Eddie, the son's owner was willing to stay after hours to wait for my car to be dropped in their garage. AAA took over 2.5hrs to get to the garage, I dropped the key in the slot. He came to the garage early in the following morning to inspect my car. He ordered the part and charged me under $1500, which was just amazing! I wasn't from Upland, had to pay for a hotel, pay for my food and my lfyt rides to get an around. So they helped me out so much (I'm tearing up just writing this) Upon speaking to his Dad, I found out Eddie works on his whole families vehicles.. from Benz to Beemers. I spent $173 for a diagnostic to see what's wrong with my A/C and they're only willing to give me 50% of that as credit towards the repair, as where other shops would count 100% towards the repairs. After spending $1500, I get told the jobs not done and they want another $500 to get it working and that's with a discount. I want potential customers to be aware of this.

Jesse was really easy to get in touch, I let him know what the dealership advised as far as needed repairs and he was transparent and honest about the work that was needed for my 2014 VW Beetle! The value and quality of work was better than what the dealership quoted me. VW advised me to replace the valve cover gasket but Jesse let me know it's very likely that whole value cover needs to be replaced since they are made of plastic and crack. The valve cover replacement at MB Euro cost me less than the dealership was charging for the valve cover gasket alone. He showed me the old parts after the repairs were complete and I'm glad I went with his recommendations. Looking forward to keeping the car in good shape for years to come!

In December, I relocated overseas for business, and unfortunately this was my only vehicle at the time, so I couldn't leave it at the shop for an extended period while trying to get the issue resolved. The day after picking up the vehicle, I noticed additional issues that were not present before the work was performed. Now I'm back home, the vehicle has been driven less than 9,000 miles since the repairs, and the same problems still exist. The check engine light remains on, and the code showing is related to work that was performed by this shop. I understand businesses have warranties, but hiding behind a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty when the original issue was never fixed is extremely disappointing. I should not have to pay additional diagnostic fees for a problem I already paid thousands of dollars to have repaired. After spending nearly $6,000 and ending up with the same issue I came in with, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this business. Trust that the mechanic knows more than you and will diagnose and fix what actually need, not what they want to do. Martin is that guy. He will give you the truth, not push you to act and charge you fairly. We used to travel almost an hour to our mechanic and now this is much closer. You may not know me personally and that's okay. But I care about value and quality and I'm switching over to Martin taking my cars there now. Let me also add that his communication with me BEFORE I became a customer was excellent. It says a lot about him as a person. Even if you're not in the area, it'd worth the drive. Just set an appointment ahead of time and you'll be more than satisfied with the service!
