I like the staff here, they remind me of an in-n-out with the friendly and fast service. This location has a large seating area and everything looked quite clean! We are loving Toxic Wings. The wings are good but the Burgers are fantastic! And the keto bun, if you go gluten free, is soft and fluffy. I am not usually a burger person but I crave Toxic's selection of fixins. The fries are a great accompaniment. The rest of my family like the wings best. But what really impressed me about the West 11th Toxic Wings is that they are so clean. Everything that should shine does. No sticky surfaces, and a gleaming floor. In addition, I notice that when there is lull in business people are cleaning. Some well established eateries could take lessons from the West 11th Toxic Wings location on that front. I haven't tried the other one, or is it more than one other, but I'll hazard a guess they are equally clean. The service has always been great too. read more

SO delicious! My first time here... staff was very helpful and friendly- gave me the run down on where they sourced everything, and I love knowing that. Quality was excellent. I have been going to toxic ever since it was just the one tiny shop in river rd. The owners are great people and the food is fantastic. Every time. I keep thinking I'm gonna get a burger that isn't as good as the last but they are consistently delicious. Even the sliders are mouth watering. And the wings are great also. They are smoked and then fried for a unique flavor with the usual crispness. Easy to see why these guys are growing like they are. Happy to have a wing place on the west side! Our party all ordered different menu items and we were overall pretty satisfied. The fries were just ok. The bacon blue burger was good. Two people got salads and they both seemed to enjoy them and were a decent size. My husband and I both got wings, he got bone in and I got "bone out" his were pretty good. Mine were well.. different. I was impressed at the size of the pieces of chicken they were more like chicken strips it certainly made it worth the price because when I was thinking 5 wings for 6.50 I was a little shocked at how much it was but the portion size of each wing made it worth it. I didn't hate the breading but I didn't love it either, I can absolutely appreciate the fact that they made it GF but it is not exactly what you would expect on a chicken wing. I got sweet BBQ sauce and he got garlic parmesan. They were both pretty good. We both agreed that we would rather have two sauce options than one sauce and a ranch or blue cheese. It would also be nice to have like little wet wipes or something because wings can be so messy to eat. Next time I will be trying the bacon cheddar burger! read more

But you lost me when you can't get the number of burgers right. I'm guessing 'I want two hamburgers' can be pretty confusing to a person who takes food orders for a living. I've struggled to find good bar-b-que in town. On a whim I walked in for lunch thinking wings sounded good. I saw they had a brisket sandwich on special, something they usually do on Tuesday's. I can say, without equivocation, that was the best bar-b-que brisket sandwich I've found since coming to town. And I have tried every brisket sandwich I can find here. Now, it is no B. That's a cold move towards the salad eaters, much less the diabetic folx who need some greens with their meats. 'Ya KILLIN me smalls!' Dressing ots is all good, not saying cover the thang in oil. Or even just force the back of house to slice em thin and measure with one of those 2oz ramekins you got back there. Change to red onion maybe. I'm sure you have a few ideas of your own. I'd say "no onions" but tbh it's not the onions' fault that humans are treating it so badly. What's the phrase? Wonderful service not to long of a wait for the amount of food we got but it sucked. The burger was as thin as 3 quarters and still very pink in the middle. The wings were over cooked. Love the wings. Bone-in are smoked then fried. Boneless are giant and delicious. Many tasty sauces even the hottest won't get you too bad. Burgers are high quality meat and delicious. I went there for the first time, I was underwhelmed. The chicken with or without bone was really dry. It wasn't very good and didn't live up to the hype at all. Sauce was great! Next time I am trying a burger and may change my review. 3 starts because the staff is supper nice, it seems like they are going to emulate the in n out experience. I have to tell you the staff overwhelmed me with information I already knew about which was actually annoying. I just wanted to be left alone so I could look at the menu. Wings tasted oddly old. Not fresh. Keto bun ordered was a Keto bun on top and regular bun on the bottom. Cheeseburger was not what was ordered and not much better then a dbl cheeseburger from McDonald's with a squirt of mustard 2 pickles and onion. That's it. Again not what I ordered. I have been wanting to stop by this eatery as I love spice and my wife has been on the "Keto" diet and finds it difficult to enjoy most menu options at other restaurants. First impression as we pulled up. The location was brightly lit and access was easy. Built in the place of a prior failed fast food location, it still displays a currently inactive drive through lane. We stepped inside. The place looked very clean, and the menu was easy to interpret. I was so excited to finally have a dining option that actually offered Keto buns for my wife's burger selection. So wonderful!! Do not interpret no-bone chicken wings to reflect the large coin sized bites you might receive from Buffalo Wild Wings, they are more like chicken strips. I mistakenly ordered the 15 count, and took home more than I ate. The food was very good. My only critique was that about 1/4 of my no-bone wings had a tough or chewy texture; not sure of the reason. My wife absolutely loved her burger and we will definitely return. Clean and brightly lit facility, extremely polite and very helpful team, and great food. What is there to not like? Please be aware that although the restaurant reflects a fast food face, it really seems to be more of a mid service level establishment, wait time was about 14 minutes. This place is absolutely amazing and just what Eugene needs! I love hot wings so much, but there are not a lot of places in Eugene to get good ones. When Toxic opened up on W. 11th, I was so excited to try it and I have been five times already. First, the decorations inside are amazing. They put a lot of time, effort, and money into making a clean and unique atmosphere. Their tables are stunning and they try to use eco-friendly utensils/packaging which I appreciate. Second, their smoked wings are just about the best wings I have ever had! They are unlike anything I have ever had before and their sauces are very good as well. I enjoy the toxic sauce the most. I have also tried the burgers, fries, and chicken sandwich, which were all very good as well. I do recommend ordering a double patty burger because a single patty does not balance out the bun and it turns into a slightly dry burger due to the patties being on the slimmer side. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough and I will continue to visit quite frequently! read more
