I just want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Tracy Honda. After my car was totalled, I needed to find a car. I went to Tracy Honda and found a car and drove it home a few hours later. The process was smooth and easy! My sales rep was Geo. Geo was very friendly, patient and made sure I was a satisfied customer! He was honest and did not try to fast talk you like some salesmen do. Once I purchased the car, he went over all the technology & gadgets and connected my phone to the car. Geo also checked in couple of days later to see how things were going and offered further assistance if needed. I am very happy with my 2025 Honda CRV. If I could put 0 stars I would. I got a 2020 Chevy Malibu from Tracy Honda my salesman was Eduardo when I called a couple days later to ask a question about my prepaid maintenance package. I was informed that Eduardo no longer works there for some odd reason three months later I go to Tracy Honda to get an oil change because I purchased prepaid maintenance when I bought my car I had an appointment for an oil change over a week in advance when I take my car in to get the oil changed they had none of my parts so it took six hours just for an oil change two days later my check engine light turns on I called them and let them know. Of course they said it wasn't their fault. I then noticed oil leaking from the bottom of my car. Take it back to them for a diagnostic I now was dealing with Dylan soldatti who was the most helpful throughout this whole experience. And James the sales manager who will act like he's too busy to help. Tracy Honda said that they were able to clear my check engine light, which was false. They had my car for over a month. Refused to give me a rental car because I'm only 22. Also refused to give my mom a rental car whose name is also on the contract with the car I bought. They told me there was something wrong with the crankshaft that it was a certified Chevy bulletin and that they would fix it themselves and pay for half which would come up to about $1000. I call for an update I can no longer get a hold of anybody. I don't live in Tracy so I had my mom go and see what was going on and come to find out my car was no longer there they transported it to Chevrolet without notice or my consent at this time, I had no idea where my car was and why it was moved without my knowledge. While at Chevy, they did a diagnostic and found out it was close to $4000 ($3850) in repairs and now James the sales manager at Tracy Honda was saying they will only cover $1200 when originally it was half they are trying to say the damage was caused by the driver when the car was damaged since I purchased it. Not only that but Tracy Honda made me pay the full $3800 before giving me the check for the 1200. Which was a day or two after I paid for the car the check was not ready. this place clearly does not do a full inspection on the car. They do not stick to their word. I do not recommend at all. They will be as helpful as ever until they get your money after they get your money they care less about helping you or any concerns you may have you're basically on your own. I would never recommend anybody to go here. This was my first experience, buying a car from a dealership and it was horrible. read more

He located the car and secured the keys for me and gave me his number to call him when I arrive. Ha ha that was pretty cool. At the end of the test drive dealer told us "Good news It was priced incorrectly but since that's the price you seen. He said since it was missed marked he would have to get approval but let's just get the paperwork started anyway while we wait. I have to shout out Tracy Honda for helping me out hugely when I was in a bind. On a drive from San Jose to Stockton, I hit something on the highway that pulled the undercarriage plastic off my car, and it scraped along as I was able to find and navigate to Tracy Honda. Although they were busy with other clients, they happily fit me in and quickly repaired my undercarriage protector (they had the right part in stock, too!) and had me out of there back on my way to work in Stockton in no time! I am really grateful for them for making this work for me, and for being really accommodation when I came in super stressed. I had an amazing experience thanks to Dom. I'm from the Fresno area so I had to travel a few hours but thankfully, Dom made my visit worth it and I left very happy with a brand new 2022 Honda Civic. I know there's a stereotype on car dealers. I mean, who doesn't walk into a dealership and automatically think they are going to ramble a bunch of crap numbers just to sell you a vehicle? We've all had that outlook but Dom is the true definition of an honest and transparent car salesman. He will get you the best deal and will do his very best to make sure you leave the dealership happy. He considers all of your finances and will work his hardest to accommodate you. They also worked with my trade in and gave me the best offer for it. Dom takes the time to explain everything about the vehicle and if you don't understand, he doesn't have a problem explaining it a second time. Aside from the great deal and service, he truly cares about you while you are there. He will ask if you need water, if you want to go grab something to eat (he'll even offer to buy it for you)LOL, and if you want coffee he will grab it for you. The staff are extremely friendly. They don't just walk past you and ignore you. They will create quick conversation and engage with you even if you are not working with them. I thought that was another plus about this dealership. It can get boring waiting around while the finance manager is working his business but when you have staff who are very friendly, it makes the time go by fast with a conversation. The finance manager also deserves recognition because he worked really hard to solidify my deal with the bank. Never again... Sales and Service department are crap. Both Liars, working to cover each other. A few days after buying a NEW civic it broke down. stalled out at a light.I called the dealer and to my surprise they didn't send a tow truck or service techs. They send the sales lady who came in her chevy blazer and brought a battery jumper. Which didn't work, because battery was fine. she continued to try to jump it until i told her to cut it out, not working. She then called a tow truck and left before it arrived. I road with the tow truck and we dropped off the car at the service department. They gave me a really nice hybrid accord rental. They called left a message and said my car was ready within a couple of days of dropping off. I didn't call them back and to my surprised they weren't too concerned about getting the rental back. About a week later, I stopped in.. service tech gave me my keys and paper work.. it read "could not replicate issues customer complained about".. Of course service manager wasn't around. service tech who gave me the paper looked confused and didn't understand any of this, so I didn't bother pressing him on details. this place is horrible.
