All items were returned to me extremely damaged after cleaning. Damage to the Reformation dresses included pleats being removed from multiple dresses, all the dresses shrinking, and dresses losing elasticity. The worst damage, by far, was to my one-of-a-kind wedding dress. The top is now a whole size smaller, the fabric from the inner lining has been frayed, and the structure of the bottom has been completely changed. This dress was not only sentimental and expensive, it was required for a second ceremony overseas. Because it was damaged and we needed to attend our second wedding overseas immediately, we were forced to scramble while traveling internationally to repair the dress and secure backup outfits immediately before the wedding. Despite extensive documentation, before-and-after photos and videos, and corroborating assessments from the dress designer, a seamstress, and dry-cleaning professionals, the business refused responsibility, blamed manufacturer defects, and offered no meaningful resolution. The most disappointing part of this ordeal is that they never apologized or even seemed to consider it could possibly be their fault, and have now stopped responding to our communications. We will be filing a claim in small claims court. Not only is the total value of these garments over $4,000, the distress and frustration this ordeal has caused us was immense as well. If you value designer, formal, or irreplaceable garments, proceed with extreme caution. Mistakes can happen, but accountability and customer care matter. Unfortunately, neither was shown here.

I said "I'll never come back here now that I know the customer service and pricing for simple things" and he said "ok" and hung my clothes and walked away... terrible... you can find nice dry cleaners in this area for A LOT cheaper do not go to this guy. I also want to mention the shirts cost the same as what he charged me so I technically paid now $40 per shirt. Thanks asshole. I went to a really nice dry cleaner spot in Irvine off culver and I got a ball gown completely altered for $35. They removed the back and put a beautiful fabric piece and redid the whole zipper and removed length from the bottom. So YES you can find amazing dry cleaning spots that have the sweetest staff and don't overcharge people

I had a very upsetting experience at this cleaners and will never return. I was quoted $63 to press…read morea shirt, which seemed extremely high, so I questioned the price. Instead of simply explaining the cost, the owner became very aggressive and confrontational. During the interaction, he began taking photos of me and said he was going to put me on the internet. He also told me to "bring my husband into the shop" because he welcomed a fight. When I expressed how uncomfortable I was, he told me he could speak to me however he wanted because it was his store. As someone in my 80s, I found the entire encounter incredibly intimidating and distressing. I simply asked about the price--I wasn't rude or confrontational--and the way I was treated has genuinely shaken me. Regardless of the pricing, there is no excuse for treating a customer this way. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.
