Drove over an hour with my wife and kids (one special needs) to their location because i thought they had best prices. But turns out This place is an absolute joke and their sales reps and management are liars. Don't go in expecting to get the price on their website. I elaborated multiple times over the phone and in person. I wanted to to pay only the price pictured on their site + taxes and registration. They have 0% financing right now so that's all I expected to pay. Well after sitting there for 2 hours and finally getting to the sign stage I read the numbers In the contract and they tried sneaking in $2800 for leather seats because they upgraded the car. So im responsible to pay for an upgrade I did not want and that u didn't price the car with the upgrade price? Ya I don't think so. Maybe next time just put the actual price of the car including that upgrade so u don't deceive us. Also don't fall for the " All our cars are installed with the security/alarm devicee they try to charge u $1500 for that. And it's a completely optional feature. Don't fall for that scam. Tell them u won't buy if they don't remove it. I walked right out of there. Never again . As the saying goes ''You cannot trust a person whom you noticed cheating you even if they are providing more'' After the manager left his phone on YP, I tried to contact him but unable to get him or get a call back until I file a claim with BBB. Communicated back and forth several times with the help of the bureau but he refused to address my concerns by stating he believes the car checked out perfectly fine but I am complaining as most people do if they are dissatisfied with the Purchase so he can provide me only the tire inflator at this time. 1. Unwilling to examine the damage further, instead provides an Experian report at vehicle odometer reading 58,614 while the vehicle selling odometer reads 58,833 a difference of 219 miles within around 40 days from the report date. He says a dent hidden behind a door is a normal wear and tear in a preowned car, his contract document and report say the car was formerly a RENTAL CAR and Doesn't have any damages. See Image provided. 2. The manager is Unwilling to give a checklist of items included that cost $980.00 and described in the contract as cash priced accessories. See the screenshot from the contract and help me if I am blind of the listed Items that cost $980.00. 3. Unwilling to provide other than the tire inflator while he sold empty trunk car without standard tools and equipment to include the top trunk cover and the bottom Trunk storage. I purchased the car on purpose, and I don't have any hesitation about purchasing it that is why I am working with Toyota to make sure the car is in a good order as I resolved the spare car key missing at the time of sale and to have a peace of mind making sure the car doesn't have any hidden mechanical defects. and this is mainly because if a dealership is denying visible damages and lost standard items and charging for additional cash priced accessories it's natural to do your best, if situation allows, not to be a victim of irresponsible and untrusted sellers who deny what you deserve without providing proof and because of their biased understanding about customer dissatisfaction. Upon purchasing my service package that I got suckered into buying (not by Fernando, by the guy who took the down payment on my car) I was promised to receive a loaner car for each maintenance appt at the Tracy Nissan location but was not guaranteed for other locations which was fine. This year when I was told I'm due for my appt, they said they no longer give loaner cars for maintenance appts that don't take longer than 1 day. If I had known that, I would have not wasted $36 the last 4 months. Thank god I can cancel that service package now. How deceiving! Also when I called to make my service appt, service had me on hold for an entire 15 min. In conclusion, service sucks and do not purchase the rip off service package because it's a scam. Buy your car with Fernando and go get service done somewhere less shady where they don't lie to you. read more

If I could give them ZERO stars I would!   My family and I have gotten multiple cars from this dealership, the sales guys are actually pretty cool and I never had issues with the Service Department until now.   I don't know how to make this long story short but here it goes. My car was not starting, thought it was something else other than the battery because a notification came on the dash saying it would not start due to something with the key fob not being able to read my push-start or something and my car thought it was stolen or some crap, so then I had AAA jump start me and it worked fine. I took it to two different places and they said it was not the battery and it is better to take it to the dealership to double check, so I did.   So skip to yesterday, I took it in to the Service Department and Jorge is the one helping me out. When I came in I told him that two people told me it was not the battery, he then proceeds to tell me I need a diagnostic which would cost me $220 dollars, I told him absolutely not, I can not afford that right now. He said that is the only way to check and I said well what if it is the battery? Can you check that?  He tells me I don't have warranty, that the warranty wouldn't cover that. I know I have extended warranty, once he double checked he saw I indeed had it. He said that the only way I can have a free diagnostic is if whatever the code comes out to be and if it falls under the warranty for that specific repair that they would be able to fix it at no cost, if not I have to pay the $220. I asked him what is covered under that warranty and he said he wouldn't be able to tell me until they do the test. I asked again because CLEARLY he was not understanding me. I asked, "If you were selling me the warranty, what would you tell me it would cover in order for it to be zero cost to me?" Still did not understand me.   Anyways, I left my car there because I had to go to work. I get told that the code is coming out and pointing at the battery and that I would need a new battery at the cost of $300 bucks in order to proceed to finish the diagnostic, excuse me what? so $220 plus $300 and taxes it will cost me $545 bucks? He said yes and that he took away $200 bucks off of labor. I told him I do not want the battery from them, I called other Nissans and they are charging $200 bucks, on top of that now I am stuck with $220 invoice. They did not communicate with me at all, the manager never called me and they kept my car over night. I had to Uber to work from Lathrop to Ceres and now back from Ceres to Tracy to pick up my car, they didn't even offer me a loner. When the Service Manager finally called me he left a voicemail saying that he spoke with Jorge and that he is sorry but he can not give me discounts on Diagnosis because it is company policy, that they use that to pay their techs. Where is the policy?? Then proceed to send me the online invoice again to pay, I know for a fact my sister took her car in for service not even a year ago and they gave her a free diagnostic but of course paid for the repairs. I even said I'd take the loss and pay 300 for the dam battery just won't pay for diagnostics. Not sure how they operate business here but customer satisfaction is not their priority. This is seriously the last time I ever take my dam car here, I rather pay someone for my oil changes moving forward also (since I have lifetime free oil changes from them). read more
