I was able to get the units I needed in the time frame I was looking for. I have to say that it was the team work between Josh and Ell that made that happen. Josh assisted and was able to find the units that were becoming available. He and Ell made this process such a delight when I was expecting it to be somewhat stressful with the time frame I had. Not only was this experience a breath of fresh air, but it continued each time I was at the facility. The maintenance and care of the facility is just as nice. Each time I have made a trip to my unit I see all of the crew doing something around the facility and each time they make eye contact and greet you with a smile. Josh was painting on one occasion and stopped what he was doing to acknowledge me and say good morning. You do not get this kind of acknowledgment anywhere these days and when you do it's definitely recognized. Thank you Josh, Ell and the other extremely kind and helpful maintenance helper that all I can remember is he has been with them for 4 years . I didn't want to get his name wrong. I wholeheartedly agree. Their website was easy to navigate and easier still to create a rough inventory of your belongings (take your time and confirm, room to room. Trust me: you own more than you think.) Once I'd submitted that Charlie reached out to me shortly after and was my point of contact throughout. I was able to make updates and adjustments up to the week of the move and even then I got 2 confirmations, one a day prior and one the morning of the move. A 4-man crew managed to move a 2-bedroom condo and a 4-bedroom condo into a single townhouse with a single truck, 1 trip between each location, and all in under 8 hours. Good men that busted their asses all day and earned every penny of their salary. TMM is not cheap but this is very much a case of quality work coming at an worthwhile rate; sometimes you need to pay more for the best service. You can certainly find less expensive movers but you would be hard-pressed to find movers of a higher quality. Book sooner than later, feed your movers, tip your movers.

And this one might be the biggest deal to me. Don't advertise that you nearly exclusively hire former military and veterans, then send me an entire team of none. As the daughter of a Marine, I I consider this to be on the level of stolen valor; you're exploiting the veteran status when all you did was hire people off the street. - the management and customer service team won't return my emails or phone calls. Today I'll be calling the Spotsylvania County Better Business Bureau as well as the Fairfax County Better Business Bureau to figure out log a complaint. If you can't complete the business transaction, you shouldn't be allowed to do business.

They ruined a $10,000 sofa; when it was unwrapped it had huge stains and mold all over it. they dropped our desk in the garage floor, put a large dent in the door from the garage to the house, broke pieces off of a 1900's antique sideboard, bent our outdoor table, put a large hole in a $1600 lounge chair, among many other scratches and dents. we provided photos and made a claim for the insurance that we paid $400 for, and refused to cover anything. My husband followed them around while moving the furniture in to protect our new homes finishes. the movers, getting annoyed, saying "were professionals". HA! READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING!
