    Banana matcha
    Ashley V.

Not my favorite banana pudding matcha, but a good option for Sunnyvale. The banana is very artificial and I don't like that you can't control the sweetness. They use condensed milk so it is pretty sweet. I do appreciate that they use oat milk in their matcha already. Service was not very welcoming but they were quite busy. You order on the kiosk with card and I saw a customer who was paying cash (she told them) waiting at the register but no one came to help her so she left. A few tables outside for you and your furry friend.

New coffee place. I ordered online and it said ready for pick up right away. I drove over and it was ready. I had the Ha Noi with coffee cream. It's delicious. It's one size. My daughter thought it was small. It's espresso with coffee cream. I've been back 3 or 4 times. I like it enough not to try anything else. Place is clean and new where the old share tea was. We picked up Bonchon on one of our visits too. I'm sure I'll be back again.

White Bear & matcha with egg cream

There's a kiosk in the front where you can order from. The place is small and has some seating along the right side. There is a decent amount of parking in the plaza. The place can definitely get busy. There is a restroom. I got the white bear and matcha with egg cream. The white bear was on the sweeter side even with the lowest sweetness and was really enjoyable. The matcha was good too and tasted like a dessert type of drink with the egg cream. They have a variety of drinks here too that I would wanna try when I come back.

Sunnyvale just got a new Viet coffee spot! Tram cream coffee opened their newest location in Sunnyvale, and if you've had their drinks before, you know they are a hit. They're known for their Vietnamese cream coffees like egg coffee, ube latte, and their super bold VIP coffee, and I also tried their new matcha series and the double matcha was so creamy and satisfying. If you go, here's how to enjoy their cream coffees: * Shake it up * Let the ice melt a bit * Sip and savor I love the modern casual look of the shop, with decently quick service and lots of parking in the plaza.

Viet coffee with black sesame foam

Very pricey coffee, but it is strong like viet coffee should be. The black sesame foam added a nuttiness to my coffee, delicious! However, I cannot see myself paying $8 for a coffee.

Managed to stop by both during their soft opening and during their grand opening celebrations. It's always nice to have a new Viet coffee place in Sunnyvale, but I'm not sure this place is super worth it. For about $8, you get a cup that's majority ice (at least three quarters of the cup); I ordered both the egg coffee and the Creamy Hanoi, and both ended up with hardly any coffee. Ordering was simple through a kiosk and my coffee came pretty quick. The coffee itself was rich and creamy, strong as Viet coffee should be and the coffee flavor still managed to come through over the egg cream and milk. My egg coffee came with a boba lid though, which seemed strange considering the egg cream topping, I had to shake it around a lot to get the egg cream mixed in instead of getting the layer. This place is new and seems cozy with a few tables inside to sit. Still though, not sure if it's worth coming back considering the multitude of other options in the bay.

    Matcha, fruit tea, toppings

Tram Coffee #8 just opened up and I was able to go the day after opening and a week after. I've been to the one in Hayward before and first tried the Tropical Fruit Tea. I got that again in Sunnyvale and am still so shocked at how large the 800mL cup size is. This tea only comes in the large size due to all the fruit inclusions like orange. Other drinks are available in 600mL or the 800. The juice layers of dragonfruit, passionfruit, etc. look so pretty! I get no added sugar and it's sweet enough. I also got the house milk tea which comes with boba, grass jelly, and coffee jelly. No sugar is good for me and the black tea is strong. One of my friends is a bit crazy and gets super strong Viet coffee, meaning the classic Saigon and adds two additional shots of espresso! She asks for less condensed milk too. She also got the peach orange fruit tea with lychee jelly and it quenches the thirst. Another friend got the egg cream coffee and the cream is soo yellow! He said it was good. We tried out some snacks. I got the trio of custard buns from Tracy Bakery: vanilla, chocolate, and matcha. I liked the last two more. We also tried the rice paper rolls which had shredded fresh papaya with crispy bits of meat and veggies, topped with some cream similar to sour cream. It came with a tangy dipping sauce as well. Both kiosk and cashier offering available. Plenty of indoor seating. The employees are nice and helpful. This used to be ShareTea and R&B Tea so it's the same seating layout for this new coffee spot. Can't wait to go back and will try a different fruit tea like lychee. They open early!

I was in the area and needed to kill some time before driving to my next destination. I've seen Tram Coffee around and decided to check it out. I ordered the Saigon and Matcha latte. When I initially saw the price of the drinks, I thought it was a little pricey. When I got my drink, I noticed that it was mostly ice. However, when I drank my matcha, I realized they do not skimp on what they give you. The matcha and coffee were strong so the amount of ice that was given made sense. Like most places now-a-days, you order at a kiosk. The bathroom key is hanging on the wall for patrons. Wifi is available. Tables, chairs, and overall restaurant is clean too.

    Banafe and White Bear

Found this spot on a whim as I was looking for a different location but oh was it a lovely surprise. They are in their soft opening but my visits have been pleasant. First off, their coffee is strong. The VIP, Egg Coffee, and Banafe all have that rich, bold coffee taste that will power you up. I do recommend getting less sweet for the options as the creams do add enough sweetness. I got the White Bear regular sweetness and I couldn't really taste the coffee but I could feel it. White Bear just tasted like condensed milk which wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I was looking for. I would totally would get the VIP or Egg Coffee again. Inside, you order at the kiosk or at the counter with the staff. Staff is nice. Inside is clean and has a nice, simple decor. There's a couple of tables and ~15 seats . Parking is easy, there's a shared plaza with plenty of spots. Overall, they've got strong and flavorful coffee that will keep you up and running for the rest of the day if not more. Make sure to eat something beforehand, but definitely go check them out!

This is a clean, modern new space on El Camino. There are a couple of seats to work at, but this is mainly a take-out spot. There should be 10% off all food and drinks during their soft opening week (April 7-13), but it didn't automatically apply for me on the kiosk. You might need to ask the staff to apply it manually. Egg Coffee (small, $6.75): A unique take that includes coffee jelly. It comes in a sealed cup, though I personally would have preferred a sip lid to enjoy the foam properly. Double Matcha (small, $7.50): Made with first harvest, organic ceremonial grade matcha. It was strong and flavorful with a nice creamy finish. The cups are on the smaller side (500-600cc) and come heavily iced--nearly half the cup. There's no option to adjust ice levels or choose an alternative milk.

Wow ! Their coffee got me buzzed ! As a coffee lover, love their Vietnamese coffee. It has the bitterness, right amount of sweetness, & the crack caffeine !!! Happy for this new location since I moved. Not a fan of matcha in general, but their match is actually very good from the sips I've tried! Love how you can customize your drink settings. Still in the soft opening but it looks clean and service was quick. Order on a kiosk. Learned all the matches are mixed with oat milk.

I'm so glad there's a Tram location in Sunnyvale now! I'm a fan of their Vietnamese coffee and my go-to is their VIP which includes both egg cream and coffee cream. The coffee is strong and creamy which I enjoy and definitely hits the spot every single time. Besides coffee, they have matcha, fruit tea, and more--but I usually just go here for the coffee. The overall shop is clean, has a few tables to sit at, the menu is straightforward and has clear pictures, and ordering is by kiosk. Been here twice during their soft opening and no complaints or wait times. Def my go-to for Vietnamese coffee!

I love Tram! I've been to both of their locations in San Jose and it's nice that Sunnyvale has one now! They're having their soft opening this week, where there's a 10% off discount. The interior is nice and clean. The service was fast, given that I went on a Tuesday morning and was the only customer. Today was their first day of soft opening so it seems like they're still training their staff but it was great service overall. Their coffee tasted consistent to their other locations. Will definitely be back!

If they mess up on your order, they'll just dump hella ice into your cup and hope you don't notice.

Coffee is all ice- you take 3 sips and it's gone. Tea is too sweet at 25%. We were excited to try Tram but probably won't return.

Parking limited and shared with other businesses in the strip mall. The restaurant is next to a medium size grocery store and across the street from a school. I had a large #17 Pho with sliced steak, brisket, flank, tendon, tripe, and noodles. The broth was lacking flavor. The sriracha was so watered down that it ruined the soup when I used it. The garnishment plate came with very little. needed more basil, bean sprouts, I felt there was enough jalapenos and lemon wedges. I had to share this with another adult. probably won't come back. unless I remember to bring my own sriracha
