    Trust.we bought a couple of vehicles here,we've been coming here to service our vehicles since Ron Rio was here(he's the best service advisor)then he retired,now,we still come here because we trust the staff here to take care of our vehicles.Thankfully,when i took my vehicle again here,i had the pleasure to meet Kevin (client service advisor)he's the best,he patiently explained everything on what is going on with my vehicle ,there was no pushing of products or services and we appreciate it so much for knowledge and time.Thank you.This place have been newly renovated,very clean and airy,complimentary drinks available,tv is on to pass the time and plenty of vehicles to choose from for purchase and or lease.

    Quite the joke of a dealership. Came in for a service on my accord and I wanted to sit inside the civic type r to check out the car. Was quickly denied entry into the car by management. Walked over to the Toyota dealership and they eagerly showed me their $71,000 Toyota Supra. Giving the stars for Kevin at their service center for fitting me in last minute.

    We went to Honda Tracy without calling and we were greeted by this gentleman by the name of GEO ROWER. Rest was history. Amazing guy and didnt feel like we are being sold a car. Not pushy but rather very accommodating! Just a very pleasant experience for my cousin who was a first time buyer! I would definitely buy a car from him again! He's not your typical salesperson who's very pushy and just the right amount of wit and comedy. Overall great experience and we are really happy with the family's new purchase

    So we just purchased our second Honda from Honda Tracy. Since we had an easy experience going through the process the first time, we came back. The salesman Mo was extremely helpful through the whole process, this was my daughter's first car purchase so it was a little nerve wrecking for her. But Mo made her feel completely at ease with the process, explaining the process, rates, deals etc. Overall we walked away happy, got a decent deal, and are happy with our purchase. We have the other Honda civic that we get serviced regularly here and we've never had any issues, def recommend Tracy Honda. Thanks again Mo for making the experience easy for my daughter.

    I had a much better experience coming here than Stockton Honda. As soon as we got out to look at cars we were greeted. Right off the bat -- I was getting a deal and was able to negotiate a better price. I only did 4 stars bc with purchasing you're there for hours doing paper work.

I like that - and although I understand the temptation to close a bit early I'm used to the high customer service from Trader Joes - there the rule is as long as your there before closing time - even just half a minute - they let you in... they have the same policy here due to the strong work ethic from the two behind the counter. They run right through the finish line. Store was clean and bright and nothing out of place. Very impressive. Its evident that the workers here wear many hats and preform a variety of tasks to achieve efficiency. One thing I always keep in mind is how restaurants operate. I can't stand some waitress just hanging around killing time when things are not tidy. I like the slogan 'if you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean.' Some of the cars I have are getting difficult to get parts for. Often special order is necessary - and the willingness to check and order close to closing time was noticed. In a strip mall with Harbor Freight nearby. The old Star casino location was across the street. Lots of parking.

They addressed with me any specific concerns I had regarding my vehicle, offering reassurance that every car gets thorough attention. Though rushing because it was near closing time, they kept their demeanor and professionalism were refreshing amidst the typical chaos of retail environments. They even checked in periodically to update me on the progress, which personalized the experience and reminded me of their dedication.  However, the behavior of some other customers during the wait was less than ideal. A few were notably inconsiderate, raising their voices to express dissatisfaction over the delay without acknowledging the evident effort from the staff. Went shopping finished about 4:30. Went to the repair shop to check my vehicle. Same spot where I parked my vehicle, no work was done. I asked what happened, no technician available to work on my vehicle. No manager nor supervisor. Ended up taking back my vehicle and they rescheduled me on another date. And was told they would close at 5:30. No info whatsoever. Very bad service reception, very bad.

We purchased a used car from them... after completing paperwork and getting ready to leave.. noticed 1) they didn't have any mats in the car. 2) they only supplied us with one key. This was for a 2yr old car. At the prices the cars are selling at, I can't believe those two things are not provided as regular preparation for a sale. We purchased a 2024 Kia Sportage (which we are pleased with..).. now we have to order mats and search around to order the key and have it programmed. While you state that all options were reviewed and voluntarily agreed to, our experience did not reflect that level of openness. Key information regarding financing and add-ons was not clearly explained upfront, and the overall process felt misleading rather than transparent. Going forward, I will not allow the dealership to communicate directly with my wife regarding any transactions or financing matters without my presence. Given how the deal was presented and finalized, this boundary is necessary due to the lack of clear and straightforward communication we experienced. This has significantly impacted our trust in your dealership. Additionally, we were told that the bank required the purchase of an extended warranty in order to receive a better interest rate. This representation felt misleading and reinforced our concerns about the sales tactics used during the transaction. Based on this experience, we are genuinely concerned about any future visits or interactions with your dealership. Our expectation is honest, direct, and transparent communication--something we did not receive.
