to eating here for lunch based on all the yelp reviews. I travel for work and I like to support small businesses when I'm visiting. I walked in at 12:15pm, it was not super busy inside, there were about two groups of people and then two people standing alone. There wasn't a posted menu, so I pulled up the one from yelp. I asked the man at the register how big the personal size pizza was and he responded, sorry we're not making no more pizzas. Then he added, there are too many in the oven, the wait is over an hour. He then asked someone else to help me while he went to serve food to another party. The cashier said he could maybe fit a personal size into the oven, but it would be a minute. So I asked approximately how big the personal size is and he replied "it's personal size." It was clear they did not want to help me or make me a pizza, so I walked out. I took my family here for my daughter birthday just to grab some pizza. Little did I know this very amazing person/ owner was going to make her birthday the best time of her 10 year old life. She was able to make pizza with him and learn the trade food was great service was even better. I give this place and everyone who works there a 100 out of 10. She can't wait to come back next year for her birthday. Stopped in on our way back from San Francisco. It was off the 5 a bit but well worth it. This is you typical local pizza spot so you know what to expect. Simple foods just done right. The pizza crust was fantastic. Generous toppings and cheese hit the spot. Kind and friendly staff answered our questions and helped us through the order. What I liked was the vibe of the restaurant. If there was an option to give it no stars I would!! The customer service and the own himself are rude, unprofession, don't care about language because the owner likes to tell people fuck you!! Doesn't care what you say or if you say you are putting it out on fb!! My husband went to go pay for the pizza ahead of time and the rude little punk behind the counter was rude and turned his back laughing! I called to make a complaint and the owner didn't care and he hung up on me! So I called back! He didn't answer because he was and is a coward!! After I told the lady to put the own on the phone he told me fuck you!! That he had video of it cuz and didn't care! So video of what you customer service being rude as hell!! All cuz i told he could keep his pizza and that his service was crap!! His family should be ashamed of him and how he talks to females! But I bet that he talks to his wife like that so she's probably use to it! There was no one inside the place , which says a lot about how the food must be!! Probably his workers anyways!! I was there about a month ago, the place looked messy. There were dirty plates on almost every table. Disgusting. The carpets need to be ripped out and tossed. Everyone I know agrees it stinks. Lay some tile down- No carpet ever ever ever... They run out of chicken in the middle of the day. One girl has to run over to the nearest meat market to buy more chicken (same place I would never go to buy meat). Orders take forever to get prepared. It seems like their famous salads are now "side salads". Their prices are not being adjusted properly. I prefer quantity over less quantity. Don't make your plates smaller. Charge me the proper amount. Me and my family use to come to this place for amazing dinners, but now we go to the "other pizza guys" across the tracks with lots of seating. A small piece of advice- post ALL your prices on your menus, including every meat combination for salads Incase you cannot serve chicken. I feel i was given a "made up" price for substitutions, I should have just turn around and walked but instead I paid more for my food. And didn't get what I ordered. read more

First the guy taking my order didn't know if they had marinara fine. I figured he was new. Than I Asked how much my order would be and the guy told me I need to come in to find out and hung up on me. Than the lady called and asked if I was going to pick up my order and I told her what happened and politely told her they need to work on customer service. But the food is very good - we both got the tri-tip on the owners recommendation and he is right it is very good - good enough i didn't add ketchup. onion rings and fries were good. If I had a complaint it's that there is better background music than the elevator sax stuff. It's the kind of place you hope stays around a long time. Boyfriend and I had been looking in a place in Patterson to have dinner, we were starving and based on the reviews this place looked good. We arrived and were immediately met with a line of to-go orders. We looked around for a menu but only saw the side that had the sandwiches, as it was leaning against the glass divider from the kitchen to the line. We get to the register and ask for a menu, the cashier was visibly annoyed and asked us to step to the side. I understand it is frustrating but as a restaurant, a full menu should be provided upon entering. We order a medium sized pizza and garlic fries. We wait a modest amount of time but as soon as Manny (the owner of the restaurant) arrives with our pizza, he asks if he can show it to another table, who had visibly finished their meal and we're getting up to leave, saying that they had never eaten there before and he wanted to show them his amazing pizza. My boyfriend and I looked at each other confused as it was an odd request and it was our first time here too but he had already gone to show them. The pizza was alright, the dough and sauce could have been better but the flavor of the toppings mixed together perfectly. This was when things really made us uncomfortable. After we've been eating for about 5 minutes, manny comes to our table and sits down across from us, takes a fry out of our basket and proceeds to say how the garlic fries are his favorite, and eats it. The owner of the store ate food off of his clients plate. At this point my boyfriend and I were beyond uncomfortable, seeing as were high school students we didn't really know how to react and continued the conversation where he talked about how his pizza is the best pizza in the world for quite a bit. Overall, the pizza was alright, the garlic fries were okay but the customer service was horrible and left us in a state of shock due to the rudeness of the staff. To say it left a bad taste in our mouth is an understatement. If we had had a better experience with staff, the food might have sat better with us. read more
