My husband had a chili dog. The chili sauce is all seasoned meat, not runny at all. It was very tasty. Hot dog was cooked so it was a little brown--perfect in his opinion. I had the fish dinner with a broiled or baked haddock (excellently cooked with Cajun seasoning), coleslaw and Mac & Cheese. The Mac & Cheese was amongst the best I've ever had. Atmosphere in the main area of the pub was nice, dark. There's a lower level that sort of wraps around the main part of the pub (that's a little different) and it has dart boards for those who play darts. Service was excellent. I think there was only 2 waitresses on the night we went. Quiara(pronounced key-R-ra) was excellent and kitchen was prompt. Ok, not as prompt as a place that feeds kids, but pretty darn close!

It wasn't BAD but I can't say much more than that. The mashed potatoes were pretty good also but I fucked up and didn't realize the loaded version would be covered in bacon. That was my bad. I appreciate the attempt at the veggie options but the deep fried cauliflower really seemed to be frozen cauliflower which...isn't good at all. The batter had zero flavor. It wasn't worth the calories. I lied when I said we weren't looking for anything nutritious because I always need to sneak in an order of something with fiber and antioxidants for the temple that is my body. I ordered the side of veggies to achieve that task. They were mushy, clearly frozen veggies that were just warmed up, soggy, flavorless. It's insane to literally sell vegetables to people but then just buy a bag of frozen veggies and throw them in the microwave. Beyond me. The veggie sweet potato fries were cold, soggy, undercooked, and I am not joking or exaggerating, came with an absolute joke of a portion. There MAY be 15 fries there, max. I am actually going to post a picture because the quantity was offensive. They were so underwhelming we just gave them to the dogs. The dogs liked them but my dog literally eats her own shit, so.. This was such a disappointing meal I would never entertain ordering from this place again.

It took about 40 minutes for the food to come and the boot bowl was mostly a big bowl of greens with what couldn't have been more than a tablespoon of chicken chopped up on it. It was very tasty. My husband's quesadilla was the size you would expect loaded with cheese but literally one little tiny cube of steak in each of the six wedges. His quesadilla was tasty We only ordered water to drink because we were going to be singing later and it took about 15 minutes for the water to get to us. She "forgot". The whole time we were there nobody checked on us and place never got very busy no more than maybe eight people the whole time. We decided not to stay to sing because there was practically nobody there and the people who were there were outside on the deck while the place for the performers was inside in the bar. And as far as we knew we were the only people there who were planning to perform. The Buddha bowl which would've made a nice side salad to any other meal was $14, while the quesadilla was $13. In my opinion overpriced for what we got. We also bussed our own table.

My most recent visit was very disappointing as I ordered carryout for myself and my brother. He ordered the Ruben sandwich and I had the Jalapeno bacon burger. For the first time in several years neither my brother or I could eat the sandwich. They were dry as sawdust. We had to through them away. To say the least I don't think we'll be back.
