The truck I bought appeared to be in great shape, salesmen told me it had no issues, that they have a shop check everything over in detail. My guess is at some point they used a short term additive to fix the engine light, lasted just long enough for me to test drive and get down the road. After politely following up and asking for some help, I was told to kick rocks (not literally, just 'sorry vehicle sold as-is'). Painful process…read more The car I was interested in still needed some work but they allowed me to come in and test drive and were very pushy that I should buy the car. When I asked if I could put down a payment to reserve the car with the hopes they would fix it that week I was told they would just sell it to someone else. Ended up taking 5 days to get the car back during repairs. Was never offered a rental car or any alternative local mechanics. Asked my sales person if there was anything they could do and was told to talk to the mechanic and that the boss would call me. Never got a call. Had to drive 2 hours with a friend to pick the car up since I'm not local which was frustrating. Overall not a great buying experience would not recommend buying anything here that's not fully ready to drive off the lot. That being said they did do the repairs and the car seems to be running well. Will come and update this review in 8 months or so with how the car is doing.

This was the absolute worst car purchase I have ever had. We found a truck online drove to the…read morePuyallup location to be told that this was being serviced at the Lakewood location. We drove over there to inspect and inquire about the truck, since the salesman at the Puyallup location was not helpful and just said if we wanted anything to go over there. The salesman at the Lakewood location was a young kid I think his name was Mehmet or Moe, sweet kid and helpful. My problem with this place is the truck we were interested in had a sensor issue and they were working to fix it. Totally understandable and we were appreciative of them disclosing this. The truck was a good deal so we proceeded to put a down payment down as they said the car should be fixed in the next few days. Unforeseen circumstances occurred as the new sensor was not calibrating and they could not get the ABS sensor to reset, and needed to get a new one. This process started on 5/19/26 we soon ran into Memorial Day wknd, and basically had little to no communication or updates on the status of the repairs. Keep in mind my bank had issued a check to the company to purchase the truck based on the "few days to fix". We also still have not even test drove the vehicle and decided to proceed with purchasing the vehicle. I know this is already a long story but we finally get the truck. Getting the license plates and registration another long drawn out lie and process. I have purchased several vehicles and it has never taken longer than 20 days to get my plates and registration. With Memorial Day that following wk we picked up the truck. It is mid July and after calling both dealerships, going in person to the dealership I was told it can take up to 30-45 days to get and they will call when they come in. This was just more drag by these people, I go in today to get the plates because the temp tags expired on the 7/12. They literally don't know anything about it I'm waiting for 10min and one the sales guys is like "oh the DOL is just waiting for one piece of paper can you wait and I'll run down there real quick." At this point t I'm beyond livid...I did finally get the tabs and I had to ask about my overpayment for the tabs..which they wrote a check out on the spot and gave...but this entire sales process was the worse! Buying a car is a big deal as it is a big purchase these people made me feel like I was wasting their time and they just wanted my money without even providing decent communication and expectations.

We…read moreliked the vehicle and drew up papers and left a deposit pending a pre-purchase inspection by our mechanic. When we went to look at it intially the dealer had the AutoCheck available, but not the Carfax which was strange since they have a big Carfax sign in the window. We also got some verbiage about how Carfax reported every little thing and wasn't necessarily accurate. I still paid for the Carfax when we got home ($40). What a surprise to learn the vehicle had been in an accident. This wasn't a dealbreaker as I still believed the "over-reporting" by Carfax the dealer told us and figured it was a fender bender. We went forward with the pre-purchase inspection ($100). My trusted AAA mechanic said the vehicle had been near-totaled and the damage hadn't been repaired very well. It was quite obvious when the mechanic showed me. I'm not sure why the dealer's mechanic didn't catch it. The car had been pulling to the right and it turns out this was due to a bent strut that hadn't been repaired. There were also some issues with the emissions equipment. The dealer showed me paperwork of what had supposedly been repaired when I noted that the vehicle had failed emissions in June, 2017. When I got home I realized what I had was an estimate, not a guarantee that the work had been done. The vehicle ran a little rough about 25% of the time so I asked the mechanic to look into it. He said it was running like it was "trying to throw codes" (in other words, emissions problems). My mechanic advised me to pass. I was cordial and polite, but told the dealer based on the pre-purchase inspection we no longer wanted the vehicle. When we returned it, the salesman (Martin) and the owner (Chuck) made all kinds of excuses about how the damage was minor and there wasn't anything wrong with it. They showed no interest in my report from the mechanic and kept insisting the vehicle was fine. I didn't say anything because I just wanted my deposit back without any hassle. Chuck remained cordial, but fast-talking Martin turned quite surly. I did receive my deposit back even though I spent $140 for nothing. I don't know how they could deny a report from AAA mechanic, or damage I could see with my own eyes. I didn't receive an apology nor was there any concern that someone could buy an unsafe money-pit. If there had been any regret or offers to fix the emissions and the strut, this would've been a different review. It could be a good car for someone with the problems fixed and full-disclosure of the accident. Honesty is worth gold, or in this case, a sale. If anyone wants the Carfax or has any other questions, please feel free to contact me.
