DO NOT GO HERE In…read more2024, my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. In May 2025, I had two extraction appointments scheduled. I was contacted while at work and told I had missed an appointment, but my actual appointment was the following day. Weeks later, I was informed the day before another appointment that it had been cancelled and I was being referred to a specialist. Months later, I was notified that my treatment could resume, and an appointment was scheduled six days later, but again, the day before the appointment, I was told my referral had expired. Today, I went in for a dental evaluation, and the office refused to allow me to see my dentist. I was told that the office would inform my care team, who referred me to them, that I need a specialist. I stated that I wanted to continue seeing the doctor and that I had already requested my referral be renewed by my Primary Care Team. I was then told they would call them directly. When I asked them to also inform my team that my appointments had been repeatedly cancelled without notifying me, I was told that I was not welcome and not to return. As a result, I am currently without care and must restart the referral process. These repeated last-minute cancellations, conflicting information, and being denied care disrupted my treatment and caused significant delays.

My hygienist, Bev, is simply amazing, and I truly hate that I have to leave her. She is the reason I stayed as long as I did. Over the years, I have seen constant doctor turnover, which leads me to believe this is a training facility. Because of that, I strongly caution patients to be very careful about what procedures they have done here. What should have been a routine procedure was handled poorly. In my opinion, the doctor chose profit over doing what was right, which ultimately cost me more money and led to unnecessary additional work. While they did offer to correct the mistake, by that point I had completely lost trust in the team. To be clear, my main issue is not with the clinical staff, but specifically with Jenny, the office manager. Unfortunately, she lacks professionalism, maturity, leadership, critical‑thinking skills, and basic customer service and patient‑care abilities. It took 7-8 months to get even partial resolution to my issue, and somehow, I became labeled as "the problem." This stemmed from her inability to have difficult conversations or answer direct questions. It is disappointing to see leadership project their own professional shortcomings onto patients, turning the situation into victimization and labeling the customer as problematic instead of addressing the real issue. Do better and find a role that better suits your strengths--this behavior is a poor representation of the company. Overall, for simple maintenance and cleanings, the team does a great job and I would recommend them. However, for anything beyond basic care, I strongly suggest seeking treatment elsewhere. Imagine you were so AFRAID of dentists, you didn't see one for 14 years... and had multiple…read morecracked molars and were in need of some serious work. That was me, and this is the story about how Dr. Williams literally saved my mouth, and probably my life. First, my fear was both rational and irrational. From pieces of my jaw bone coming off with extractions, to drill bits getting stuck in my jawbone, to failed root canals, recommendation for apicoectomy (drill into cheekbone to get roots), to short fills (root canal wasn't deep enough), and mostly NEVER GETTING FULLY NUMB, I've had my fair share of bad luck with dentists. To be fair, I've had a few good ones, but their goodness didn't outweigh my fears and spent 14 years as far away from them as possible. Add to this, I'm struggling with symptoms of RA, and have been diagnosed with chronic idiopathic hives. Somethings going on with my immune system and I get hives all day long that are not responsive to OTC meds and I've been on steroids for months. I suspected my infected cracked teeth may be causing or worsening my symptoms. I knew it was time to bite the bullet. Enter FFD. I let them know (probably everyone, lol) that I was a nervous wreck. I didn't even want them digging the tools into my teeth to "check" for cavities as that can hurt IMO. You know what... they didn't. That's a first! They did all the xrays and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I needed 3 root canals. They make the crowns there and have you out with your permanent all porcelain crown in hours. Once D day came, they were quick to give me the nitrous (sweeeet). Dr Williams explained she's from a long generation of dentists and she's really good about nerve mapping and numbing. Man, was she! I did have some limited breakthrough pain, which in her own words would "get my attention", and that's about all it was. I described where the pain came from and radiated to, and she found the nerve and numbed it within seconds. No one has ever done that! She also noted my chart about how my nerves run. Then next visit I had no breakthrough pain. I literally grabbed her hand and with tears told her she saved my mouth. Not to mention I have multiple crooked roots and have been referred to an endo twice on other similar teeth, due to complexity. For her, it was a breeze. This saved me a fortune! 3 months later and I'm off all steroids, and am managing my hives with OTC Allegra. Overall, the office manager and staff were so gracious and accommodating - with reasonable prices and options for full sedation (one day I'll make a you tube video), you cant go wrong! I may never be able to say I enjoy going to the dentist, but with Dr. Williams, it's as close as I'll get!

The atmosphere is 10/10. Cute reception area with comfy chairs, they use an iPad for check in, fancy x-Ray equipment, TVs on the ceiling so that you can watch Netflix while you're getting work done. There's also a huge TV in each little room which is where they show you your X-rays as well as the pictures they take of your teeth (I could do without that part, just because I don't want to see my teeth that big and close to me lol). They play good music on pandora through said TVs, and the music is louder than I've ever heard in a medical office, but it's a vibe! I loveee it because I hate awkward silence. Lastly, the Dentist is super friendly and talkative, she chats with the dental hygienist and I just listen and laugh and add a comment in here or there when my mouth isn't occupied lol. I've been here twice now and will continue to come back!

However, my last encounter a few…read moremonths ago I didn't particularly like. they contacted me several times to schedule a cleaning appt for my son stating it was time so I scheduled, I then scheduled myself as well as my other 2 daughters. My Son completed his appt and it went well but a few days later they contacted me stating my insurance was giving problems not covering one X-ray and to contact them. I did so and the insurance advised that a particular X-ray is only to be given annually which had the appt been scheduled 3 days later would have met the annual limit. The insurance advised that the dentist can not charge me the fee and this is their fault they didn't get clarity on the timeframes and they would have to eat the cost, advising me not to pay it. the dental office contacted me several times about payment and I advised them what I was told so instead of eating the cost they chose to no longer take me and my 4 children as patients. The fee was no were near the price of losing 4 customers.
