I generally like their pastries, very tasty. The only problem I have is their speed of service. Must rethink how to speed up and care for customers. I usually drop by in the morning on a run and I get aggravated when there's only one person serving at the register. You need to put the pastries into bag as you enter the price into register. That'll save few minutes instead of doing separately. You must understand people who stop by in the morning are in a rush. Try to accommodate the needs of your customers. read more

Went to this bakery last night and had a horrible experience. Although the pastries we purchased were good and the lavender latte was delicious, I have to say the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. The cashier was in no way prepared to take our order and prepare food at the same time and was too soft spoken, to the point where I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times because I couldn't hear her. The WORST person working there is the MANAGER DANIELLE. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and shouted at us to move out the way if we are done receiving our order. I was standing there still waiting for my latte to be done so I wasn't finished getting my order. She also yelled at my sister to move out of the way and my sister hadn't even ordered yet! She made us feel horrible and so uncomfortable! Sad to see that the actual manager speaks to customers this way. No wonder the cashier was so timid and seemed so soft spoken and frightened. DANIELLE needs to not be management or needs a FULL RETRAINING on Customer Service. Let me tell you that I am a supervisor and in a customer service setting and never in my life have I had this experience nor have I provided services like this and I work for very demanding environment. We went to the newly opened bakery on Sunday. It was a warm day and it was quite warm inside too. They should have turned on the air conditioning because it made it uncomfortable to be in the bakery and it certainly didn't encourage me to browse. We ended up just getting one milk bread and a pineapple refresher. I asked the clerk what a refresher was. She looked confused and didn't know what I was talking about. She had to turn around and look at the menu to know what I was asking about. The menu lists it as a " beauty ade" with refresher underneath. It is basically sparkling water with a hint of juice/ flavoring. It was almost $5.00 for a drink which was a bit pricey. Overall, I miss the old dessert place that was there before. The new bakery doesn't offer as many choices and it's in the expensive side. read more

We went in last night for a drink after dinner and ordered a hot lavender milk tea with boba and a strawberry croissant. The drink was room temperature and not hot at all and there's barely any boba. Also the employees doesn't seem to know how to make the drinks, they were behind the counter trying to figure out how to make it. I really want to like the bakery, I really do. The interior decoration is great, and the strawberry croissant is delicious, but the drink definitely need some work. Maybe I'll revisit the store next month once the employees are a little more seasoned and trained. read more

Literally the worst service ever. I walked in with my cousin and instead of being greeted we were just met with stares. I didn't think much of it so we walked up to the register and had some questions about the smoothies as to what were in them. The girl at the register gave so much attitude instead of answering the question. We ordered two strawberry smoothies and sat down as we waited for them to make them. When they finished they just left them on top of the counter and didn't give us any straws. I asked for straws and one of the guys slammed down the straws so hard he almost hit my hand but I moved it in time and he didn't even apologize. After that we left and the smoothies tasted like nothing, just cold water. The vibe in there wasn't friendly at all they seemed like they just wanted us to get our food and get out of there. Their entire staff is rude and they should really look into new management. Definitely don't recommend. read more

I just wanted to say that I was shocked to see two employees working during a rush. I came in on Saturday and walked out because of the amount of people ordering and how understaffed this facility was. Went here Sunday afternoon. Desserts were ok. Not the best bakeries we've been to. We prefer the desserts from 85 degrees. Staff was rude. Apparently it's ok for them to make fun of you if you pronounce a word incorrectly. So FYI don't mess up. Wouldn't be going here again. I ordered a Honey Ginger Iced tea and just to warn you it's very sweet. I kind of figured because of the flavor honey but watching how it was made, says a lot. They basically add a spoonful of a Jar of Honey and then another bottle of Honey syrup. Overall, I got some other pastries which were some what tasteful! read more

The bread for some reason is not fresh. The texture is always off. On the drink menu zero a lot of the selections and they haven't had the selections for quite a long time. The drinks are either very sweet or bland. I wish this location was Paris baguette instead of this franchise. read more

I live in the neighborhood so when I'm craving pastry this is one of my go-to places...but sorry to say today is my last purchase at this location. One bad experience is more than enough to leave a sour taste in my book... My husband asked the young guy taking out the pastry if they had croissants and he just flat out said "not yet"...no eye contact ...he just gave us the vibe "leave me alone". So my husband suggested we go to another bakery in the area, but since I have a couple of pastry on my tray I decided not to put them back and at least purchase them for sanitary reasons . Fortunately the nice young lady helping us in the cashier area asked if she can help us with anything else...and I responded with yes ...just three croissants so she went to the back and added them to our order I also mentioned out loud what the other guy's actions were. This is going to be the last visit and purchase in this location...so many good choices out there and for us the deal breaker is good respectful customer service. read more
