This is the worst place I have ever gone. on 8/22/25 I called to see if I could get a tire rotation I talked to Jessie and he said I would wait about a hour and a half. so when I got there the guy at the desk told me about a hour and a half and he asked who I talked to when I called I told him Jessie. so almost 3 hours later I asked how much longer it would be? Jessie started getting so fresh and mouthy I could not believe it? TLDR: TFT damaged the body of my car while it was in their possession and denied responsibility. I brought my car here to get four new tires and a wheel alignment, and left with some new dents and scratches to the body of my car, free of charge! I picked up my car in a serious downpour, so I didn't notice the damage until I got home. The manager at TFT was initially polite in fielding my complaint, saying they'd check "the cameras" so see what happened to my car. They called me the next morning saying they checked the cameras at the U-Haul business next door, which showed nothing happening to my car. Funny that TFT didn't check their own cameras, and also upon asking U-Haul about who gets to see security footage, you can only review with permission from corporate. DANGEROUS! I went to get a winter tires put on, it took a lot of time but whatever. I even paid extra to have the winter tires ' aligned' ( My car is old I don't want issues). I noticed the tires looked rather deflated and felt a bit off, but I didn't have ay more time to spend on it Today while getting ready for a 120 mile highway drive in the rain/ snow I checked my tire pressure and THEY HAD NOT FILLED THEM WITH AIR! One tire was at 20, one was at 14, one was at 25, etc. It is absolutely ridiculous to offer winter tire change over and not fill tires that have been sitting around for months. I'm lucky I didn't trust these guys. There was a little old lady in the line before me and now I am worried about her car . I will never go back to that branch! read more

Went in to take advantage of the "free tire rotation for life" for the tires I purchased ... guy says it'll be about an hour and a half... I waited an hour and a half before they pulled my truck in the bay and another hour and a half for them to rotate the tires... Brought two tires to get fixed , & because I have more than one Honda key on the ring , they stuck the wrong key in my ignition it's still in there , I had to walk home to Holyoke , I called back this am to apologize for me flipping out and after I did ... Carlos the manager began to tell me it's my fault for having more than one key one the ring for the car , said to shut my mouth 3 times because he was told not to do anything for us so this is his call , & the person who did this is not in trouble , oh ur workers who were goofing off and about to fight each other prior ( watch the cameras or do ur job ) so they are not at fault for jamming the wrong key in my ignition, wen they were shown wat key ,? They are ridiculous, unprofessional as all . DONT GO HERE Two weeks ago my tire light came on I put air in it then last night my tire light came on again so I stopped by here so they can check if there's a leak they said that it would be a hour and a half wait if they repaired it so the guy just put some air in it and checked it really quick and told me there was a nail he told me it would be $9.21 I said are you sure it's not in a place that can't be repaired he said no it's right there I'll be able to repair it for $9.21 so I came back today at eight in the morning when they opened another guy checked my tire and told me it was unrepairable it would be $116 I grabbed my keys and left and went to a local tire shop and the guy just fixed it for $10 town fair tire is always trying to play you. Did you know that Town Fair Tire will fix a (salvageable) flat for free? I bet you didn't. There was a huge screw in my tire and I walked out of there paying a little over 9 bucks for a new valve and for the balancing of the tire. Also, great service. Steve helped me out, didn't try to upsell, texted me right when my tire was ready and I spent about a half an hour in the waiting room while they put it back on. And because he didn't try to upsell, my dad was swayed into buying my mom (much needed) new tires from there. Highly recommend for flats. read more

Had tires installed and had vibration afterward. Went back for a balance check. Waited over 1.5 hrs. to be told that a lug nut was missing. I assumed they replaced it. No, still missing and it was the keyed lug nut. Since the vibration started when I left Town Fair after tire installation I will assume it was never put back on. I should have returned immediately but I was not able to. Very long wait times at this location but the staff are pleasant enough. where should I start? oh yea one of the guys at the front(Steve) said you should be here by 800 a.m.. I was there at 730. I was the second person that was there. but yet I was considered the fourth person, one of the other guys Jesse. he asked me what number I was. I'm like what do you mean what number I was like well, apparently I'm the fourth one he said well the fourth through whatever you're looking at an hour and a half Well, I should've been gone about an hour ago. I got there at 800. They did not put my truck into the bay until 10:00! and I left at 11:05!!!! My truck was up on a lift how could it be on the lift when I was just having them replace my tire stems I believe there was six bays and maybe a handful of workers. The workers were getting stressed out because the guys of fun were giving them jobs and the other guy that was in front of me that was there at 800. His car did not go in till 20 minutes after my truck went in at 10 o'clock. I DO NOT recommend this place. They used to be good. They're not good anymore anymore. And one guy that was working on my car, smoking his funny stuff apparently they had fired him three times and they still rehired him. I am extremely unhappy with this place. My tire was losing air but I was able to make it to Town Fair in Chicopee. I wanted to buy two new tires and get it done today. David checked to see if he had the tires. He didn't but told me he could have them there in a couple of hours. I would like to say that David went out of his way to get my problem resolved even getting right on the phone to get the tires delivered the same day. He also showed me the huge bolt in my tire and how worn it was. While I dealt primarily with him, I saw the other staff being very helpful and professional. I would like to mention David was super courteous and friendly. I would recommend Town Fair to anyone looking for a great tire buying experience! Ask for David!!! read more

These people are petty, they wanted to charge me $600 for 2 tires, balanced and aligned, 235 65 17, inches nice I saw how much they wanted to charge me for each tire I went online and found the same tire for $87, they matched the price but made me wait for 2 hours, when the car was finally "done" they tried to give it to me without an alignment, so it went back in for an alignment, granted it took them over 3 hours to do the complete job, and when I went in the store all bays were empty and there were no one waiting. Definitely don't recommend, been there several times and had on service. But this time it was the worst. Shitty establishment. They also broke 2 of the security lug nuts that I completely forgot about it by the time I left the store. Guess customer service will be getting a phone call. read more

I've gone here a few times because it's one of few places close to me, and I will never go again. First of all, they should not offer appointments since they never seem to honor them. Last winter I went to get my snow tires put on and it took SIX HOURS. I very politely inquired about why it was taking so long considering that I made an appointment earlier that week, and I was told "we had a lot of people walk in today before you got here, and we have to do them first." Anyone who is familiar with the concept of an appointment vs. a walk-in knows this makes zero sense. With that same logic, three people who came in after I did managed to get out before me, so figure that out! On another occasion the person who "helped" me told me my tires had only one season left in them "at most." These were tires I had only put approx 3,000 miles on, and I told him that seemed ridiculous to which he shrugged and told me "that's the way things are." I put those same tires back on for yet another season somewhere else and asked them what they thought, and they told me the tires appeared to be in great shape. Overall, I don't trust the people that work there. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or what, but I always feel like I have to mentally prepare myself when I go, and that is why I will never go again. read more

Do Not Trust this company I went there and bought brand new tires, plus a balance and alignment.. I left with a car that felt like I was on a boat on waves. I took it back and asked them to fix it. They Never did. Long story short.. a few years later I took my car to another company to get it winterized and everything cked., to find out that they put 2009 OLD Tires on my car, when I bought and paid for Brand NEW Ones a couple of years ago from Town Fair Tire! Management here is terrible. It seems like there is no communication between the shop and front desk. I had to leave my car there for two full days and still ended up waiting for them change two tires when I went to pick it up because they weren't able to get two out of the four hub caps off. I wanted to give them 3 stars after going in with a flat tire. The sales person saw that the inside tread was bald so not worth fixing. He helped me pick out new tires. We talked about the pros and cons of snow tires vs all season tires. It took them longer than necessary to change my tires. I was the only person there and I waited for 45 mins. I also needed a new alignment to fix the uneven wear on my tires but they didn't have time that evening so I made an appointment for the next day. They said the procedure was fast and would take about 15 mins. I arrived early for my appointment, and still I waited for an hour for them to even pull the car into the garage. It was another hour before they came out and told me they could not complete the alignment because the tie rod was stuck. They told the very old man who was very hard of hearing right before me the exact same thing. This place is all promises and no delivery. They draw people in promising to fix flat tires for free and end up sucking up your entire afternoon without communicating in any way when they are delayed. Please, just tell me it's going to be an hour before you even look at my car so I can at least go get a coffee or something to eat while I wait... read more

What is wrong with that picture not to mention while you wait you watch them work NOT ONE PERSON shows efficiency or hustle! The kid behind the desk continued the appointment by then following me to my car and insisting I should by another one for the back left because something looked "funny". Father-in-law purchased ustruck tires as a Christmas present. He easily spend over $1,200 for our Ford Raptor. Unfortunately for us they have no quality control or integrity at this location. After picking up our truck we noticed that one of the tires was noticeably low upon checking none of the tires were filled up appropriately. Also our 70k truck was left unlocked with the winowsvrolled down in the rain. When we called we were told just to go to the local free gas station as they didn't have time if we $1,200 on worth of tires as a Christmas present I expect them to read the pressure that is appropriate for our car and fill it correctly . I would give it a negative review if I could. I had traveled out to my parents house for the night, me and my 2 year old daughter. When I got to my parent's house I noticed I had a low tire, picked up a nail. Went to put the spare on to find out it's a mini-donut and it's flat to boot!! No problem, I zip the wheel off and load it in Dad's car, and head off to Town Fare to get it patched. Here's where it goes sideways, FAST... The gentleman (I use that term VERY loosely) who was helping me at the counter was drunk. not like I had a couple beers at lunch drunk, but Nick Cage Leaving Las Vegas drunk!! He's loud, disoriented, and very VERY inappropriate towards other employees (blow job motion anyone??). OK, whatever, he's not working on the tire. It's 5 bucks to fix, I pay it, he asks if I'm waiting, I say no, I'm going to run a couple errands can I pick it up in about an hour or so?? Yeah, no problem he says. This is at 3:30 PM.... Well, I get back at 4:45 and THEY ARE EFFING CLOSED!! Closed and not open until MONDAY (this is Saturday afternoon). So, I can see my tire leaning against the counter, ready to go. Check my missed calls.. Nope. Text? Nope... Still waiting for the carrier pigeon to tell me the tire's ready.. Sooo, call corporate, no answer. Left a voicemail that they are probably pretty confused about (lots of yelling, not my best moment I'll admit). story short I have to drive 2 hours home in Dad's car, then on Monday (my 1 day off that week) drive the 2 hours back, pick up a tire, mount it on the car, then drive another 2 hours home... Sweet day, huh?? To top it off, the manager says he's going ot send me something in the mail to make up for it (I didn't ask for anything, but I said he can do what he thinks is appropriate for 5 wasted hours and 230 miles traveled). Recently had four tires installed and a four wheel alignment. Long story on the alignment, but Town Fair did not handle a customer well who insisted on having his alignment done before mine even though I had an appointment and was next in line. To add insult to injury, I drove my car for a day and started getting a vibration from the front left tire. I came home jacked up the car and found the lug nuts were loose. I checked the rest of the lug nuts on the car and guess what? Of the remaining 15 lug nuts 11 were loose. I have bought tires there for many years. Simply. I won't be going back. read more

I had gotten a flat tire and they were more than accommodating! not only did they replace my tire but i also asked them to do a tire rotation and they had already started working on my car while i was still at the counter!
