We ordered and then proceeded to wait around 20-25 minutes. There was only one cashier and what looked like the owner working. Since they were understaffed and realistically should have probably had at least one other person working, it was a huge turn-off in coming back again, especially since there wasn't a huge line to begin with. There ended up being people that came in after us and I know if I was on my lunch break from one of the next door stores in the shopping center, that I wouldn't be able to come here because of how long it takes alone. The smoothies themselves were good, but for someone who is dairy-free, I won't be coming back since the only real substantial smoothie that they can make is the one option. I don't want to have a watered down smoothie or one that has a weird consistency that's on their menu with dairy already. My mom and sister liked theirs, but regretted waiting as long as we did. I'd love to support them if they ever decide to expand their menu and have dairy alternatives, as I think the majority of LA and the surrounding areas would also appreciate it.
