Tried this Vietnamese spot, and the first thing I noticed was their unique interior decor--hanging florals, neon signs, murals on the wall, and even a fire-breathing dragon. There's lots to look around at while you're waiting for your food. We tried their Wrap n Roll Platter B, which was a pretty good amount of food. It's basically deconstructed springs rolls where you can mix and match ingredients. They offer three different platter options (A-C), but Platter B comes with mini egg rolls, pork and chicken skewer, pork sausage, sugarcane shrimp, lettuce, sliced cucumbers, bean sprouts, and pickled carrots and daikon. It's a good variety of flavors and textures for your rolls! Ingredients tasted fresh, and it felt like an overall healthy option. We also had the Rare Steak Pho, which was not bad. I was in the San Jose area and was looking for a quick and easy place for an early dinner. As I was driving around Cuppertino, I came across this place. It was really cool art work on the inside of the place. Once seated, the worker handed us a menu and a pitcher of water. After looking through their amazing menu, I ended up choosing the Triple Combo Plate. The food arrived promptly and you can tell the ingredients were fresh. You can smell the basil, the crisp of the bean sprouts. The shrimp was still hot as i pulled it off the skewer. It started to get busy just as I was finished with my meal. I've scouted this place before and finally decided to try it due to the various dishes and appetizers that aren't pho. For appetizers, the Saigon Mini Crepes (banh knot) and Tamarind Soft Shell Crab are delicious. The crepes are crispy and filled with shrimp and other goodies that are complemented with the pickled vegetables. The soft shell crab is super flavorful, but a little overpowering of sweet and savory. By itself, it's a lot, however, with some rice or something more bland, it's excellent. The star of the meal was the Tom Cang Kho Tau. Although it says stew, it's more like a sauce. And you also only get 3 big prawns, however, the flavor is out of this world. It's a nice balanced flavor that is not overpowering like the soft shell crab. Definitely would get it again. The last dish we got was the Triple Combo which was good, but it was also just vermicelli bowl and we'd rather try the other various appetizers that are more interesting. Inside is very different than other Vietnamese places I've been to. The decor resembles more of a higher end and modern restaurant rather than one of the simple and basic pho restaurants. Service is friendly and there is plenty of parking. Overall, they offer a wide array of flavorful Vietnamese dishes that are more than just pho with great appetizers. Interesting decor for a Vietnamese pho restaurant. Nice vibes and polite staff. It was cold out so we wanted pho. They only have two pho bowls, which we ordered. Took about 10 minutes for our pho to come out and it was hot. The broth tasted good - I drank most of it. Noodles were soft and there was plenty of steak in the pho, but not enough meatballs. Probably only 2 or 3. The Jurassic pho had a big beef rib in it as you can see in the picture. It's kind of a trendy thing but really it took too much space in the bowl, wasn't that meaty, and it felt like I got less noodles because of it compared to the regular pho bowls. Delicious and authentic Vietnamese food (according to my Vietnamese friend). Cute decor inside and service was good. The shrimp and crab egg roll appetizer was super crispy and flaky, paired with the sauce and it was a delight! The pho broth is on the sweeter side, but it's a deeply flavorful broth. Noodles were perfectly done, not too soft and not too hard. The char on the rib was a nice touch. For the platter - everything was delicious too! Vegetables were fresh, the egg rolls were crispy, the skewers were all nicely charred/grilled. The woven noodles were also on point. Ordered pho and my partner received old/spoiled basil. A bit after that, I realized my plate of basil had a huge chunk of mold growing. Makes me really question the quality of ingredients and produce that this restaurant serves. The worker apologized and replaced our basil with very washed and wet basil. I think because of the old and moldy basil, I couldn't really enjoy the meal as much as I could, but the portions are really big! We ordered the Jurassic Pho and Rare Steak Pho. This was the fanciest pho restaurant i've been to in terms of decorations! They had many screens displaying the ocean and a cool Saigon vibe with all of the street names. The signal isn't great here, but they have the wifi available so that you can order via the QR code. My fiancé and I opted for the Jurassic Pho and the triple combo vermicelli. The jurassic pho came with a variety of beef and a beef rib. However, the portion of the noodles wasn't what I expected it to be. I felt like we ordered soup with a side of noodles vs it being an even ratio. I also felt that they had skimped out on the bean sprouts as well. For the vermicelli bowl, I loved the grilled pork and shrimp it came with. It had a good char which I enjoyed. However, some of the noodles I had were sticking together and hard and that made the bowl overall difficult to eat. For improvements, I would highly recommend the portions to be slightly larger or offer different sizing because $19 for the bowl of pho definitely didn't seem to be worth it. Saigon Blvd is pretty yummy and the atmosphere was cool. The decor was interesting--it's like you're in space, in the ocean, and on the streets of Saigon at the same time. I don't mind quirkiness as long as the food is good. And indeed, the food is delicious! I had to get that Jurassic Pho, Soy Garlic Wings, and the Sugarcane drink. Authentic new Vietnamese restaurant on the outskirts of Main Street Cupertino. I visited one night since it was open late and I had just finished studying, really hearty and comes with large portions. I ordered the rare steak pho and checked in on Yelp, so I got a passionfruit lemonade!! Really yummy and filling, I had to take leftovers because there was so much. They don't skimp on the meat at all. The interior is designed in an interesting manner, there are videos of fantasy landscapes and Vietnam displayed on each wall along with painted murals. There's a lot to say regarding the appearance of the restaurant; from just looking around inside, it's interesting to note the wall of flowers & vines, school of fish being displayed on a screen, and galactic decorations in one corner of the restaurant. For the Vietnamese side, there are signs of made-up street names along with your common Vietnamese phrases for eating and drinking together. Our group of 4 ordered Tamarind Soft Shell Crab, Saigon Mini Crepes "Banh Khot," and the Triple Combo "Bun Tom Thit Nuong Cha Gio." Our order came out quickly by the friendly waiters. The mini crepes were my favorite by far; the "banh khot" were a decent size, crispy, and had well seasoned shrimp. The triple combo also included classic Vietnamese pork skewers and egg rolls, which filled us pretty quickly. Unfortunately, even though the soft shell crab was well-seasoned, it was deemed too salty by all 4 of us, and we were unable to finish that dish. First, when we ordered, the younger girl with an accent who took our order is like out of it, high or something. The boys ordered 2 Sapporo beers. You would think when each one one of you order a beer, it's a glass/a pint of beer. The server put 2 mini kegs of beer ($28 each). The older lady comes by and asked us if our order is correct. We were confused. She said did we want beer? We said yes, 2 beers. She showed us the drinks menu and we said yes 2 beers. She told us the younger server put 2 mini kegs. WTF?! Who in the right mind orders 2 mini kegs at a Pho restaurant? We were a family too. We had 2 babies with us. Seriously? She couldn't read the room?? Anyway, thanks to the QC of the older lady, it was just 2 glasses of beers and not 2 kegs! Then the pho was horrible. One of the husbands pho didn't come out until like 10 minutes after all our other pho came out. Seriously?? And it was a sad bowl, barely any onions, green onions and no cilantro or any greens. We asked the male server if we can get pho veggies. He gave us 2 small one for all 4. We had to ask for another 2. The pho broth itself was bland/flavorless. The pho beef was pretty good... except the beef bone. My husband said it had a weird grill and sweetness to it, he said it was bad. Yuck. Then my sister asked to split the check. The male server didn't split evenly, instead he guessed what couple got what and put all the apps on her bill. She was pretty upset. He did apologize, which was appreciated. We were looking for a good Vietnamese place and we decided to try this. First things first, the ambiance is great, welcoming. We ordered drinks, couldn't stop us from ordering the sugarcane juice. It was great with a citrus touch. The citrus addition was new to me and we enjoyed it. Passion limeade had fizz, and was a pleasant surprise too. We started off with the appetizer, Spring rolls. The menu didn't have the veggie option, but they customized it for us. They tasted great, the tofu was fried and the sauce was great and not too sweet. We ordered 2 plates of chicken skewers plates. Skewers were well done, with a hint of lemongrass and a sweet sauce. I would have like a little more of the lemongrass flavor. The fish sauce was provided on the side for the skewers. Veggie skewers were ok too, we couldn't make-out what those were made of :) The veggie plate came with egg tofu rolls, which were good. I first heard about Saigon Blvd through a friend and wanted to check it out. I stopped by after lunch and was able to get a parking spot right in front of the restaurant. Upon entering, I was a bit confused if it was ordering from the kiosk or a sit down restaurant. When I went up to the kiosk, it was mainly items for KOJA Kitchen which was the eatery in the same space. Looks like they share the space and you can order items from KOJA Kitchen on the kiosk and via waiter service from Saigon Boulevard. A staff member came out and seated me down. You can order via the QR code on the table or browse the physical menu which is much easier. I ordered the sugar cane drink and the three items vermicelli bowl which included the grilled shrimp, grilled pork skewer and mini egg rolls. The vermicelli bowl was absolutely delicious and I really loved the grilled pork skewer because it had really good flavor and was tender. I wished I ordered an extra skewer but my meal was already $31 with tax and tip lol. The menu at Saigon Blvd was very "Vietnamese" in a sense that you would find them in most Vietnamese restaurant like this. The flavors were a bit fusion but tasted great! Decided to go to this place based on Instagram, but I would say it's alot of marketing over substance. The decor and the image projections seem really fancy and something I haven't seen in restaurants here, definitely has an accessible younger vibe around it. The yelp check in drink was delicious. The pho was not remarkable and seemed lazily made. The beef wrap platter tasted good but took many reminders to the wait staff to get it out to us. They look like they are clearly understaffed even on a Sunday afternoon. It seems like a family run place but definitely they need more help. Service - 4/5: The staff were super nice, but we had to ask them a few times for parts of our order (e.g. didn't get our side of fish sauce after asking a few times, didn't get our kid sized pho but we ended up being full and then did remove it from our bill which I really appreciate!) To be fair though, the restaurant was super busy since it was peak lunch time and there were only 2 primary serving staff for all the tables in the restaurant. This dish basically has the same ingredients as the Triple Comb with the following adjustments: no shrimp skewer, traded for a pork sausage and chicken sausage. This is a MASSIVE plate of food that we struggled to get through but was delicious all the same! General thoughts: They really gave generous amounts of veggies which I feel like is truly emblematic of Vietnamese cuisine! I found this place on a whim from Yelp because I was craving Vietnamese food. The first thing I was incredibly in awe by was the decor of this restaurant. The interior designer really put much thought into making sure that the customer's attention was captured. The food was just as fantastic as the decor, if not, even better. This restaurant had a good amount of selection and the food pictures on the menu made me want to order every food. I opt for the Shaking Beef and Jurassic Pho. The beef itself was cooked and thoroughly seared. The beef was also marinated with this rich, garlicky, sweet, and salty sauce which was just oh so very savory. The Jurassic Pho really hit the spot. The classic made-the-right-way-type of pho, very aromatic with a subtle of sweetness. To top off the great ambience and delectable food, the customer service was superb. The waiter, Chris, was very helpful in making suggestions of which food to try. He was very patient too because I was very indecisive. Cann you blame me? All the food looked so enticing! The owner was also very welcoming and made sure I was being looked after. A bit confusing, but this is inside Koja -- seems like now Koja is just takeout, and the seating area is now Saigon Blvd. This past weekend was my second time going as my friend was craving their pork skewers and said it was better than some of the other local Vietnamese spots. I tried their wrap n roll platter A the first time (not pictured) and their triple combo this time, and both are solid options. The platter is quite large and filling, partly because it takes more time to eat -- you have to assemble the food, and it's a bit messy. While the platter was delicious, I'm not big on finger foods, so I went with the combo bowl this time and was happy with that choice. Saigon Blvd is located across from the now defunct Vallco mall, on the street level of the apartment building, facing the hipster bowling alley. Parking is available on the street or in the private parking lot. Dining is indoors exclusively. The ambiance of the restaurant is over the top, a touch tacky. Staffing was definitely more limited. Unlike traditional Vietnamese restaurants where service is lightning fast, this was a more laid back, leisurely vibe. There are QR codes at the dining table to place an order, along with a digital call bell to call the staff. Started off with the shrimp and crab egg roll and it was different. There was a tiny bit of crab inside the shell and this was on the drier side. The sweet and sour sauce did help. The Saigon Signature iced Vietnamese coffee was decent. It wasn't super sweet and it was pretty strong. The hazelnut foam on the top did stand out. The drink came out midway during our meal which was unique... The soft shell crab appetizer came out lightly fried although the oil may have been used heavily already. The cajun sauce was good. The triple combo vermicelli may have been the highlight of the meal. The regular egg rolls were fresh and lightly fried. The shrimp skewer along with the grilled pork skewers were flavorful. Came in on a random Monday around 2pm. My first impression was that it's very randomly decorated. Some of it is cool and some seems a little too much. Service was quick as you can order/pay online for dine-in. We tried the egg rolls and spring rolls to start. Both were nothing special. We also got the sticky wings and were pleasantly surprised. Decent new find in Cupertino Main Street for Vietnamese food! The menu is limited, but if you like traditional dishes like pho or bun, you won't be disappointed. We came on a Saturday for lunch and there was no wait, although there is a Google waitlist you can signup on beforehand. Unfortunately, the smoked brisket pho was sold out so we tried the Jurassic Pho and the Beef Roll Bowl. The Jurassic Pho ($21) was on the smaller side. Even with an extra side of noodles, it was only enough food for one person. The beef tenderloin was also majority bone, so don't expect to get a lot of meat from this dish. The Beef Roll Bowl ($18) had the perfect balance of noodles, vegetables, and sauce. I didn't have a huge appetite but was still able to finish the entire dish myself. The beef rolls were quite rich and well seasoned. It came with about five of them. The food was on the pricier side, and neither me nor my friend had leftovers to bring home :(. The customer service wasn't the best either. We rang the bell for a waiter to come over a couple times for water and napkins but they never came :(. We were excited to try this new place in our 'hood. It's located across from the old Vallco Mall on the JCPenneys side (RIP). We discovered Saigon Blvd from watching the viral video/sponsored ad, and from visiting Koja Kitchen whom they share a storefront with. They've apparently been open about 4 months. We were greeted warmly by waiter Kelvin and he helped us choose the type of wings to order (Vietnamese sticky or Soy garlic - he said Vietnamese sticky were his favorite!). We went with his suggestion and he was absolutely spot on! The wings had a delicious flavor with a fish sauce and green onion glaze, and the perfect amount of crispiness. $12 for 7 wings (mix of drums and flats). The grilled beef roll bowl ($18) was super tasty. It felt healthy too, served with rice noodles, pickled veggies and a bed of salad - gotta get your greens! The dipping sauce was delish and had a sweet-sour taste. Portion was perfect. The smoked brisket pho ($18) was amazing! Hearty broth flavor and a generous amount of mostly lean brisket. There was only one size offered but the portion was just right. Also tried the passion fruit lemonade ($6) which was perfectly refreshing on this hot day! I love my Vietnamese food! When I heard a new Vietnamese restaurant was popping up in Cupertino, I immediately wanted to try it out as soon as possible. My husband and I decided to go for a Saturday lunch. The place was quite easy to find and was part of the whole Main Street Cupertino section. It was near Kura Sushi and there was lots of good parking in the garage. There was no wait, which was nice, and we were seated right away. Once you get to your table, you order through a QR code. We wanted to pay cash instead and the server also told us that was an option too. My husband ordered the pho and I had the triple combo. I also got a free passion fruit soda via Yelp check it! Our food came out fairly fast and I have to mention that service was stellar! The kind lady that was our server, checked on us multiple times. I have to say she went above and beyond. My triple combo arrived and it looked absolutely delicious. I had a lovely spread of pork on a skewer, egg rolls, and shrimp on a skewer. All of these proteins were laid out on top of vermicelli noodles, pickled carrots and daikon, lettuce, bean sprouts, and mint. It tasted divine- such a burst of different flavors. My favorite had to be the pork. It was so tender and flavorful. This was certainly a dish I would come back for over and over again. My husband also liked his pho and would have it again! The ambiance was quite striking and there was a lot going on. I liked the ceiling decorations but there may have been too many other decorations around which makes it sensory overload. Love the eye catching decorations and techno-fantasy interior design here! So many floral walls perfect for Instagram, and a lot of digital projections and screens in the walls that give it a futuristic neon cyberpunk aesthetic. The service here was great, and the pho and brisket plate we ordered were good. I'd say the pho beef could've been more tender and there were some chewier parts that were probably cheaper cuts, and broth not as rich as some pho places in the Bay. Pho comes with veggie platter with bean sprouts, herbs, lemon, and jalapeños. There's hoisin sauce and sriracha at each table as well. Ordering is through a QR code at the table and very intuitive, overall enjoyed my visit especially because of the unique decor and ambiance! read more

Stepping in it says "wait to be seated" a couple employees looked at us but it took a couple minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We were then seated w menus and it was explained that we could order by scanning the QR code. Everything was really tasty!! I was wanting some soup, specifically pho and this one was really good! (It was also the only place nearby serving at the time) the chicken and rice plate was delicious as well, great flavor and a very juicy bite of chicken! I'd go back to try more of their dishes. Great new casual Vietnamese Spot in Cupertino! FOOD/ As a party of 2 we got the : Fried Soft Shell Crab w/ Cajun Butter Sauce - 10/10 rec! (tasted very fresh and crispy! Cajun sauce was adds a nice tangy flavor, not spicy at all) Jurassic Pho Bowl - 8.8/10 (Broth has great flavor, but rib was mostly bone, may opt for just a brisket/ beef ball option) Pork Skewer Bento - 9/10 (pork skewers were juicy and not too sweet, nice char on them! I was excited to see a new Vietnamese place, and it didn't disappoint. We both ordered the triple combo with sticky wings, and it was pretty good - decent portions & delicious grilled skewers! Only recommendation would be giving more nuoc mam / fish sauce on the side. It was also my first time trying the egg coffee, and I really liked it! The decorations were insane; the flowers on the ceiling, projector, and light up dragon on the wall were all very cool and unique! Definitely an Instagram-worthy spot. The waitress who served us was very welcoming and attentive! She would check in on us and we also saw the staff come out and sing happy birthday to a table next to us! My mom and I swung by today to give this place a try. We didn't know that it was connected to Koja, but instead of going for Koja, we went for Vietnamese food instead since my mom wanted soup. I went for the grilled chicken bento which included tempura shrimp, dumplings, salad, rice and of course the grilled chicken. Flavors were on point, chicken was a little fatty, salad could've used a little more dressing, shrimp was super crispy, rice was rice, and the dumplings were amazing with the sauce it had on it. I had a try of my mom's beef pho and man, they really nailed the flavor down on it, pretty tasty. The service is pretty simple, just use the provided QR code to order your food which is very convenient and if you're one of those people that wants minimal contact with a waiter/waitress to order, this place is definitely for you. From ordering to food hitting the table, the kitchen works hella fast. I think we only waited about 5-8 minutes. Ambience is very club-like and has a lot of decor which isn't too bad. Vibes are chill, seats are comfy, seems like a cool place to swing by in the evening since it's got that nice ambience. I'd be down to come by again, but man, the pricing is a little high. For my bento and my mom's beef pho, it ended up being $43 including tip and tax, which is why I had to take away 1 star, but overall, the quality and the quantity of the food is pretty good. read more

We were in the South Bay and couldn't think of where to eat so I pulled up the Yelp app and searched and it led me to Saigon Blvd. we had the Jurassic pho and a vermicelli bowl and they both were delicious.
