Service consistently takes HOURS longer than expected. My lug nut covers were lost during the service and never returned or replaced, despite pointing it out. They didn't fill my tires after everything was complete. And to top it all off, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car's alignment in the first place. This place is such a joke, they changed the wrong tire. So I had to make special trip back to have my old tire put back on. I when i returned i was welcomed with take a seat we get it in right away. The kid at front desk who had made the paperwork mistake was no where to be found. Then car comes out i say my piece, I open the door the steering wheel was covered in whatever the tire tech must drove it with his gloves on. Back in the store told them steering wheel was cover , i asked for wipes they gladly hand me a handful didnt even offer to clean it they must of been out of sorries. They made it up for their mistakes. I went in at about 12.05pm and someone took my vehicle in. I was told that the wait time would be around 1.5 hours, so I thought may be in 2 hours I would be out with my car. But it took them more than 4 hours while I was kept waiting. What I didn't like was that they didn't communicate properly about how much time it would take. Had they told me it would take more time, I would surely have not waited at the store. Anyway, after 4.5 hours I got my car. I was not pleased with how it went and the guy at the front desk was apologetic about my experience. He gave a generous discount by charging me only for the tires (waived all labor charges). Thanks Nino. I appreciate the kind gesture. For people going there, I would recommend it. Worst experience Ever!! Brought 2 work vans for a simple tire change over from winter to snow tires which we bought from them. They gave us one van back with 1 snow tire swapped also told them 1 van needed a spare on right front to be re mounted underneath and provided them with new Rim and tire we bought from them. Now I have 2 vans with no spare tires and I'm missing a Rim. But there looking into it spent 2 day, going on 3 for a simple Tire swap. Good Luck!! read more

DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE !!! I had all four new tires put on my truck because my old ones where completely bald. I had to return 4 or 5 times. They couldn't relearn the air pressure sensors correctly that took 3 or 4 visits. Then the weights on the rims fell off, found them in my driveway. That was my last time there FOREVER... And they never did the free alignment they advertised with the sale, but when I asked, they said they did and that they don't know what happened to the paperwork. If they don't give you a print out of your alignment, showing before and after readings THEY DIDN'T DO IT !!! My truck still trembles on the highway. And I get that sound of vibrating through the entire truck like when you only roll down your rear windows on the highway. I work hard for my money and to spend nearly a thousand dollars in this place f@#%ing kills me. My truck was driving better with the bald tires. It is sickening how a place like this can operate. DO NOT GO THERE !!! They will screw you over one way or another. The saying, you get what you pay for FULLY APPLIES HERE... Once exceptional customer service is no longer. Town Faire tire was one of the last places that I thought gave professional customer service. In fact I often told other people of how good this company is in terms of their service. This isn't a complaint about service time. That's to be expected. What's not expected is a bad attitude. I ask for an approximate time of when my work would be done. The answer was "We work until the work is done". Ask again because I was shocked at the response. Same answer. If you're backed up or have an undetected surge in business just simply say so and apologize. Don't tell the customer you have no idea about time frames and that the "central customer" service has no idea of what happens in the local shop. That's not my problem. read more

Appointments don't really help. I needed a tire checked for a slow leak, they said about a 2 hour wait, made an appointment for next week and when I showed up they said about 3 hour wait. They offered another appointment but I had already taken it to another shop. I was happy when I bought the tires, installed and an alignment in about 70 minutes. Recently ordered 2 tires and made appt to have them installed on 9/16/20 at noon. Aaron, the manager, had me checked out and paid by 11:54am. He really cares about your business. Tires done in the allotted time (he said 90 minutes to two hours). Pro Tip: bring a snack and a blanket to sit outside as seating is limited. The staff is nice and the prices are good. The work they've done has been fine. Appointment times are meaningless here. With 10+ employees roaming around the store, talking about their smoke breaks, video games, weekends, etc, it's baffling that it takes them an hour or more to take a nail out of a tire and repair it. I've been to other places where that same service takes 10-15 minutes with no appointments. My tires were under warranty here though so I brought them here. When making an appointment, it would be nice if the receptionist would tell you about how long the service would take or the expected wait time. Worst customer service. I showed up for a 9 am appointment. I understand due to covid I had to wait outside. The night before there was 15 inches of s ow. I proceeded to wait for an hour in my car, there's no seat to wait in and the metal bench that was out front had a foot of s or in it. 5 cars went in while I continued to wait in the cold. It eventually got to cold to wait outside so I went inside to warm up and was rudely told to leave. Where was I to go? It's off the highway. There's no where to wait. Two Big Issues: 1) I made an appointment for a new tire and asked them if it could be done within an hour so I did not need a ride as I needed to be somewhere. They said of course if I made an appointment on Monday it could be done in an hour. When I got there, the guy told me there was no way it could be done in that time and appointments just guarantee that day or order and waiting hours is norm, so I needed to take an Uber back home and borrow another car for my appointment. Up front honest about how they cannot meet appointment times would have been appreciated. 2) Town Fair conveniently lost my information in their computer system twice, including not being able to verify that I had bought four tires there on the same car just months earlier. Having lost my purchase history in their system, I was not eligible to get my warranty when one of the new tires needed to be replaced and am not eligible for the tire rotation. They did not care. In general, I feel like the employees have poor customer service skills and I feel like they kinda conned me. I made an appointment to have my winter snow tires put onto my car. They are already mounted on wheels. The appointment was for 9:30 AM & I arrived at 9:20. I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even came to address the line of 3 people waiting for a service person. Finally, I was checked in. My car remained unattended for 1.5 hours while I waited. The swap over took another hour to complete. What's the sense of making an appointment if they are not going to abide by the stated time??? Also, a sign at the desk states that text messages would be sent indicating the progress of the work. I never received any texts throughout the 2.5 hour ordeal. I have been using Town Fair Tire at this location for over a decade. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. They also price match with Tire Rack which saves me the trouble of ordering tires and then bringing them to be mounted. I have had no problem with appointments, I make the appointment early in the week, they take the car in when I get there and the waits are not excessive. A year and a half ago, my single best tire buying experience was at Town Fair Tire in New Hampshire while driving up to Maine. The worst tire buying experience? Town Fair Tire in Natick! Update: I've deleted the long-winded details of my initial problems with the Natick branch. As can be read from the reply by a Town Fair Tire sales manager below, they took ownership of the series of mistakes committed by the sales associates at the Natick branch. I also received a voice mail on my cell from another district manager a day after Christmas who was equally apologetic. Management went above and beyond what I expected to resolve my issues and asked me to return to the Natick store. Upon arriving, I found Aaron, the assistant manager to be equally remorseful and apologetic. He also went above and beyond my expectation in rectifying a poor tire install. For wasting my time and to compensate for my poor experience, Aaron even discharged the initial installation fee and credited some $30+ back to my credit card. I hope and trust the sales associates and the installers receive a wake up call and better training, and the exemplary service I received on the return visit to Town Fair - Natick will result in far better and more consistent service to all its customers. DONT GO HERE! First off, we bought 2 sets of tires for 2 cars. Over $1000. We had to make an appt to go down there. There was a long line we waited in which meant our "appointment" meant nothing really. While we were getting all our receipts 4 other people came in behind us and were taken care of before us. We now had to wait for their cars to be taken care of and then our car was brought in. Customer service sux here. They have zero and zero professionalism. We had to order the 2nd set and come back the next day so we made another " appointment" for those. Well something came up and we were late for the appointment. Really no big deal because we already paid for them and just had to get them installed. We would have to wait for whoever is there getting tires dieb anyway. Well we get 2 nasty calls from Diego. Then he gives us an attitude at the store and decides he's going to make us pay by making us wait an hour and a half before he decides to take the car in. He was rude to my husband and it's unacceptable. We just paid for 2 sets of tires and get this kind of attitude? Charged me twice for 1 set of tires I signed up for their card to get the rebate and was charged twice for 1 set of tires. This is AFTER I had to take the car back in since the wheels weren't appropriately balanced. That was AFTER the 4-hour wait WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Between my husband and I, we have bought three sets of tires here. I first shopped there maybe six years ago for tires and though pure luck, got three flats over the life of the tires. Each time they replaced them or fixed them no problem. Their standard warranty covers flat repair and rotation and I've never gotten the extended warranty. One time I had a flat that couldn't be repaired and wasn't technically covered (in the side wall). At that point I had had the tires several years, it was passed the manufacturers warranty, and the two front should have been replaced together so they gave me one free if I bought the other - even though they didn't have to repair or replace the tire based on the damage. When my new (used) car needed tires I didn't hesitate to go back. Again, I got a nail in my tire and they fixed it without issue and rotated the tires. I've been in many times for the included rotations and they do so without trying to upsell you to any other services. I'm just in and out with my free rotation. I've recommended them countless times and am very pleased with their service. I have a very hard time trusting anyone with my car -I always feel like someone is out to get me- but I've found town fair to be very honest and professional. read more

I told them what I was looking for and they didnt try and sell me on anything more expensive. Tires retailed for around $130 and they gave them to me for $108. They even took $5 per tire because it was the weekend before the tax free holiday. Dropped my car off and it was ready within the time frame they said it would be. read more

One star is a bit harsh since they are selling a commodity which is the same as any other place, but I think it is appropriate because I think they screw it up pretty bad. 1. Their pricing is borderline deceptive. I shopped them for winter tires because they claim free change over and alignment and best price guarantee. Best price guarantee?: If you use their website to claim a price advantage elsewhere, they add on a price for balancing and alignment which is higher than if you just walked in. They basically match a tire price and add a higher price elsewhere. I despise this type of dishonesty. They also claim "free tire changeover" with the purchase of snow tires. What they don't disclose as it does not include balancing. If you ask other retailers they say you have to balance and of course it is included. When I asked around if balancing was included their tone was like "of course". They acted like it was a silly question. Town Fair Tire charges for it when they do a change over. When I politely pointed out that I found their tactics less than transparent and said I was shopping elsewhere, the employee got angry and was rude. Not surprising. I shopped Direct Tire and they won't match pricing, but were very clear about what was included and what was not. Their winter change-over includes balancing (of course). They were honest about why they think it is a good value and were very respectful. I also shopped Firestone who will match online pricing and clearly disclose any other fees. Bottom line: I don't trust them and they were rude. No thanks. read more

I dropped my car off to be checked in by a technician who told me the tire change over would take 1.5 to 2 hours 'max'. After waiting close to 3.5 hours I called to check on the status. I was disconnected by the call center numerous times. I was then told when I called back they could not 'reach the store'. I said I would remain on hold until the call center reached the store. The call center representative told me 'there are only 2 guys working at the store due to Covid' and he couldn't reach anyone. I told him that was incorrect since when I dropped the vehicle off there were well over 6 guys at the counter working, he started laughing. I was then told by the call center that 'Kevin the Regional Manager is calling you now'. I stayed on the phone with the call center and explained in fact the store/Kevin was not calling since there were no incoming calls. AWFUL experience to say the least. I was two hours away from home and needed to replace my run flat tire. Not everyone carries this type of tire but Town Fair Tire did and at a very reasonable price! I didn't really know what to expect when I got there and whether or not I would be able to make my not so great situation better. Tony was AMAZING! He took my car in near closing time and told me not to worry about anything; he would take my car in and make sure I got home safe. Well...he was a man of his word! He went above and beyond to make sure there was a Town Fair tire near my home town that would be able to replace my other three tires when I was ready to have those replaced. He gave me solid advice and didn't make me feel like I knew nothing about cars. He was very respectful, thoughtful and professional. Booked an appointment online a few weeks ago for 4 tire replacements. They were ready for my vehicle when i arrived day the day of at 9:30am. An employee had me show him my car and did a once over on the tires. He informed me i had 50% life left in the front two tires and encouraged waiting to replace them. Saved me something like $250 that day. If you have the availability, drop off your car and pick it up later. They asked when i needed the car by and i told them by time they closed that day. Well, the employee wrote "by noon" on the paperwork and at 1130ish i got a call the car was ready. They were professional, quick, and the process was easy. I would go there again and i would recommend them to anyone in need of tire replacement. read more

I had found that the appointment time meant nothing, the Natick location was basically FIFO. Work on my 10:00 appointment began after 11:00. Took 3 hours for about 1.5 hours of work. I had to bring it back the next day since the balancing was not done properly. Took another 1.5 hours to get that straightened out. I was very pleased with my experience at Town Fair Tire of Natick. When you walk in you are always greeted right away. Definitely an excellent group of employees who work well together, it's quite obvious. One of my tires was making a noise and Nino the Assistant Manager did an excellent job looking into what was causing the noise. He found the problem after taking a sincere interest in helping me out. He took the time to show me the problem and explained everything to make sure I understood. The Store Manager Tony followed up on the issues with my car to make sure I was all set. Both Nino and Tony have impeccable customer service skills. I can't thank them enough for helping me out. Shout out to the technician who did an excellent job taking orders from the Assistant Manager and servicing my car. He did the job in less than an hour as promised. Mind you the girl told me no charge on the phone, but that the tire was covered by warranty but they told me I still had to pay $33. Clearly I am 2 fast, 2 furious like Devon Aoki because it seems I change tires almost as much as I change socks. My last flat occurred when I was out to dinner and I had to put on the spare in a dark, dusty Hess station parking lot in Allston...in my work clothes! It has gotten to the point that no matter what kind of tires I buy (from any retailer), they never last more than a year. Now I just get the cheapest one I can find and figure that my yearly budget will likely include at least 2 new tires at some point in the year. Low profile performance tires are NOT a good choice for daily commutes of 70 miles (roundtrip) on chopped up New England roads that have more holes than Swiss cheese. As such, Town Fair is always my choice for tire replacement; they are quick, friendly and extremely well priced (as low as $90 for 17inch low profiles which is sometimes up to half of what I have been quoted at other places). I have been both to this location and the Milford one and all my experiences have been pleasant. I have always been treated respectfully (a rarity in auto mechanic shops) and found the staff to be helpful and non-pressuring (another rarity!). read more

I was so happily surprised today by my incredible experience have a flat tire repaired at Town Fair Tires of Natick. I was expecting to have to buy a new tire, but Tony at the front desk reminded me that since we bought four tires there two years ago, there's no charge to fix he flat! It totally made my day. Then, when they couldn't find he right part in my trunk to put he spare back on my Highlander, Kevin and Bill took the time to use their own tools to put it back in for me. In every sense, all three employees went above and beyond to make sure I was treated well, in and out quickly, and left feeling great about my experience. After reading the bad reviews for the townfairtire at shrewsbury and long wait times, decided to go to this one at natick. Called the rep, told him exactly what i wanted from their internet site and asked him for an exact quote including rear wheel alignment and any extras. Nick (nicholas) gave me an exact estimate including valve costs and quoted 2 hrs for the job. I said i'll leave it there for 3 hours but wanted it done in time. He said they had to get the tires and will have it done by then. Everything was done in a single day. They didn't try selling me anything extra. I also knew what I exactly wanted and know a bit about what a car needs. Doing your homework helps. So far so good, they did a good job and had it ready on time. I scheduled an appointment this afternoon because my tire pressure light has been on for some time now. The gentlemen behind the counter were extremely helpful. After 5 minutes, I was told I would receive a text when my car was ready. After 30 minutes of shopping in the plaza, I recieved the text. The light went off and my car is as good as new. It was only $20, which is less expensive than the dealer. I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi while browsing their wide variety of rims on display.
