Went here with my daughter for father daughter dance we went as mimes and the staff allowed us to mess around in the restaurant for a bit after we ate, food was delicious, and the place is clean and courteous to customers also an incredible amount of ramen for the price you pay!

Environment and service was decent, but food had NO taste adding soy sauce and sriracha didn't help much either

I wanted to try their Spicy Miso Ramen because it has thin noodles and also I love Takoyaki. The place is pretty spacious. They have lots of seating. You order at the cashier first. Their menu has a pretty big selection and I like how their ramen has descriptions of what they have and what kind of noodles. They gave me a buzzer and told me it would take 10 mins for my order to come out. They even offered me a tall water glass. They have fountain drinks with the touch screen. It took a bit for my food to come out. They have spices and condiments on the table. They served my ramen out first on a nice tray and bowl with spoon and fork. The employee offered me chopsticks. But I was curious about my Takoyaki, he said it was still being cooked so he checked on that. I understand it's deep fried so it takes more time but wish it came out first for an appetizer. Then he came back with it. I ended up just eating the Takoyaki more than the ramen. The ramen broth was good. But the Takoyaki was amazing. It was fresh and very tasty. Overall I think ramen was good but I definitely will try their other soups.

We really love coming to this spot for Ramen. We always order tonkatsu Ramen and it never disappoints. Their jammy egg is also really good. The staff are very friendly and nice.

Got a take out order from here for the very first time, and overall, I was content. Plusses: The extra thin noodles order was surprisingly plentiful, and good texture. The extra veggie broth was by far the best I have tasted, with a little tang. I enjoyed dropping some of my noodles there too. The fried rice was hot and tasty, and a good portion as well. Prices were reasonable, and ingredients matched descriptions. The notes I do have: one is definitely the tofu. I have enjoyed tofu for years, in many different forms, but the tofu I had was a bit of a let down. Each piece was deflated inside each bite...like unfortunately, they each lost their texture and potential oomph. Just not fresh and vibrant tasting- the appearance was beautiful though. The veggie rolls were also not quite up to par- just not hot and fresh tasting. All that being said, I will definitely return and order the items that rocked, but I certainly hope to have a better experience, especially tofu-wise.

I feel that the flavor of this ramen restaurant is actually very good. Even though it uses an order first and pick up at the counter by number system, the staff still kindly bring the food to your table. The prices are very reasonable, and both the dining area and the kitchen are very clean. There are also outdoor tables and seating available. Overall, the ramen itself is decent and the edamame is good, but the fried crab is genuinely excellent.

I have the Lins Restaurants app and received the "we miss you" offer of $30 off a $50 order. Unfortunately, it didn't work when we ordered and the app was glitchy. The employee was very patient and tried his best to help. He asked the manager and they couldn't figure it out. They ended up offering the garlic edamame on the house. $7 instead of $30... Our ramen was nice and cozy for the winter weeknight. It's a big portion and I had leftovers. It was 2 meals for me. The jammy egg is the star of the bowl! I'm glad they offer chili oil and condiments to adjust the heat and flavor.

OMG their chicken ramen (shio ramen) is the best in the menu if you do not want to customize something for you. We have tried this place multiple times already including to-go orders. The interior is very clean, even though it's a self ordering place, but I noticed how they clean each table after customers finished and left their place.

You ALREADY know the Ramen is good (especially those thick chewy noodles), just don't miss out on the Rock Shrimp Appetizer! We had it for the first time and there was a nice garlic flavor that permeated throughout. YUM-YUM!

We have dined here in the past, and I normally order via delivery. On this occasion, my significant other offered to pick up, so I requested Hokkaido Ramen (without shiitake mushrooms, with an added soft boiled egg), extra ramen noodles, and Spam Masubi for take out. Happily and thoroughly enjoyed it all. Hoping to dine in again soon.

Went to Ramen Hayashi on a weekend evening and had a great experience! This is the first ramen spot I've been to that felt more like a casual fast-food style place than a sit-down restaurant. You order at the counter, choose from preset bowls or customize your own, and the food comes out within minutes. I tried the Spicy Miso Ramen, which I'd rate 4/5. It was good overall and definitely satisfied my craving, but it didn't quite stand out as a go-to ramen destination. For $17, I thought the chashu portion could have been more generous, and the broth wasn't as thick or creamy as I expected. That said, it's still a solid option if you're looking for quick, tasty ramen without a long wait.

Pork Chashu - Rice Bowl (Donburi)
    Haku H.

Ramen Hayashi is well known for their beautiful presented and flavorful ramen bowls. But today i just need a quick grab and order their charshu rice bowls only. CHARSHU - RICE BOWLS (DONBURI) : I'm a bit dissapointed that their fried rice doesn't have that much flavors. It's slightly sweet and salty. The rice are nicely puffy and formed. The veggies are a bit hard. The charshu is good as I expected. There's a nice crispe on the outside layer. The inside is still soft. It's slighty sweet and salty. The portion size for to-go is a bit small for $12 dollar. The bowl size is small and the rice was not filled all the way to the top. RATE : 2/5 SERVICE : Did a order take out today. They were aiming for 10 to 15 min long but they took longer than the expected time. Friendly service. RATE : 4/5 AMBIANCE : Ambiance is always packed and loud in there. There's limited seating and parking due to how busy they are there. They do have some out door seatings. I wouldn't recommend a partY of 7 and above. They have variety of different chairs and table size so the tables wouldn't connect nicely.

This ramen place was surprisingly good. I didn't expect the broth to be as flavorful as it was. Most ramen place in town tend to be on the blander side but this was not the case here. It had balanced flavors. I would have liked to see more meat in my ramen but other than that, I can't complain. Their fried chicken was addictively delicious especially paired with the seasoning. I would 100% come back here and would definitely recommend!

One word of advice: if you're planning to join the waitlist, I recommend calling ahead for a more accurate wait time. The website initially showed no one ahead of us, but after joining the waitlist it indicated several parties were waiting. When we arrived, we were told the wait would be about 45 minutes, which wasn't ideal with a couple of hungry kids. Thankfully, we were seated within about 10 minutes. Our server, Patrick, was fantastic! He provided excellent customer service, took the time to explain the sushi rolls, helped us navigate the kids' menu, and was attentive throughout our meal. Patrick, thank you for helping make my mom's birthday dinner so memorable. Khasey was our chef, and the food was absolutely delicious. He made sure we had every sauce we asked for. The teppanyaki experience for the children was engaging and fun. To top it off, the staff brought out a cute birthday dessert and sang a birthday tune for my mom, which made the celebration even more special. The location is another huge plus. It's situated in a great area near Fresno State with plenty to do before or after dinner, including ice cream shops, boba spots, VR gaming, and movie theaters. Overall, we had a great experience and can't wait to come back!

Whether you're craving sushi, teriyaki, or ramen, they really have something for everyone. The sushi and sashimi are incredibly fresh -- honestly some of the freshest fish we've had at any sushi restaurant. It tastes like the chef went out and caught it that morning. The 14-piece sashimi platter with a couple of rolls was more than enough for two people, and everything was excellent quality. The ramen is also fantastic, but fair warning: the bowls are HUGE, so definitely come hungry. Their garlic edamame is absolutely addictive, and we really enjoyed the poke in the seaweed poke salad, though the dish does lean very heavily on the seaweed, so just keep that in mind before ordering. I was immediate greeted by the two Sushi chefs behind the counter as I walked in. Not long after, the host greeted me and handed me a menu for me to select my order to go. I considered a poke bowl, however, their sauces were pretty standard. So instead I opted for their seaweed salad that came with a number of protein including tuna, edamame, shrimp, avocado, and masago. It was $19, so it wasn't necessarily inexpensive, however I figured a poke bowl with a couple proteins would run me right about there as well. The sushi chef got right away to work preparing my meal and I was in and out within 5 minutes. When I got home, I opened up my box and was a little underwhelmed with the presentation. The protein is cut up into small pieces and mixed in with the seaweed salad. In addition it is not pure seaweed as it is also mixed in with a bunch of other greens such as sprouts. So while the presentation was not what I was expecting, I was pleasantly surprised that I really enjoyed the flavors and textures. I will definitely order this again.

Service/ ambiance: Came here on a Thursday around 8 to be greeted by a 45min. Wait--we stuck around. The place was super packed, and because the windows had the blinds down with art work; it felt a bit claustrophobic and overwhelming. We got an alert that our table was ready and checked-in. The hostess then left us, and waved us down to signal where we were sitting (they could've told us to follow them lol) The waitress was nice, but seemed a bit scattered. Automatically asked what we wanted, but we had never been here before, so wasn't sure how it all worked (they never explained). The walls of our booth were littered with scrape marks and chipped paint. The booth had no cushion whatsoever, making it extremely difficult to get comfortable (ok...there's a cushion, but it's flat). The table was the most annoying part. No matter if you scoot it more towards you or the other side there still so much space. I'm basically sitting at the edge of my seat trying to eat because of the distance--if you're a bit heftier on the stomach--it's perfect. (Random observation: the bathroom looks nice, but not well kept. There's graffiti and cravings all over, which makes me think I'm in the bathroom of a dive bar) Food: As I mentioned I was craving sushi--their selection was lack luster. Almost everything had the same ingredients. The salmon sashimi looked pale and had no color. There were some pieces that were sliced so thin you could basically see through it. I ordered two rolls for my daughter (crazy roll & snow mountain)--both were lacking flavor. The presentation for them was as if they didn't care or even try? Every time I picked one up it would fall apart. The Hibachi steak was cold and dry. Shot ribs were just lathered in sauce (not my preference), and mostly came with little meat and all bone. I'd only come back if the majority of people I'm with want to go, but I wouldn't suggest it myself. The service felt rushed. Food could have been presented/ prepared better. Space could've opened easily by letting us see out the windows and not feel so packed like a can of sardines, and could definitely use some touch up paint and better cushions. It could've been an off night, but this is what I experienced.
