I paid $110 dollars to have 2 pairs of curtains that hang side by side on the same rod to be hemmed to the same length: 101," which would allow them to hover just above the floor. On the first attempt, they came out in 2 different lengths: the yellow curtains were dragging on the floor, the the multicolored ones were correct (see "Attempt 1" photos). I took the curtains back and they argued with me that both pairs were 101", despite my photos showing them otherwise. I asked them to fix the yellow pair by taking the hem up 1 inch (=100"). They insisted that I must pay again (half price) for the labor. I paid because ai can't do this labor myself. I have them home and now the yellow curtains are shorter than the multicolored curtains! (See "Attempt 2" photos) I even hung a long tape measure from the top seam, which shows they are 99", not 100" (see "Attempt 2" photos). Curtain lengths need to be very precise, but I guess this place does not understand that, or doesn't care, or doesn't know how to measure. If your curtains are going to pool on the floor, you could probably take them here to be hemmed. But if you need them to be hemmed to a precise measurement, do NOT take them here. read more

Ive been a client for a few years but seems the quality of alteration is just getting worse and worse. Took 3 pants in for hemming and 2 came back with flaws. One pants was much longer than expected with uneven lengths. The pants also have uneven lengths about 1/2 inch off. Took the 2 pants back and didn't seem to do any good. See photos below. I've used this place a few times as it's close to home and it's always been solid. Had some stains from some cooking oil mishaps and they removed them, no problemo. Did alterations on some jeans and they fit great. Nice people, good prices, no fuss. read more

Will never use this place for alterations. Incredibly expensive. The "alterations lady " she did not provide her name, was very rude and acted like she did not need the business. She asked for $80 for hemming a very simple summer dress. Her previous charge a week ago, for the same service and same type of alterations was $28. That's quite a jump. Have not used the cleaning side of the house but no longer interested in bringing them business. read more

This place is so accommodating! I showed them the mascara stain on my white blouse on the sleeve and I asked them to do their best to remove it. They were very nice and said they would do their best. It was gone! Magic! Here it is, and then it's gone! And the price was right! This was my first time at this cleaners and I will NEVER come here again. I brought in 1 blazer to be dry cleaned and thought I would be in and out. The lady at the counter looked at my blazer and said that there was makeup on it that could not be removed. She suggested that it be washed instead of dry cleaned, I said no problem. She then proceeded to look at the label and said that she didn't think it would get that clean even if it was washed because it was made out of cheap material. I was like.....WHAT... I purchased this blazer at Nordstrom and it was not cheap. I told her that I have never been to a cleaners that told me that my blazer was made out of cheap material...who does that!! I was not only disgusted but offended. I immediately took my blazer and told her that I no longer needed their services. Avoid this place!! My work uniform comes back with holes in them and my t shirts collar gets stretched out big time... ALL MY SHIRTS. I would still have some easy to come off stains on my pants. I don't know how they couldn't get that out. It doesn't even look like they clean them. read more

I was a loyal customer but not after the way they acted. I took in a brand new long sleeve shirt so that they could press it. I inspected the shirt numerous times before I bought it and when I dropped it off. It had no tears or defects. When I picked it up I noticed a big tear near the cuff. I pointed that out to them and the male Asian guy laughs saying that's how I bought it. The Asian lady who I assume is his wife was nice polite but told me there's nothing they can do. Why not at least offer to fix it? I tell them again that this big obvious tear was not there before. They begin to talk in another language and the male waives me away as he says how can they cause this tear. I showed him how sharp the hook part of the metal wire hanger is and he just laughed before walking away. I have to drive farther away now but I will never come here again. read more

We have been a loyal customers for many years, and was very disappointed in the way I was recently treated and my concerns were not addressed. They have lost us as customers. I took in a dress for cleaning and a pair of pants for shortening. When I picked up my articles I noticed the dress didn't appear to have been cleaned. The clerk asked for payment, and I asked the clerk if the dress had been cleaned, she didn't respond, I asked another question... were you not able to get the light stain out? silence. asked another... do you see the stain on the dress??? She squints her eyes and scratches the material in the area I pointed toward. I again asked if they had cleaned the dress. She commented that I have extremely good eyes to see any stain on my dress. I asked if they would launder it again, and the clerk began to show my garment to another customer asking them to find the stain, essentially inviting them to be a "judge". The clerk tries to plead her case by joking to the other patron/customer how i have super vision. The clerk laughs (at her joke i assume) meanwhile...I take possession of my two garments, then pay, get my receipt of payment... then i told the clerk that they had lost a customer today, that I felt disrespected because my concerns were laughed at... I agree with m m. ~My concern is that they are not customer friendly enough to understand that they might have been at fault . Basically they called me a liar. In any case, they have lost a loyal customer. I strongly recommend against this place. read more

Great dry cleaning service. It's the only dry cleaner in the area and I'm lucky they do good work. I launder, dry clean and have had some stuff hemmed there. Everything I've ever asked them to do, they've done well. I highly recommend to those that live in the area. Also, they were one fo the first in the area to get AQMD approval. read more

I came here for a little over a year. It was close to my house. The service was never very good and the little things just kept pilling up. Taking 3 days to clean my shirts, rude attitude when I would drop off or pick up. One time I needed same day service on some dress shirts and brought them in at 10:30 to be picked up after 5. The guy told me they wouldn't do that because it was after 10am. Really!!! The final straw was when I asked them to wash my comforter. The lady said only dry clean and $35.00. I showed her the tag that said to machine wash and fluff dry. She said no, dry clean. They can't wash... I'm done with them, I suggest finding another location. read more

I came to get my long sleeve shirt hemmed. I wanted the sleeves sewn in because they were too loose. I tried it on so the lady could mark the areas that needed to be sewn in with safety pins. She started safety pinning an area of my shirt as if she was going to make my long sleeve shirt a SHORT sleeve shirt. I specifically told her that the length was fine it was just was just too loose. I come back a couple of days later and my long sleeve shirt had now become a short sleeve shirt. I asked for a refund of my money and she said no. I will never go back to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone. They will ruin your clothing. read more
