It was tender, and had a great flavor when paired with the tartar sauce. The kid's Mac and cheese was also fantastic. Most restaurants sell you kraft Mac and cheese, not here. The Mac and cheese was made with cork-screw pasta, a thick, creamy, cheese sauce, topped with a crust of additional cheese and bread crumbs. The food also had very nice plating considering the price point. Each meal was presented in a way that showed thought, and craftsmanship. Overall, this restaurant had the most memorable food of my trip to Maine.
