Tous Les Jours is a bakery with what I thought was a French name, but upon walking in the space (which is oddly connected to an Asian grocery store and restaurant), I realized Tous Les Jours is more of a asian bakery with classic pastry influence. The selection is absolutely unmatched. They have so much to choose from. We ended up with slices of the mango and chocolate cloud cakes on the first visit, and then a mango creme croissant and some filled choux pastries on the second visit. I could come here every day and find something scrumptious. I wanted to try everything! The cakes were unreal. Very delicious and super fresh, especially the mango flavors. There is one small table in the entry if you want to eat there, but this is definitely a better place to take food to-go and truly savor it. The staff was friendly on both visits. This tous les jour is connected to a district H, so it's super convenient if you need to pick up any groceries/food/snacks. It's never too busy when I come, so service is relatively fast. The store is a decent size for a bakery, but there isn't any seating. I got the mango cloud and choco cloud and they were good. I personally prefer chinese cakes, but they don't have many good chinese bakeries in seattle (that I know of atleast), but these come close. The cream is fluffy and light, and the cake is light and airy as well. They aren't overly sweet too. read more

This place should be 5 stars, but it falls short in weird ways. Maybe because they offer so much I can see how it would be hard to make so many items perfect and have more staff available during the odd hours I came. There was a fly in one of the cases the housed the donuts I wanted to eat, so i had to pass on that option. They were also out of stuff that other locations had, which wasnt that big of a deal seeing how they have so much, but I also couldnt get what the online ordering showed as available. Everything is presented and packaged so well. The service aint bad, its just ok. If the clerk had more help I bet someone would have got rid of the fly sooner. My cakes and treats have always been nothing short of great. Their breads are well made, but not as airy and doesn't melt in your mouth like some places. Their bread has more density and can be filling. Their cakes on the other hand are airy and it doesn't melt but breaks down before you can apply much jaw pressure. Not as moist as I really want, but that would change the texture and Im fine with their cake styles. One big plus is their variety. I think they habe a cafe style menu with lattes and etc. I notced They also offer very cool loafs of bread along side their sweet desserts. Oh wow! The mocha buttercream cake surprised me in the best way. We grabbed a cake early dinner Christmas Eve. There were 2 options of mocha cakes- buttercream & whipped cream. Very happy with our decision. It's like a light mocha taste with fluffy soft texture and the softest mocha buttercream to tie all together. And the adorable Christmas decorations tops it all off. I've probably tried most of the cloud cakes on their menu, but my favorites would have to be the chocolate and blueberry yogurt. I love how the cake is not too sweet and always made fresh the day you pick up. The cake itself and cream is light and fluffy. They have so much variety, you really can't go wrong with any cake :) The bakery also has bread loaves and a variety of savory and sweet pastries/breads. This French/Korean bakery is located attached to the District H next door. You can either get to it by going through the food court area or through its own door to the exterior. It's kind of tucked away in a corner, so it's easy to miss - I visit district H at least once a month or so and had never noticed it until recently They have a nice selection of pastries and cakes here. My personal favorite are any of their mango creme products. The bakery isn't huge but what they have is pretty good quality, and the prices aren't horrendous considering that it's located in Amazontown. I stopped by to grab some snacks/a meal on a random weekday night for the first time. I grabbed a tray and got a taro cream bun, guava pastry, and a Croque Monsieur. I stood in line to check out and there were two other people in front of me. It took, a shockingly long time for those two to be checked out and for me to be served, which was slightly surprising but understandable as only one person seemed to be working. My order came out to over $20 which surprised me just compared to what I've paid in the past at similar pastries in SF. I took my food home and first eagerly ate the croque monsieur. It was, fine? Nothing special, could have had more flavor, it had been kept warm quite well. I then tried the taro bun. This is my mistake, but I did not expect for it to be apparently coated in peanuts which was not a welcome addition for me. Also because it was a taro cream, it was a light texture and less "taro forward" than a typical taro bun. That plus peanuts meant it wasn't for me. The last thing, the guava pastry, was the saving grace! Tasted great, pastry had a great crunch, and I would definitely get it again. A friend recommended me this place. I passed by it many times but never went in. Went in yesterday for the first time. I got the strawberry and green tea pastries, they were out of the world. My friend said that their mango was good too. The pastries have the right amount of sweetness and were so moist, they just melt in your mouth. Picked up the peach cake from this place and it tasted so good! There was also plenty of cakes to choose from! The shop had easy parking in the front which I was surprised of since that area doesn't really have too much parking. The person working was super nice and helpful. I'm so happy my friends introduced me to this lovely Korean bakery! We had to park about 2 blocks away so just a heads up that this isn't an easy pick up and go location. There are multiple locations of this bakery, but the ones I'm familiar with are located in District H (South Lake Union) and its newest location in the Chinatown-International District. The bakery is slightly pricey, but somewhat justified with the variety and quality of its desserts and pastries. I have yet to sample the cakes, but they look delicious! Some friends and I got several individual cake slices and some bread in order to sample a number of things and, to be honest, it was all very average. The strawberry was probably the best and was reminiscent of angel food cake but lacked flavor. The pumpkin spice was about what you'd expect from it, the chocolate was kinda meh (and left us wanting good chocolate to make up for it), and the bread was fine. I decided to give it a try as I got a gift coupon, to just indulge and treat myself. I got the milk bread, mocha loaf, and a finger Madeleine as a snack. Mocha loaf is a full fledged small loaf of bread that is fresh and definitely a great option to eat during breakfast, especially with coffee and tea like other reviews mentioned. The toasted almonds and the slight coffee taste make it really satisfying. I really enjoyed the milk bread, which is fresh and soft and creamy, to the likes (somewhat) of Lai Wong Bao (the steamed custard buns from dim sum). The quality of the bread definitely shines, and I absolutely enjoyed what I got! Placed an order through Doordarsh on Tuesday for pickup on Thursday evening. Ten minutes before my order was supposed to be ready, I get a call that they are unable to make it as specified because they're out of some ingredient. Not a huge deal, even though it's my wife's birthday and that's the cake she wanted. I take their recommended substitution and pickup my order on time. When I get to the store, they tell me the substitution will cost me an extra dollar, despite the fact that they waited nearly 48 hours to tell me they were out of something.
