We purchased a used vehicle 10 weeks ago and still haven't received the title/registration/plates etc. We paid in full on the day of purchase and should've received the title within 15 days from that point according to California law. We've called Tracy Nissan at least a dozen times and get the runaround, complete with ducked calls, unanswered voice mails and at least half a dozen cases of "we're urgently looking into it, let me call you right back" directly before getting ghosted. I bought a used 2023 Accord in February. I bought and took care of home that same day. For the first few weeks I received call after call from them trying to sell me the 23 accord that I "was interested in". They literally had no clue that the car want on their lot and that I bought it. I then got a letter from them saying financing fell thru, and I would need to return it. I called and they said disregard, it went thru. I recently learned 4 months after the purchase that they haven't bothered to put the car in my name yet. So I've had a car for four months, the dmv won't talk to me about, and its registration is due. I've called twice about this problem and never get a call back. I'm pretty sure they have a systemic level of incompetence at this dealership. I would take your money somewhere else. read more

**Disappointed with Service at Tracey Nissan** I recently brought my new vehicle to Tracey Nissan's service department and was extremely disappointed with the experience. After waiting an excessive amount of time without being notified that my car was ready, I discovered multiple issues two days later. The coolant was nearly empty, the windshield wiper fluid was completely drained and not replaced, and I'm not even confident they did more than just add oil rather than properly changing it. My husband inspected the vehicle after noticing the missing windshield wiper fluid, and sure enough, the coolant level was dangerously low. Mind you, the invoice states topped off, and windshield wiper fluid "drained and replaced." I selected not to return, to question them. I then took my car to Jiffy Lube, where they confirmed that the coolant hadn't been topped off, which is extremely concerning, especially with the high temperatures in the area. They filled my coolant and completely filled my EMPTY wiper fluid for $5.00. They also checked my oil and a small inspection of other items for $0.00. I won't be returning to Tracey Nissan for service, despite the convenience of location. I'd rather drive farther to ensure my car is properly taken care of. Be very careful, especially if you are a senior citizen. The dealer adds things to your contract and then hands you a tablet to see it, and claims there are no add-ons. They added Theft registration since they could not sell an alarm system on an EV, nor could they engrave the catalytic converter since there is none. They also added Gap insurance, all added after he told me nothing had been added to the contract. They were supposed to give me a thumb drive with the contract on it when they gave me the car, but they did not. It took me 3 days after the contract signing to get the manager to email me a copy of the contract. At that time I noticed the added on items, They said they would cancel the gap insurance I still have not seen the $600 refund on it There was supposed to be a EV rebate but the only way to receive it is for them to fill out a form with the IRS and give me a copy still have not recieved and they don't know a thing about it supposedly. One of the managers comments, oh all our cars have add-ons sale price is before the add-ons. BE CAREFUL, BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS. read more

They said they were going through my bank Travis then a couple days later i get a letter in the mail from PNC bank for a loan of 37000 when the car was couple grand less. Don't trust this dealerships they are scumbags and scammers with no respect towards customers . What kind of dealership can't sell majority of their own brand cars . Service advisors are nice and welcoming. Unfortunately management is out of wack. Waited more than 1. 5 hrs with no updates if car will be ready or not. When I walk to advisor asking for an update advisor checkes with manager TJ apparently and it's gonna take extra 2 more hrs since it's a fleet vehicle and they just got approval for the work to be done. Where was the communication during this whole time? Oh well it all happened at the same time when I asked for an update after waiting for more than 1.5 hrs. Coincidence or carelessness? But wait - manager TJ says you have to wait and can't release the vehicle and neither give me a ride. That is wack and gives me explanation that another customer is waiting for whole day? Lol I guess common sense is not common giving stupid examples showing how worse they are. Manger did not even have courtesy to walk to the customer and answer questions. Says he is your advisor and he can't update all the customers like that? Where is your guys customer service? Just taking the car and not allowing me to cancel the work order when I see literally my car still waiting to even start the service and neither giving Uber (oh well it's too far where I live?) even though Ianaged to give business to you guys but can't get anything in return? Adios Tracy Nissan. Everyone's time is valuable. You got to better handle your customers. Ofcourse I know there will be a generic reply to this review and pretend to resolve things or look into this in more detail!!! I was looking to purchase a nissan leaf from this dealership. I saw the online price and called them to ask if we can work on the price a little more. I pitched them a price of 22k out the door with taxes and fees for their vehicle that was being advertised for 24k. A manager called me back and agreed to the price (I am not saying any names in case they try to get the review taken down). I also got a written text agreeing to the price. We also verbally agreed that it was in fact the same car we were seeing online and verified the vin number. I let them know that I was coming from 2 hours away and that I was taking an uber ride which was over $100. I came well prepared with my pre approval letter and proof of insurance for the car that I was going to purchase. I was very excited for this car and spending two hours in traffic made it worth it. They even said they were going to fully charge it and give it a car wash before I got there. When I arrived they said they couldn't honor the price. I showed them the written text I got as confirmation. The response I got was, that the specific manager I spoke with was not able to make those calls. The head manager also told me "I can give you the employees phone number and you can yell at him" When I asked if I can get reimbursed for the uber ride they said they will have to get an approval. Its outstanding for the amount of good reviews they have, how terrible their customer service was. They pulled the good ol bait and switch. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

If you plan to keep it stock then you might be in luck but if you plan to change anything then they will void your warranty. I was being told that my Nissan accessory was aftermarket and it voids warranty and when I pointed out that it was a Nissan part number then he changed to I have larger tires so that's going t to void warranty. It might be just this dealer my first time here they took 4 hrs to do oil change. It was on the lift for 3 hrs. Nissan sells you a truck but don't want you to use it. Just baby it and keep it on the pavement. And I was here trying to promote Nissan. read more
