Very original flavors and a large variety of flavors to do mixups. Boba is nice and fresh and their prices with sizes are pretty good. If you get the pumpbo size (large), I recommend adding more boba to even out the ratio of drink and boba. My favorite is the PMS- peach, mango, strawberry with no milk added. read more

It was my first time coming here today and I know I found my new addiction!! The people are super friendly and we're giving samples and all the samples were delicious! I would trust any drink they make! They have a refrigerator that has pre-made $2 drinks too! The honey boba is sweet and soft. A guy there said they cook the boba for 2 hours to make it that way. The tea is good quality too. You can pick 3 of your own flavors or you can go with one of their choices. Either way it will be amazing. Sooo glad to have a decent boba place near my house! Got the Black Milk Tea with Lyci, Coconut and Almond Flavor with Honey Boba. The tea and flavors were tasty. The honey boba was sweet and had a nice chewy texture. Definitely coming back for more. After hearing so much about TPumps from various friends and family from Pasadena and Norcal, they finally opened one nearby! A thing to note is that this location is pretty much in a dead area, around 10 minutes away from the Colonies shopping plaza. That being said, TPumps had plenty of customers inside. I was afraid that TPumps was overhyped and that it was just a namebrand. However that being said I decided to go with the Rose Lavender Milk Tea with boba, normal sweet and 32 oz. Usually I wouldn't get a large since it's too much or rose since it is very strong but it appeared to be the most popular drink. It was my first time here so go big or go home right? The flavor was very subtle and not overpowering, the tea quality is amazing, it's not bitter and the rose flavor and milk goes really well with it. The boba was also soft and chewy and very sweet. The drink as a whole was very balanced and just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely going back to try new flavors and explore the menu a little more. The drinks here are very customizable so you can find your right amount of sweetness. The owner was also very kind, so give it a try! read more

While you're waiting in line one of the staff members will come through the line with the sample drinks seeing if you guys might like this flavor. Love! Love! Love this place! I'm seriously addicted! I'm a regular here & I pretty much love all the flavors. I like how they always have different flavors to taste. I'm on of those people who tries one flavor & sticks to it out of fear of trying something new and not liking it. Haha. The staff is also very friendly & patient. I will most def frequent this place weekly (especially on Tuesday's ). The only down side is that T Pumps does not have a location closer to Fontana (Hint, Hint) so when I have a craving over the weekend I have to wait until Monday since this location is close to my work. Finally a good boba shop so close to home! I was so excited trying out this place for the first time. The service is AMAZING every time I stop by. The workers and the boss are very friendly and welcoming! They always make sure you like your drink as well or they would offer to remake it for you. However, I never had a problem with any of my drinks! My favorite is the Rose vanilla green milk tea with normal sweetness! It's absolutely perfect. Their honey boba is really soft and chewy as well! I am a long time boba drinker and I think this was the worst drink I have ever had. I decided to keep it simple with a taro milk tea with honey boba and it was disappointing. It's was over four dollars for a large and the boba was so soft that is was basically melting. The taro flavor was coming up through my straw in huge powdery chunks. My partner also ordered a fruity tea and was disappointed. Would not recommend. read more

The customer service is beyond a rating of a 5. The tea is delicious. I'm not a fan of tapioca so I chose to get my tea without boba. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and they kindly made the correct one. They also offer to make anything over if you do not like your drink. This will be our new go to spot. Tried it for the first time and I loved the Watermelon Lychee Green tea sample they had and I ordered the raspberry mango milk tea (non caffeinated) and it was AMAZING!! You can choose up to 3 flavors in your drink and then choose if you want milk and what level of sweetness you would like. I love that they have so many options because I love switching things up. There is usually a line here every time I go. The different teas they have are actually very good. First time I went I didn't like the flavor of the milk tea I ordered and they remade it to please. I wish they served regular lychee to go with their teas and not just the boba bursts! Definitely worth the try if you're in the mood for boba (not too many boba places around Upland), but be prepared to wait in line though. Sometimes they can be a bit slow, especially when crowded. read more

This is my second time at tpumps and my first here in upland. Trust me I love t pumps. All the employees were great to me and all the drinks were great! My only problem is when coming on a weekday afternoon is all these annoying high schoolers! Now I understand it's right in front of upland high but holy crap I came here to study and get my brother a drink. Just to give a warning, only come here on weekends and before these high schoolers get out. I would give it a 5 but I do not like the vibe of these kids here. read more
