Cafe LaTTea has quickly become one of my favorite coffee spots in Cupertino. The café has a cozy, modern atmosphere that's perfect whether you're catching up with friends, getting some work done, or just enjoying a quiet break. The space is clean, comfortable, and the staff are genuinely friendly. I tried both their coffee and fruit tea, and they were excellent. The coffee was smooth and rich without being too bitter, while the fruit tea was refreshing, full of flavor, and not overly sweet. You can tell they care about the quality of their drinks. Service was fast, the drinks were beautifully made, and the overall experience was relaxing from start to finish. I remember this being in rotation for boba in high school, and I remember liking both their fruit teas and milk teas. I can't speak for any of the drinks specifically though because that was years ago. But I came back recently for their popcorn chicken, and IT WAS AMAZING!! I came here one time and I am so happy that I came back again. Instead of having coffee, I got the strawberry peach green tea. I was surprised by how good it tasted. It was so refreshing. I love the combination of both flavors. As for my friend, she got the green tea latte. She liked it but it was a bit too sweet for her if I recall but overall enjoyed it! I shared a few desserts as well. I got the brick toast and it was so flavorful and the perfect toast texture. I can't wait to get it again and for the layer crepe it was my favorite! The cream is light, fluffy, and just the perfect amount of sweetness! I love everything they had here. Overall, they make the drinks really fast and food in a timely manner. There's plenty of seating and space. They also have wifi and is a great study spot. It is pretty cozy here. The staff here are friendly too. Ordered: -Popcorn chicken -Egg pudding milk tea with black tea and 30% sweetness -Masterpiece gelato honey toast Honestly probably the best popcorn chicken I have ever had! It was crunchy on the outside, moist chicken on the inside. It was well seasoned. Milk tea was perfect. The toast was too sweet with the chocolate gelato. This cafe has a wide selection of options.. almost too wide. You have boba and various coffees, desserts, and.. fried chicken? It almost begs the question if you offer everything then nothing is really special -- which is definitely the case with their boba. Not quite amazing but it'll do just fine in a pinch. The pearl boba are cold and somewhat soft but taste pretty decent. The baristas / cooks? made our drinks very quickly despite there being a few customers! There is ample parking on both sides of this little outshoot of the Cupertino plaza. The cafe itself also has quite a bit of indoor and outdoor seating with a quiet vibe. All in all, a decent cafe but there are much better options for boba in the area, unfortunately. read more

Ambience was more casual with people coming in for some evening snacks and getting some work / studying done. Popcorn chicken was tender and salty. So tender it almost felt raw, and very flavorful, yet still hits the spot. The milk tea wasn't amazingly wonderful, but it is enough! Boba was soft and chewy enough and milk tea had enough tea strength. One of my friends suggested I swing by Main Street Cupertino to explore on my runs, and while Cafe LatTea isn't technically part of the complex, I saw it had good reviews and I desperately needed something to hydrate with. Since coming to the Bay Area I've generally been quite disappointed with the boba quality (probably a controversial take), but Cafe LatTea does it right! I ordered an oolong tea with 30% sugar and was pleasantly surprised. The tea actually has a tea aroma to it and the boba is just right -- neither soggily overcooked nor starchily undercooked. The cafe also has a nice outdoor area under some shade that makes it perfect for catching up outside or just soaking up your daily dose of Vitamin D, in addition to some seating indoors. Drinks are pretty reasonably priced and they have some fresh twists on traditional flavors. look i'm not one to judge or comment or even make these reviews but after coming here for years i've never had this problem. i was handed fried chicken today which if you've had you know it's delicious. i found 3 long light brown hair in my food today and i'm absolutely disgusted and disappointed, most food places require you to have a net when working with food i recommend you get your employees to wear them. i'm mostly frustrated because that was my lunch and i don't know where the heck the cooks hair has been. read more

The Almond Gelato Honey Toast caught my attention. We ordered and added two drinks. The Almond Toast was well made. The bread nice and toasty and cut up in a way that allows you to pull it apart to eat. The ice cream, fruit, and pralines were placed nicely in a way that was inviting to eat. The drinks were meh. But I think you'd visit Cafe LaTTea for the honey toast and coffee. Also, our server was incredibly sweet. Two ordering kiosks to the side. You may order at the cash register if you want to pay only cash. Parking is limited right next to the store itself. They have a mini gelato toast now yay. I was craving a desert so I got one to share with my boyfriend and it was really delicious. There are toasted bread pieces hiding in the gelato too and with the toppings it was all so good. We got a Passion Tea, Tropical Paradise Drink and Almond Forever Honey Toast. Everything tasted newly made. The teas tasted fresh and well made. I did sweetness at 60% and it was good! We added boba and it was quite chewy I would for sure recommend. The toast was fluffy and light. Great for dessert, I like toast with anything almond so it was perfect. It also came with banana, strawberry and blueberries. Although not cheap I would come back! Very enjoyable and refreshing drinks! Liked that they had indoor and outdoor seating to drink and relax. One of my favorite milk tea places in the Bay. This is THE SPOT if you just want a simple but quality milk tea with toppings. I love that they have strong tea flavor and multiple kinds of tea to choose from. In the past I used to get their Earl Grey milk tea and it was amazing with plenty of the floral, fragrant flavor you'd expect from Earl grey. Now, they replaced Earl Grey with Tieguanyin so there's not much floral flavor as expected but it's more deeper, roasted flavor. I like this one too and would get it again. The grass jelly was solid and still good the next day. Also this place opens later than most so it's good for a boba fix when your dinner runs later. Also, because it opens later it's sometimes a popular hangout for the Cupertino High students. Nevertheless there are plenty of seats and outside concrete bench rails things you can sit on. It's usually a good spot for studying or socializing. I walked up in the morning and ordered a pearl milk tea with black tea. I liked the fact that the sugar and ice levels here are customizable; the adjustments let me cut down on the sugar in my tea. It was a quiet morning for the staff, so I got my drink fairly quickly. There were a few other folks there chit-chatting, but the cafe was sunny and peaceful. Although there was plenty of room inside, I went outside to sit in the morning breeze, watch the passersby, and enjoy my tea. The black milk tea had bold, dark notes which hinted of the fresh earth. The honey boba was chewy and just sweet enough. Overall, the pearl milk tea was a good refreshment to sip in the morning. I think it would be neat if Cafe LaTTea had an expanded selection of teas, but I'm content knowing that of the teas which they do offer, they make those well. My sweet tooth cravings has been satisfied. I love this place when it comes to their desserts. We got the strawberry dreamin toast & their rose drink with boba. The toasy comes with strawberries, blueberry, chocolate syrup, whip cream, ice cream, and honey.
