I used Mobil 1 synthetic for truck/suv which is a bit darker when new so maybe that's why they thought I needed oil change. I refused the oil change as I literally just did it a day ago. They performed the job I requested without the oil change and all was good. But after that I needed coolant and brake fluid flushed. Called them multiple time over multiple days to schedule an appointment but they never picked up. I don't know if my refusal of oil change rubbed them the wrong way, but because they never picked up I just found another mechanic.
