2 Tower Ramen special, 1 lychee smoothie, 1 lychee slushie, and 1 garlic steak & noodles
    Yakkul X.

Restaurant ambience was quite nice, and the service was great. The tower ramen special was pretty good, but fell more on the average side for us... a 3, perhaps a 3.5 out of 5 for us, but still quite tasty. Just a heads up, the added egg topping was runny yolk style - which was delicious, but I know some folks may not like that style. The garlic steak noodles however were really good, at least a 4/5, would definitely try that again if not get more of that to-go if I'm in the area. The lychee smoothie and slushie has added lychee jelly, and both were delicious. This was roughly an $75 (+tip) meal altogether, which was, if I may be honest, a bit more expensive than what I would rate the place... however, I genuinely wanted to check the place out and I very well likely would return for other appetizers and drinks, probably not so much for the ramen.

Their food is great! Ramen is yummy and the garlic noodles are bomb. Ordered the tonkatsu Raman with pork belly, no egg since that's a 1.50 charge. We just add our own at home. Also got the brown sugar boba which was good. They have alot of options. Only thing is the parking is horrible lol. Lots of indoor seating and you can also eat outside.

I'm not a Ramen girlie. I didn't know what I was doing so I let the owner recommend which Ramen to go with. They recommended the Tower special and it was delicious. Very well seasoned very spicy very hot. They have great air conditioning and friendly staff. It's across the street from City College so it's a good skip and a hop away of campus. I will say I wasn't a fan of these fries. I wish they were like seasoned and a little bit more crispy the garlic noodles and shrimp are my favorite. The shrimp are big, not little tiny babies.

Food was delicious and got full of off one roll . The strawberry lemonade boba slushy was bomb and had a good flavor.

Googled boba spots near my location and found this place. I will say there isn't a parking lot, so expect to street park. I came around 4pm and did have to park a little further away. However, I was instantly greeted as I entered. I reviewed the menu, it was lengthy with plenty of drink of food options. I ended up ordering a honeydew milk tea with boba. The taste of honeydew was delicious.. the boba was just ok, but did satisfy my crave for boba. There was plenty of seating and it was clean.

I can't believe I haven't been here before! I didn't know they sell ramen. I've passed by here many times and always thought it was a boba tea spot. I never stopped cus parking sucks. I didn't know they had a parking lot in the back and that we could park on the green for 30 mins. I was lookin around on Yelp cus my son wanted ramen and boba and seen this place had good reviews. They wasn't lying! This is some of the best ramen broth I've had in Fresno! Their tower ramen is a mix of spicy miso and Tonkotsu if you can't decide on either broth, this comes with both. It has a kick too and I really like the texture of the noodles. Their char sui is really good too. Melts in your mouth. They had a special going on if you get ramen you can get a free special tea or Thai milk tea. I went with the special green tea. I think I chose the strawberry and peach mix. It was refreshing. I got my son a coconut smoothie with boba. He liked it. Days later I came to get the steak and garlic noodles. It came with a really good savory sauce that had a slight kick to it. It was really good. You can choose how u want your steak cooked and I got medium rare. The prices aren't that bad neither. The service is also good. The employees are nice. It's right across from Fresno city college so I assume it could get busy during school hours.

    Taro Milk Tea with Boba

We tried the Taro Boba, Garlic Noodles, Miso Ramen, their popcorn chicken and fries and their chicken chow mein. Everything was good! They have the option of spicy or regular for the ramen and the popcorn chicken. We got the regular (for our kids to try) and they still had a little bit of a spicy taste. We did ask for just the chicken for the chow mein and no veggies but they gave us veggies still. (Picky kids) Otherwise everything was great! Definitely recommend. If you do get the garlic noodles, keep in mind that the portion isn't a lot. Same with the Chow mein. Everyone was very nice and service was good!

I enjoyed a to-go meal today from this yumtastic place! Love it! I got the Tofu Bowl with Teriyaki, an order of Extra Tofu, Veggie Chow Mein, and a Thai Milk Tea with Oat Milk. All fresh, delicious, great textures- crisp where it needed to be, moist where it needed to be, all hot and scrumptious! My Thai Milk Tea with Oatmilk, okay, that was chilled of course- ordering this...totally a first for me, but so glad I tried it. I would order everything I tried today again, and can't wait to make my way through the menu in the future! We'll done, Tower Tea!

The food and drinks came out fast and fresh the service was amazing the lady at the front desk does a good job and is super nice quick in rushing out her orders... the food however is ok the steak tasted more like beef and lacked flavor but it's still impressive for food at a boba shop great service and menu will be coming back

Came here because my fiancée goes to school across the street and absolutely love this place. You come in and order and they have seats all around an oddly shaped restaurant and can be crowded sometimes. The atmosphere is nothing the ride home about some I recommend coming here with friends anyways, as it's a good spot to sit and chat. They have alot of food and drinks such as boba tea available. I've had a few things from here but, the ramen was by far the best. It was big portion and flavorful definitely a meal that heals the soul. I'm always happy to come back to tower tea!! Recommend

My first time here. I got the steak and garlic noodles. Got my steak medium well. It was delish! The sauce on the side was also really good. Parking looks like just street parking but the is a little lot in the back you can pull into. Service was pretty quick. Plenty of seating inside. Would go back again.

Really dry pork and loosely wrapped spring rolls.
    Amy J.

Lots of boba flavors to choose from! Boba was very average though and the spring rolls I got were dry. I wished I got the shrimp on. The pork was really dry and it all fell apart when I tried to dip it in the peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was a 5/5 though! They seem to have plenty of indoor seating also.

Located across the street of Fresno City. I can see it being a nice spot for students to take a break and get some milk tea or food here. First time coming here and I got their coconut milk tea with no topping. It is great! Perfect sweetness and super coconut tasting. Exactly what I'm craving for after my lunch. The order came out in 2-3 mins. Super quick and the staff was nice to chat with me while I was taking pictures of the place. She helped me navigate what was on the menu and told me if I didn't like my drink she can make me something else. Super nice gal. The place looks small from the outside, but once you walk in it's quite spacious. Lots of seating in front and in the back. The establishment is clean and fresh. Parking can be tricky since the store is facing the street. So parking is on the street. There is free Wi-Fi offer to paying customers.

It was quite an interesting industrial, unfinished aesthetic. Definitely nostalgic and made me miss my fixed up white Acura Integra..ala 2001. Yea..I'm a girl and yea I use to race. ;) Such a good pit stop on our family's Spring Break road trip to Yosemite. It definitely refueled us for the rest of our journey. Known for its customizable ramen bowls with flavorful broths and a wide variety of toppings, as well as, other menu items like rice bowls, bentos, and dumplings, Tsuchiya Ramen definitely lived up to it's almost 5 star Yelp reviews. The waitress was friendly and the food came out fairly quickly once our order was taken ~ less than 10 mins for sure! I ordered the spicy miso ramen ($17.99) with a sweet corn side (+$1.50) and complimentary topping of the fried garlic. The hakata (thin style noodles) were perfectly cooked, with a lil al dente bit to them. It had all the trimmings that I like ~ green onion, chashu, jammy egg, crunchy wood ear mushrooms, naruto fish cake, marinated bamboo, and nori. The broth was authentic, flavored with such depth. You can really taste the slow-cooked, miso quality in it. I loved the fried garlicky taste too! It was the right level of spice, I didn't even need to add any chili oil, like I usually do. My picky daughter opt'd for the "make your own ramen" option (starting at $12.99) ~ getting the same hakata thin noodle with tonkatsu broth, chashu (+$3.25), fried tofu (+$2.50), and freebie toppings of nori, sesame seeds & fried garlic. My son ordered the OG tonkatsu ramen w/ extra marinated bamboo (+$2) on the side. Lastly, the hubs wanted to eat lighter & healthier, so he opt'd for the teriyaki chicken rice bowl. Everyone loved their meal pick. Dare I say..I even think it ranks better than some of the ramen joints in the OC. Who knew Fresno was poppin' in the foodie dept? Lol A total RxFoodie recommend and I'd return if I'm ever in the area again!

Great tasting ramen!…read more My family and I made this place a pit-stop for dinner on a Sacramento to Los Angeles trip. Our original target was the Fresno location, but due to a GPS entry error, we ended up at their Clovis location! It was a little longer drive than usual, but still well-worth the drive. And besides, we were on a family long weekend break so who cares about distance... Our orders were quickly taken on the counter and we were off to find our table. A lot of places to choose from inside and outside seating was also available. And the place was nicely decorated and well-lit! Feels comfortable to dine inside! The menu was quite expansive. And you even have the choice of minor changes to the regular menu. I ordered an Oxtail Ramen...a first of this kind for me, so I just had to have it. And it passed with flying colors! Weird ingredient...but absolutely tasty! And at a really affordable price range! You just have to try our this place when you're in the area! You will love it!

Good amount of tables and seats. Simple, minimal decor and it was clean, from what I can remember. He got the Shoyu Ramen (#2) and I got the Spicy Miso Ramen (#4). We both agreed the broth wasn't as hot as we'd like and could use just a touch more flavor. Both were okay, but I preferred my broth more. I wish I paid attention to the fact that mine came with THIN noods though... I feel like I would've enjoyed my dish way more with thick noodles. To be honest, I should have done the build-your-own Ramen and selected everything I wanted myself... now I know. You live and you learn. The Wontons were good but we didn't eat much of it, as it came out the same time as the ramen. Once the ramen was served, our main focus was on that and that filled us up! Packed the rest to go. For this being our first time, it wasn't bad but it didn't wow us. If I'm being honest, so far-- the best Ramen we've ever had was in a small little shop we found while in Thailand back in March (yup, Thailand!). Unfair to this rating maybe? But-- every ramen I try will be compared to that now (sorry, it was THAT good). Until next time, which there will be a next time (just unsure how soon that will be)... they get a middle placement.
