    combination chicken pho

This is probably my favorite pho place in the bay! The broths are sooo tasty. I usually get beef pho, but most recently I got the combination chicken pho and it was surprisingly sooo good. It tasted so homey. Surprisingly, I liked their chicken breast more than the thigh when I generally like thigh better. It was very tender and tasty. The thigh wasn't as meat-y. I liked how all their utensils and bowls matched. Servers were nice. Service was quick. Usually very very busy and a line out the door though especially on weekends.

Came here around 7 PM on a weekday, and the restaurant was packed, but we were still seated pretty quickly. The pho broth was tasty, and the handmade noodles were especially good, chewy, fresh, and had a great texture. The meat was also flavorful and went well with the broth. My main complaint was the service. They automatically added an 18% tip, but there was basically no service throughout the meal. No one came by to check on us or even asked if we wanted water, so the automatic gratuity felt hard to justify. Overall, the food was solid and it's an okay spot for a quick meal, but the service could definitely be improved.

Pho Ha Noi is #1 in my book for pho in Cupertino. Incredible pho. Love their broth. My go to is the beef rib pho $20.30. The broth is complex and tastes great with all the green onions. Add some Thai basil and bean sprouts, and this is perfect. Service was good and my food came out fast. Love how they have scissors available, if you ask, to cut the beef rib easier. Side note, they had the England vs Norway game on TV. What a treat. Great job everyone at Pho Ha Noi Cupertino.

Vermicelli with grilled pork 3/5 - I shouldn't have gotten anything other than pho here but I wasn't in the mood for hot soup. The vermicelli wasn't that good. Pork was not that flavorful and was missing that char flavor. Egg rolls were good. Garlic noodles 3/5 - very disappointing as well. The noodles all stick together and just tasted like spaghetti with cheese.

We met up with a friend who works in Cupertino for an early dinner at Pho Ha Noi. Even though it was only 5:15 pm, they had a fair number of customers coming and going. The booths in the dining area reminded me of a diner. Nothing fancy, but well-kept by the staff. *** O U R P I C K S *** HA NOI SPECIAL GRILLED PORK VERMICELLI (BUN CHA HA NOI) ~ The meat is quite salty since it was sitting in a sauce, but my friend enjoyed her dish with the noodles and vegetables to balance the flavors. But from the looks of the dish, not much meat on the plate. 3.5/5 GRILLED PORK & PORK EGG ROLL VERMICELLI ~ This is my go-to dish when I'm eating Vietnamese. The pork wasn't really salty or as flavorful as I had expected. Pretty average compared to other eateries with the same dish. I forgot to tell them not to include raw bean sprouts, so when I put the sprouts aside, it filled 1/4 of my bowl. 3.5/5 COMBINATION BEEF PHO ~ My guy ordered this and said the broth was bland compared to other Vietnamese eateries. Not much in the bowl. He went home and made a sandwich. 3/5 HALF HAINANESE CHICKEN AND CHICKEN RICE ~ Our friend ordered this dish; he left more than 1/2 of the chicken on his plate. He said it was dry, and the skin wasn't at all crispy because they didn't blanch it in ice water to give that crispy texture for Hainanese Chicken. The rice wasn't flavorful either. He left dissatisfied and hungry. 2/5 PANDAN WAFFLES ~ comp dessert after our meal. This was lightly sweetened, crispy, and chewy. Actually very good. 4/5 Hit or miss with some of the dishes, though it seemed more misses than hits. I was told the San Jose location is better. But I've tried both and wasn't impressed with either location. The only item we liked was the complimentary dessert!

The classic. We live super close by, so we get pho from here whenever we want some warm soup. The homemade fresh noodles are the best in the bay. We usually get to go, but the inside is pretty nice and spacious too. Not sure if they changed the prices recently, but it's $19 for a basic beef pho now. $20 for the beef combo. Pho shouldn't be that expensive

First time at this location and came on a Friday for lunch. Quick and nice service. Not too busy. Delicious pho per usual from Pho Ha Noi! Can definitely see a lot of other office employees coming here.

There are multiple Pho Ha Noi's in the south bay because of its popularity! The are known for their pho but I personally love their sticky rice and hainese chicken! Taste: Everything i've ordered here has been a hit! 5/5 flavor wise Parking: This can be tricky. They have plaza parking but during rush hour it can get full. On the other side of the parking is a hotel which is not a parking option, but on the other side is a park. i park at the park if the plaza is full! Service: It's always good. At the end, they let you know that there is a 18% service fee.

This was my first time at pho hanoi, which is known to be a pretty popular place for viet food. This location has a parking lot, but it tends to fill up fast. We arrived a little bit before 1 pm on a Saturday, and got lucky with parking. We were immediately sat at a table, and given menus and water. Inside was modern casual. We ordered chicken thigh pho, bun cha, hanoi special spring rolls. All were super delicious. My favorite was the bun cha. The flavor was super good. Service was great. Staff ended up switching our table from a table for 2 to a table for 4, since our plates were too big. Total ended up being 68 dollars (tip automatically included), which is pricier than other local viet restaurants. But food is decent!

Shaking beef with tomato rice and Korean ribs dish

Been to Pho Ha Noi handful of times. Personally, I'm not a big fan of the pho (not super flavorful broth), but I do like their other dishes. We ordered the shaking beef and tomato rice, the Korean ribs, and the fried egg roll. Beef shaking rice- 4/5. The flavor is super tasty and the amount of sauce and rice is perfect! The meat was a little bit chewy at times but overall pretty tender. Korean ribs- 3/5: nothing crazy special about the dish. Pretty solid and good quality meat. Fried pork egg roll- 4/5: no complaints pretty good! I like the wide variety of dishes they offer and they always have good service. The parking lot is very limited and sometimes you have to park elsewhere. It can be pretty busy depending when you go.

My friends and I decided to try out Pho Ha Noi for lunch. Our party of 4 were seated right away. I ordered P.5 Rare USDA Choice Flap Meat and Meatball Pho. I was a bit surprised by the price, $19.45?! Back at home was not this pricey. I appreciate the sauces provided, not stingy at all. Iced coffee with condense milk was too bitter for me. I asked for extra condense milk. I couldn't finish the bowl. It was a lot of food. Staffs are friendly. Parking was easy to find. I'd come back and try a different dish.

Thick, Northern noodles. My favorite! Got the large combo and finished every bite. The bone in version looked awesome too! Can't go wrong here.

Great food, chill music playing, and quick service We got the P2 Pho with extra meat, and the sausage spring rolls. So yummy! The broth was so delicious and the spring rolls had some crunchy goodness inside while still having that fresh Vietnamese spring roll feel. Loved it

No. They no longer have outdoor seating.

My order is always #8 which is their House Special Sour & Spicy w/ Pork Noodle Soup. I've been recently loving the round noodles, but the flat ones are great too. The portion size is HUGE, they give soo much noodle. Could use more pork & toppings, but still amazing regardless. I love the diced potatoes and carrots. I get less spicy, so it's not that spicy even though it looks very spicy. My family usually also gets the sliced beef with hot oil sauce to share as an appetizer, and it's yummy too! Service is quick, and they have big tables. They have a good amount of tables too, although it can get pretty busy on the weekends for lunch.

We were looking to catch up in person on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. All tables were full and there were a couple of other parties waiting inside when we walked in, but the wait for a table was not bad at all. It is on the noisier side since the clientele is primarily Asian, and service tends to be short since that's what would be considered authentic. I got the beef noodle soup with the wide noodles since it was a chilly day and I wanted something warm. In the past I've gotten the tomato and eggs sauce noodles, which was very tasty and not a bad option for a hot day as the noodles themselves come out cold. Make sure to bring some floss if you get the beef noodle soup, some of the meat gets stuck in my teeth every time. Service does tend to be short so don't expect anyone to wait around for you to order or extra pleasantries. But this isn't surprising given the type of restaurant so it didn't detract from the meal. The check comes to you when you're about done so there is no need to flag anyone down after finishing. I would definitely revisit if I have cash on hand and am in the area. I would recommend this spot to anyone interested in authentic Chinese noodles, hot or cold.
