The newest TJs to hit the Valley. There is plenty of parking underneath the plaza or if you will be in and out very quickly and get lucky park on the street. The store itself is very spacious which is a plus and, as always, the employees are very friendly. They are stocked really well, but could be the time of day I come. read more

Love how close this location is to me and that I can literally walk there. They do have a parking garage in the back and I believe the first 90 min is free. There is also street meter parking but it's a busy street and that's harder to find. This location is on the bigger side, you don't feel cramped and there is a lot of walking room. The aisles are neat and organized. I always see employees restocking the food shelves with fresh products. And for me service has always been amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and ready to help. Hopefully things stay this way as years go by! read more

Nice big trader joes and we love a parking lot! It was completely dead here when I went. The employee said that was the norm here apparently. They have all the usual stuff you'd get at TJs, so no surprises there. I like that they have a little stuffed animal for kids to find like at other stores - keep an eye out for Leo the Lion! Customer service was OK. The employees seems a little checked out but I was able to find someone on the floor to help me with something. This store is not the most convenient to get to just due to the nature of that strip on Ventura blvd. Going down into the parking structure makes it a little hard to run in and out if you are looking to do a quick trip. I'll probably stick to my regular TJs location. Nothing about this particular store makes me want to come back. read more

I didn't feel crowded in the aisles and claustrophobic like I usually do at Trader's. Spacious location, clean and comfortable. The staff here is top notch. I felt like a member of the family. read more

Parking is limited right in front with meters. Luckily we found a spot open up right when we pulled up on the weekend. Great customer service. They were outta the mini totes the week of Christmas but had the larger insulated bags available. Plants were outside along with wagons. Isles were organized and clean. Easy to shop around and find your go to items. read more

I like that this location has an underground parking lot. I can do some shopping at Trader Joe's and the other shops nearby like Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, and Sephora. It's near Laidrey so perfect for getting a cup of coffee there and then walking over to the rest of the shops. This Trader Joe's seems to be well stocked and organized - but then again most of them are. I will definitely be back! read more

Trader Joe's is always a solid experience. The employees here genuinely go out of their way to help you and are always friendly, even when the store is packed. Anytime I've asked where something is, someone has either walked me right to it or stopped what they were doing to help. The only downside is the parking situation can be a little rough and the store definitely gets busy, especially during peak hours. But honestly, the staff and overall vibe make up for it. You can tell they care about customer service, which is pretty rare these days. read more

Ahoy Matey's. Rising like a phoenix from the ashes of the failed Jeff Bezos Whole's Foods, a new Trader Joe's has sprouted in the Tarzana Village Walk shopping center. Trader Joe's just opened up and it's HUGE. There was an awesome Ribbon Cutting ceremony this morning. Everything looks amazing (since it's brand new) but most importantly... BIG PARKING GARAGE! First hour and a half free. I love this Trader Joe's! Every worker here is kind and willing to help any customer.

I usually go to the Encino location where parking is hell and is much smaller. I went yesterday for the first time. Parking is downstairs and free for 90min. The store is spacious. I bought Persian cucumbers that were spoiled so I returned them today and was very put off by the manager's attitude (a middle age woman)- she was like oh I don't think this is ours! I was like "I have the receipt and you can scan it" - also she had the guts to ask me for $.50 cause the replacement was not available! Oh and no apology! first time ever I get questioned when returning a spoiled item at TJ. Prolly she was not trained properly? Disappointing! read more

It's bigger than I thought! I love the large parking garage. The entrance is a bit awkward with a narrow path and carts everywhere, but that seems to be the TJ way. I'm so happy this location finally opened up. read more

trader joes is one of my fav grocery stores so I was super excited to see that another location opened near me! this location is larger than I expected and has garage parking available (first 90 mins free & entrance is on yolanda ave)! my first impressions were that it looked clean & organized - even the bathroom was freshly cleaned on a random weekday afternoon when I stopped by! overall, very satisfied with this location as it has everything I love about trader joes (their various products at reasonable prices and their friendly workers) plus an easier parking situation, compared to some of the other locations I've been to! I don't usually write reviews for grocery stores but I'm extremely happy with this one and had to share! read more

Somebody dropped the ball as far as employee training at this location. There's something that we have gotten very used to at grocery stores. Customers have the "right of way" so to speak - when walking. We take this for granted. Has been this way for many, many years everywhere. Except for this store. Literally 5 different times, I got completely cut off by employees here. Two of whom were lost in their phones. All of whom were totally clueless about grocery store norms. Not that complicated. If you work at a grocery store, don't cut off customers who are walking in the store. read more

I'm writing this review for Jenny with the beautiful curly hair! What an amazing human. Not only did she help my husband and I find something while we were at the checkout already, she also went above and beyond when she found us getting our car jumped in the garage. Our battery died, and she not only offered to bring us water, but to help replace any cold items we had. Luckily, AAA was fast, and we didn't have to, but I'm grateful for people like her who go above and beyond not because they have to, just because they are good people. Thank you, Jenny! Many of us wondered what would replace the decades-long running Whole Foods, and...this was it. I have always shopped at the Woodland Hills store, even though I live closer to the Encino (Burbank Blvd) store because the WH store is way bigger and nicer and most importantly, there's actually a parking lot there. But now, this medium-sized new store is there for all to partake of. I have to make the comment though - this block of Ventura is rather cursed. Blu Jam Cafe and Starbucks both failed right along with Whole Foods and were replaced. I hope this Trader Joe's gets enough business. Fingers crossed. read more

Not as friendly as the Trader Joe's in West Hills. Some employees have an attitude. I come to Tarzana sometimes because it's closer. I feel bad about myself after visiting this Trader Joe's because many of the people who work there are not that nice. read more

I was there yesterday 6/12 there was a young man name Anthony, Latino with glasses who helped my mom and I at the register. He was very helpful and friendly. Good vibes for sure. Try to arrive around 10 to 11 am and you might find parking easily. The employees are great and know their inventory well.
