I came in with a bad tire and rim, asked for an overall check to ensure safety and they found bad tie rod ends. Warranty company was very challenging to get ahold of but Dave worked so hard, was flexible and was very patient throughout. After all of the warranty process, when they could start ordering parts (after 5pm) for my car they had it all done by 11am the next morning. The tire took the longest to come in because they wanted to ensure it was the same as the others so it wouldn't cause any problems with the alignment (I respect rather than pushing Me to get all 4 new tires like others would do). They were able to repair the dent in my rim rather than buying a new one as well. He cares, and makes sure that you are not getting parts replaced that still have time to be replaced or if you have time to have maintenance to be done. My brakes were completely gone due to going to a shop that didn't do the work correctly 4 months ago. I also had a bad caliper which caused my brakes to work harder on one side than the other. I was scared to drive to work in Farmington, CT (45 mins away). I asked Jay if he could look at the radiator fluid because I had a flush done by JiiffyLube in East Longmeadow. He looked at it and informed me that the fluid had been flushed but not replaced (unbelievable). I would recommend having anyone you care about get their car maintenanced at this Goodyear because they are a great team, do not try to steer you in the wrong direction, and are affordable!
