No one called back. When I had to call back, no one had any answers ever for anything. They are friends with the Enterprise Rent A Car representative and I really do believe they are in cahoots with each other. They waited until after the insurance could no longer provide a rental, which cost me about 1 car payment for the insurance. The vehicle I was provided smelled like mold and was obviously water damaged. I had to demand a different vehicle. On top of that, when the body shop returned my vehicle, it had rust all over the roof. They delivered my vehicle wet, so I did not see it until I got home and it was dry. There was also white paint on the inside of one of my doors and even rust on the interior lining of the trunk. When I went to them to repair the damage they caused, they knocked off a part of my side view mirror and scratched up my windshield as if with a scouring pad. I still haven't gotten my windshield fixed. Honestly, the dent was not very significant. I feel like I came home with a crappier car than what I brought in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

They quoted me $249 for my car which was a fair deal considering. They recommended an 8:15 am appt. which I set for a couple of days in advance. I arrived on time and wanted to wait since most alignments can be done in an hour or so. They said that they also do a full diagnostic on the car when they service one and it would take longer so they would Uber me back home. I expected the car to be finished later that morning but it was 2:30 pm before they called me. They wanted to review their diagnostic findings with me and said that they would be starting on the alignment in about 30 minutes! They said that the manufacturer recommended spark plug changes at 30k miles which my car just passed would cost $600. They recommended a brake fluid changeout due to it being at least 2 years old for another $200. I declined both. The kicker was that they recommended the cabin air filter be changed out for $130. I asked why and they said that the mechanic said it looked dirty. I told them I replaced it MYSELF a month ago for $30! Ripoff! They finally called me back at 4:55 to say the car was ready and sent another Uber to get me. The alignment showed it slightly out of alignment but not bad and made the small corrections. After paying and driving off, I noticed that someone had disconnected my front dash camera. After plugging it back in and back at home I could tell that whomever test drove my car that morning while doing the diagnostic testing unplugged it. I could see that he pulled over on the side of the road and then the camera went dark. They didn't have the courtesy to remember to plug it back in. Finally they give each car an exterior wash but my exterior glass had streaks and the side mirrors were smudged. Guys, use a clean cloth! I had a 8:15 am appt. for an alignment. That's all I wanted done. It should have been over by 9:30 am. Instead they keep my ride all day, perform tests on it to tell me service issues that I already knew of trying to get me to spend over $1000 and telling me the cabin air filter was old when I replaced it a month earlier, disconnected my dash camera and then didn't reconnect it (hiding something?) and then gave me a bad wash. I won't return.

Just requested a simple front axle brake job. Requested to use OEM or genuine part if they could…read morenot. (They advertise they use OEM as a standard). I waited 2 weeks for an appointment. When I dropped the car off, they ran an entire diagnostic. Which was fine as it was complementary, but it took them 3 days. I respectfully declined as these items were covered under my manufactures warranty. Got the car back. All the description on the estimate and reciept said "OEM brake rotor" and it ended up being some cheap chinese rotor that rusted within a couple of weeks. The original design was a two peice rotor, and they slapped on a single. When I asked about this, they didnt see an issue, and they did the proper repair and what was asked. Was told if there is an actual mechanical issue, to bring it back and it would be covered under their warranty. Did not seem interested in making me happy. I saved maybe $100 by going through all of this. If I went with the dealer, I would have had genuine parts, and had the car back within in 1 day of the appointment.

It only took about 25 minutes which was perfect because I had my dog and we just took a walk around the block. But the best part is when I came back, the service rep told me that he I had passed and because I was a return customer, he wasn't going to charge me for the inspection! That saved me $25!!! But with an upcoming inspection and plans to sell the vehicle, I wanted the peace of mind of knowing everything necessary to pass a basic inspection was taken care of. What impressed me most, however, was the way I was treated. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied, answered my questions, and went above and beyond what I expected from a brake shop. Good work gets you a customer once. Good customer service earns you a customer for the long haul. These guys understood that.
