The general manager, Mary Jo, sees nothing wrong with not having a secured gate so that the storage units can be secured at all times and can not say when a new gate will be put up. She asked, "what do you want us to do? go back there every time an alarm goes off? no, we're not doing that, we check to see if any locks have been cut in the morning" As is, and for the last 3 weeks, at least, the units are wide open 24/7 and anyone can pull up to them at any time- and they do not respond to the alarms. Mary Jo said she is not obligated to inform her customers that their units are not secured. And, when I asked if they would at least discount the rate until the gate is back in place, since we're not getting what we are being charged for- a controlled access storage unit- i was told by her, "like hell will that happen when I have to pay six thousand dollars for a new gate" Go figure. Please share. People need to know their valuables aren't secure. read more

Do not use this place! The gate has been gone for weeks! The general manager Mary jo doesn't see a problem with it! Wants to charge the same amount as a place with an actual security gate! My unit alarm went off twice and no one came to investigate who was in my unit! There is nothing stopping any random person from stealing everything in those outdoor units!!! And she thinks it's fine!!! What a joke!!! I do not feel safe keeping my stuff here at all!! read more

Rented a pick up truck through Uhaul through Tower Storage and was told to pick it up from an alternate location. That location was closed. When I went back to tower, they said all they had was a 29 foot truck. They removed a box spring from the back. Pressed for time at this point, we took the 29 foot truck and saw a mattress left on the back. I immediately called before even getting around the corner and was told they'd note my account about the mattress and I would just receive charges for the mileage of the pick up truck as compensation. I have pictures and time stamps of the time of the rental, time of the phonecall about the mattress and time I took the picture with the mattress and without my authorization, they STILL charged my credit card $200 and even added a gas charge on there for ONE mile. How do you determine it being off one mile of gas? We filled it back up to the 1/4 of a tank like it was at pick up. I filed a complaint and an investigation was supposed to be launched. I hadn't heard back yet and all of the sudden I was charged $200. Currently, disputing charges with my bank and have reported to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I've removed my things out of this storage roughly after 9 months. I paid all of that money to have my things in a "climate controlled" storage and my couch had mold growing all over it. I don't even know how that could have happened. read more

I have tried to rent a space from this company twice now. The young lady on the phone was rude and wouldn't give me any details. I sent my son in there to try and get more info and maybe even do paperwork. The man was very put out and rude to my son who is usually a very calm, laid back person. He got really upset because he couldn't get any info either. The price of $150 all of a sudden became $350. Fees, insurance, pro-rate, didn't hear anything about the free month if you pay ahead. Be very careful at this place. I would have been in trouble next week if I had just shown up with my U-Haul van and had to deal with this. read more

This facility is not secure as the gate is broken. The owner has refused (rudely) to give any discount. She also stated they will not inquire when the alarm goes off. She stated they notice the cut locks the next morning and notify the renter. DO NOT STORE YOUR VALUABLES AT THIS LOCATION!! read more
