This is one of the best places to find soft fluffy bakery and beautiful cakes for any occassion that are not overly sweet. All of the baked goods are always nicely displayed and freshly brought out. I'm also a big fan of their lattes - especially their seasonal flavors! With everything closed the past months, we had trouble purchasing well-made cakes for birthdays. Luckily, the owners here were willing to deliver! We ordered extra pastries each time and everything came well packaged and fresh as if we bought from the shop! Overall, Tous les Jours are decent.l (though I confess, the only other one Ive tried is at Burlington Hmart). But if that one is a 6.5 on a scale of 0-10 for Japanese/Korean bakeries, this one in Natick hits no more than a 3 (its gets 1 star here not only for its product quality, but also its customer service after informing the manager about the unacceptable quality of one of their "fresh" items that was practically inedible. "Our policy is -- there are no returns or exchanges once purchased" is what the manager said. (Really? so the receipt is merely for show?) The fried curry croquette was literally dripping with oil(so much so that the small bag AND outer bag had soaked into my clothes). And as for the curry filling? There was none. Had the manager simply admitted their mistake and allowed some sort of exchange for their failure to sell what they claimed, this kind of review could have easily been avoided. But now you are warned. Random note: If craving something sweet, the boba in the food court area isn't bad. maybe even worth the wait in line. read more

Generous slices of fresh avocado and many layers of turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes. Even though it's only half it was very filling. Good quick lunch option! I tried a slice of the mango cloud cake and it was amazing! The mango tasted so fresh and it was the perfect balance with the sweetness of the cake. Their whipped cream always taste very light and fresh too. I'm usually get their chocolate or green tea cakes for birthdays or parties, but decided to try something different and it was a nice surprise! Can't wait to try their other flavors!! I like how they have the small slices so you can try different flavors before deciding on a full cake. Their roll cakes are also very good! I've tried both the green tea and mocha and both are great. The mocha has good coffee flavor. I've tried various pastries and all are quite good. The pastries are frequently getting replenished, so you know it's fresh. They also have a heated case for croquettes and other savory pastries. The also have sliced bread that's super soft and smells amazing. My favorite is the strawberry matcha latte! I'm a big fan of matcha and usually get the Starbucks matcha latte, but this is my new favorite place to get matcha! The matcha taste is much stronger and it's not too sweet like many other places. There's a seating area with tables for 2-4 people, and one larger rectangular table for larger groups. So you can sit down and enjoy your food or have coffee/lunch with friends. read more

This order was almost a hundred dollars ... the product are pre frozen and are more money than they are worth. The cake for $58 was pretty to look at but was the size of a small sandwich paper plate.., the macaroons were 4.50 each and the size of a quarter... don't know how they taste because it is a surprise gift from my grand daughter to her mother for her birthday this evening. She had them delivered to my house for the surprise. I guess she will be very surprised when she's that these are made for elves and not real people. Don't buy very disappointing. read more

My mom and I came here for some macarons and lattes. My latte was great, the cookies were okay, but my mom's almond latte was burnt. When I brought it up to the woman working, she told me she didn't understand. When I explained further, she just referred to the sign at the desk that said no refunds or returns unless it was their fault. I told them how I've been a barista and know how almond milk can burn easier than other milks and it's a simple mistake but she still wouldn't do anything. It was a simple fix that turned into us never wanting to go back. Incredibly disappointed. Customer service is everything. I understand how mistakes happen but the situation was handled incredibly poorly and I would not waste my money here again. read more

Buying a cake for my son and I asked to add piping on it. After being charged for extra $2 and wait for 10 min just to found out that the piping was on the cake board not on the cake. Very disappointed on how they are doing business without communicating transparently to the customer and the service speed. The cake tastes ok but found 1 missing chocolate decoration, only left a deep trench mark on the frosting top. Not going back again for cakes. Sweets that arent sickeningly sweet! Surprisingly the tiramisu is the best I have ever had, even better than the north end. The milk bread is great. The macaroons are really good, again not overly sweet. I hate buttercream frosting so the style of their desserts is just right. Love the cream they use in the pastries. Do NOT even attempt curbside pickup from here. We called to confirm they were doing it, they said yes, then we arrived and nobody answered the phone. We drove 30 minutes to sit in the mall parking lot for 30 additional minutes desperately trying to get a hold of someone. I don't have the luxury of being able to walk into a mall during a pandemic. Their baked goods are all fresh and tasty, but overpriced! They charge $7 for a slice of cake,$3.75 for a mini donut, or $5.75 for a small sparkling flavored drink! They are all good and tasty though! One thing that I did not like in this place is that they have minimum of $10 for using credit cards!! This place is a fancy bakery, very pricy items and having a minimum for credit card doesn't make any sense! Horrible Service and OMG TOO HOTTTT Latte. This place is slower than molasses for making drinks. Once my latte actually came (waited a solid 12-15mins), it was scalding hot. A tiny tiny sip and my tongue and mouth are completely liquid burned, to the point that now, over an hour later, I'm still in pain. When I asked for an ice cube because my mouth was on fire, staff didn't understand or care, instead defending that it isn't too hot no matter how many times I asked for ice politely I asked, until I finally raised my voice (a lot) to get an ice cube. Many things look pretty but they are either oddly flavored or just awful. The hot dog thing looked and tasted like a soggy mess and the cake I tried was strangely soaking wet and inedibly moist. Super odd. They market themselves as an Asian / French fusion bakery but they'd be better off if they stuck to one format. I went today to buy two slices at the natick location. I got the one with coffee and it must have been days old. The whip cream wasn't fresh and tasted bad and were two different colors like it had been scraped off and fresher whip was put in some parts. Such a disappointmen. $8 each slice. Not worth it. Beautiful desserts. Not the most sanitary method to retrieve your pastries by having to stretch your arm out over other food. No tools, just use your hands and sleeves, everybody! There's no takeout boxes so they toss your beautiful pastry into a bag. The man that was working today did not seem to care very much about my experience when I talked to him. Great addition to Natick Mall. This place is super cute. Great mix of French and Japanese baked goods. We had Pain au Chocolat (yum), Milk Bread (lightly sweet, fluffy and delicious) and a cranberry cream pastry (not too sweet, tender and special). The cakes are beautiful to adorable, they have yummy looking macarons. Their hot beverage selection is unique, if a bit overpriced. Not a place to sit for long, as it is a small space. The employees were very friendly and gave good advice on their pastries based on my tastes. Worth a trip! read more

Excellent bakery at the Natick mall near Macy's. This is my go to place when I'm craving sweets. My daughter's favorite is the chocolate cornet and I have a few favorites (melon bread, red bean donut, custard bread). I wish they didn't run out of the roll cakes (I love the mocha roll) but they seem to be very popular so they get snatched up quickly. Have not tried the matcha roll yet but I hear it's excellent. The people who run the place are all very nice and friendly. The bakery items are typical Asian style baked goods which means they are not very sweet which is how I like it. The items are a little pricey but well worth it. I recommend trying out this place if you happen to be at the Natick MAll. read more

I was excited to see a Tous Les Jours open at the Natick Mall. I've enjoyed their baked goodies at other locations over the years. This is a nice and clean location with seating and had a general good feel to it. We decided to try one of the bakery items - I will say some definitely appeared dried out and not fresh and the prices on some items were pretty high. We decided on a creamy bun type item filled with orange. It was okay, nothing special but hit the spot if you wanted orange and cream. I think it'd be good if they differentiated their coffee and other drink list. I ordered a strawberry latte thinking it was going to be a strawberry coffee brew and was a bit surprised to receive a creamy drink with strawberry goo at the bottom. Don't get me wrong, it was sweet and yummy but didn't have any coffee in it which is what I wanted to order. Maybe two separate lists to show what has caffeine and what does not as calling it a latte and having it with other clearly coffee drinks is a bit misleading. Fun to check out but I probably won't be back in again any time soon. read more
