Not good. Drove 1.5 hours only to see a vehicle that I was made to believe on the phone was emasculate. Upon arrival, i had noticed that the odometer had many more miles on it that advertised, trash in the back seat, dried up spills all over the front passenger seat, a rag left in the trunk. When asked about it the sales person said it they do the detailing after he sells it. I asked if this was being used a a commuter car for one of the folks there and he said no. That was the first lie of our visit as the GM later said he had been using it. We knew this as his and many others names were still connected to the vehicles Bluetooth. I know this vehicle had been on the lot for a number of weeks and am not stupid but the excuse after excuse and a lame attempt in cover up is unacceptable. When we asked to take it for a test drive, it took them quite a while and a number of attempts to resolve the security on it. That was the second indicator of unprofessional attention to detail. 3 - the travel rout seemed odd. We were suspicious as the sales person directed us in a lap around farm roads so we had it insist on taking it on the freeway. I can see why now as we discovered that it had a noticeable pull to the right That was just add to the BS and it soured us. At the end, we made a reasonable offer for a vehicle that was a non-certified used repo vehicle, was obviously driven hard, 11000k and needed an alignment already and needed brake rotor work, etc. They quoted a price $5000 more they advertised on line and pulled comparisons in the area that were for similar vehicles but in much better condition etc. Red flag again! We got sick of the BS and out right lies and felt a bit insulted at the end on their tactics and walked. This will go on out reviews of Tracy Nissan for sure. I'm still mad about this experience. read more

I came in for a routine oil change and overall the service was smooth and completed in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and everything on the surface went as expected. I also did a tire rotation for $44. It's more than pretty much any shops out there (usually around $20-35) but expected and reasonable because that's how dealerships are. Plus my car is more than a year old only so I decided to let them rotate the tires. However, I was recommended to replace my engine air filter for $130 at the end. Are you kidding me? The part itself typically costs around $20 and all it takes is pop the hood, take out the old filter, and drop in a new one. So around $30 total with labor would make more sense, but $130? That's ridiculously outrageous. Thankfully I have some basic car maintenance knowledge and have replaced this filter myself before, or else I would have fallen for it. On top of that, the filter had only been used for about 2,400 miles and was replaced just 2.5 months ago, so it was nowhere near needing replacement. So I declined the recommendation without hesitation. This felt like an unnecessary upsell rather than a genuine maintenance recommendation. I understand businesses need to make money, but suggesting a service this early -- especially at that price -- doesn't build trust. I'd encourage others to double-check any additional services being recommended. Transparency goes a long way. read more

Absolute garbage dealership with garbage people. They put the wrong wheel back on my car after a service resulting in my hubcap flying off and money wasted on a new hubcap that doesn't fit, call you to pick up your car after they are closed so you can't even pick it up, and constantly harass you to sell your car to them. We came here to do a trade in and owed a little over 8k on the current car still. The manager Marco told us that they would pay the car off and give us 1,500 credit towards a new car. But instead they really only gave us 1,500 for the car and took 6k from our down payment that we thought was going towards our new car to pay off our old car. Also quoted us for a loan at 6.9 percent originally but then when it came down to it he went with a different lender that had a higher rate! Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication both between their employees and for potential customers at Nissan of Tracy. I spoke with Sergio on Friday 7/11 around 3:30 PM about a Tesla, asked a few questions, got more photos, and scheduled an appointment to see the car the next day at 11:45 AM. The next morning (Saturday 7/12), I called at 10:30 AM to confirm the car was still available. The employee checked and assured me everything was set for my 11:45 AM appointment. After driving an hour, I arrived to see the car parked out front -- seemingly ready for me -- only to be told it had actually been sold the night before around 7 PM. Minutes later, I watched the new owner drive it off the lot, leaving us standing there with confused as to what just happened. I understand this industry moves fast, which is why I did everything I could on my end to avoid wasting time -- but the dealership never called to cancel my appointment after the car was sold, and even confirmed its availability the next morning despite it already being gone. That kind of disconnect says a lot about the customer service experience you can expect here. I won't be coming back or recommending this dealership. read more

They didn't have the parts in stock for my service which I was told that they would took off work that day took off work Tuesday told me it was a three hour service. The service has taken six hours and the car is still not ready. Very unprofessional very uncommunicative. I missed two other appointments dealing with this dealership.
