Very cozy yet industrial vibes coming through. The tables are nicely laid out. Their pastries are bomb too. Fruit pastries are my must go-to's and they have really good ones here. After a shopping trip to Barnes & Noble my boyfriend and I walked over here. The bakery was pretty crowded, but there was no line. We picked out a few sweet breads and my boyfriend was hungry so he got an egg, bacon and tomato sandwich from the fridge. The dessert breads we got was a sweet bread filled with chocolate mousse, a chocolate bread filled with cream, a chocolate and almond covered croissant and my boyfriend picked out a melon bread. Check out was easy and we ate some of the baked goods at home. First my boyfriend ate his sandwich and it was delicious. I wish I got my own. There was a thin layer of bacon and the egg was hard boiled, but soft. There was a perfect amount of lettuce, tomato and mayo and the sandwich did not fall apart. I'm craving that sandwich to this day. I had a bite of my boyfriend's melon bread which had a hint of melon taste. I ate my sweet bread filled with chocolate mousse which was shaped like a cornucopia. The bread was soft and had just the right amount of sweetness, reminded me of Hawaiian bread. The chocolate mousse was light and airy and only had a slight chocolate taste. It was very tasty. I think its their water supply, because ive given their drinks a couple tries and they taste so bad I have to throw them out each time. The water itself must be unfiltered or there must be something wrong, because the drinks always taste like straight tap. I'm only alright with it, I feel like I'm not impressed with the variety of things they have there. They might have a decent amount...but they just don't interest me. Customer service is terrible here!! I've came here a couple of times and don't think I'll ever come back again. There are many of Tous Les Jours locations around the area so please do yourself a favor and go to a nearby location instead. Management seriously needs to step up their game with their employees because it doesn't seem like they give a single shit when it comes to customers. I've worked in the food industry during my teens for 4 yrs and I've never experienced bad workers like the ones here. Guy helping me was extremely nice and customer service was awesome. Matcha latte was flavorless and room temperature-- I had ordered it extra hot. I could tell the girl who made my drink was checked out as she messed up another order while I was watching. My tiramisu slice was frozen. The baker was dressing cakes on the counter and that was cool to watch. I feel bad for them because the guy at the front seemed to really try but I didn't get what I came for and unfortunately that's the point. Went to Starbucks after to get another matcha. Tous Les Jours was probably one of the most anticipated openings in the plaza for a long time. I live very close to here so I was personally very excited that a bakery/cafe was coming! It was exactly what this plaza needed. When they finally opened, I was very underwhelmed. Their drinks are nothing spectacular. Their bread selection is not acceptable for a bakery. It looks like they had a huge rush in the morning that wiped out all their bread. It is nothing compare to nearby Paris Baguette or 85 degree bread selection. Atmosphere is so cozy and employees are very kind, especially manager seems to know real service with smile. Of course bakery store counts bread and cake. Having a bakery close by which I think it's superb but unfortunately when they're not so ready in the morning for business it's very disappointing. I been to many other locations but I would say this is only location not ready I the morning. Also I swing by around 2:00pm for quick snack for my kids but nothing left to buy... I was quite disappointed with the customer service that I received at this TLJ location. The manager Danielle that helped me was extremely rude and condescending to me. I was ordering drinks for a friend and me, and Danielle scoffed and gestured at me condescendingly throughout the process of ordering. I wasn't sure about the menu, but instead of helping me through it, she treated me like a fool and it seemed like she didn't want me to be there. I understand if she was having a bad day, but I find it inexcusable that she was seemingly looking down on me for not understanding the menu. If she truly was the expert, I wonder if it would have been more beneficial for her to assist me through it. Instead, I ended up feeling like I wouldn't want to come back to such an unwelcoming environment that was solely created by Danielle. However; the employee that was assisting other making our drinks never washed her hands and didn't wear gloves after serving and helping 4 customers before us and including our order. During a pandemic, this stuck out like a sore thumb. For the employees safety as well as the customers, please follow CDC guidelines and enforce hygiene and PPE. Here are reasons why. 1. Poor service. The customer service is not good at all. STAFFS should be trained how to welcome customers with good attitude. (don't think manager even care) 2. Most of bread and other stuffs are gone quite early and don't make it that often on a daily basis, I guess. So if you visit late evening, don't expect to choose what you want. In all honesty, the staff here are a bit stand-offish. Nobody greets you or asks you if you need help. You kind of have to eventually lock eyes with one of them and ask them for help if you want something out of the glass cases. I personally love their pastries and i bought a cake here for a friend and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS so fluffy and perfect ratio of fruit to cream to cake. Unfortunately half the time they're sold out of everything. We have come by at different hours of the day and seen 80% of the display cases and bread cases completely empty so, we left. As for drinks, i prefer Paris baguette's recipes (not to mention much better customer service). Tous Les Jours used to be our number one bakery growing up, out of all of the Korean bakeries, so it saddens me to only give 3 stars but this is an honest opinion. I feel that they've gotten lazy in their standards of service and presentation. Although PB will be our go-to for most pastries and drinks, i will come back here to buy full cakes and at least that quality remains. read more

Can't really speak for the quality of their cakes as I never got to place an advance order. Went in today asking to pre order a cake for baby's first birthday which is coming up in two weeks. However, I was told by the lady upfront that I will not be able to preorder a cake until the day ( yes, ONE day) before my event as they are not sure if they will have a baker.... I thought I walked into a bakery shop?! The lady was polite and kind, I was just very surprised by the answer she gave me. For an event such as a birthday, don't you want to be certain that you will have a cake? I mean what kind of an awkward spot will I be in if they ended up telling me that they will not have a baker one day before my planned event? Categorically unacceptable service: I ordered a double shot of espresso and one of the cashiers, a Korean female, charged me $3 for a single shot of espresso. When I asked if it was the double shot that I had ordered, she answered, flushed and fazed, that it was a "double shot" as it was extracted from a double stream on the espresso machine. I ordered and paid for TWO shots, a doppio, whether it is extracted from one or two espresso streams. This is not the first time I have had issues with this employee, who is one of the regular cashiers. In at least half a dozen visits since the soft opening of this location 3 weeks ago, she has never flashed a smile at the cash register. She should quit if she hates her job. Management: please train your staff to exercise minimum common courtesy. read more
