This Target location is really lacking in customer service. It's mostly a bunch of kids working…read morethere and not very personable. I've only encountered 2 well-mannered employees and that's during drive-up orders-- a young man named Diego being one of them. The store itself isn't well organized. It honestly feels like all the Salinas people come here and just terrorize the place. There definitely needs to be more employees on the floor throughout the day to keep things organized. Another thing that doesn't make sense is the dressing rooms not being open until later in the morning; it's really inconvenient if you're an early shopper. I've noticed the same issue at the Sand City location too.

The Marina Target is easily one of the nicest in the area, delivering consistently pleasant…read moreshopping experiences! The store is clean and well-stocked with a broad range of products, sizes, and options, though I recently noticed a lack of "clean ingredient" almond milk brands like Almond Malk and Koala. The staff has been outstanding lately! Friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with genuine greetings. While the clothing sections were sometimes messy in the past, they've been far more organized recently. I've found some items here that are less expensive than at other stores, especially during sales, making it a great value. Compared to the Capitola or Watsonville locations, Marina's Target is a standout--visit those, and you'll likely return here with zero complaints! The women's bathroom could use a makeover, but overall, this store is a gem and I'm so glad it'll be my "go-to" as a CSUMB student.

However the man guy I always see when donating stuff seems like he doesn't like his job. Never seen him smile once. I actually feel kinda awkward donating here and try to avoid it now. You would think since you are giving them free stuff they get to sell they could at least say thank you.

Lost its charm in recent years. My biggest gripe is that they used to have 2 fitting rooms and now…read morethey only have one (they got rid of both and then later added back a single large room), which is annoying but wouldn't be as big of a deal if they didn't also limit you to 5 items and 10 minutes in the room before kicking you out. Since this change, almost every single time I've gone to try something on I have to wait for someone to be done with the fitting room, and whenever I get out there's another person waiting for me. I will not be returning unless/until they sacrifice a little bit of floor space for a small fitting room to accommodate the amount of customers they get on the daily. They're extremely popular/busy and get their items for free, I feel like they can afford it lol. Aside from the fitting room situation, their staff is generally friendly and positive. I have pretty much exclusively found clothing items here, their home and furniture section is pretty small and usually uninteresting. It seems like at least 1/4 (possibly more) of their clothing selection is comprised of jeans and about half (if not more) is comprised of low quality fast fashion items. I used to come here and leave with at least one thing I loved every time, and I've left empty handed the past few times I've come here now because the quality to price ratio is way worse than it used to be. On top of everything, their prices have definitely gotten more expensive over the years which has also led me to not shop at goodwill as much in general. The gist of it is Goodwill needs to stop being greedy lol.

There are no bargains here, you'll be paying more than ebay or Etsy on items that they get for free. Why don't they markdown items that don't sell? They wont negotiate on their prices either. This is a strict business which doesn't care if you return to patronage. They don't support our community, only their cause. And how do they support our veterans? I have no idea because they won't tell us. They should put out a new letter that documents what they're doing for our veterans with all of our donations. My husband is a proud veteran but gets no benefits from here. Oh, only a10% discount, and only if you have your discharge paperwork. There are NO BARGAINS HERE. They rarely have sales, only once in while and rarely have free things, items that won't sell but are basically broken down garbage which belongs in the landfill, with the exception of books, lp's and dvd's or vhs. Nothing good or useful. Moreover, the staff is unwilling to negotiate prices, indicating a strict business approach that does not prioritize customer loyalty. They are not friendly and somewhat rude and snotty, especially the young man cashier, he's just rude and uncaring. I find it disconcerting that they scrutinize donations and selectively accept only items they deem saleable. As a result, we no longer donate to this organization. Why do I come back? With hopes that some day it will get better. Especially after reading all the similar negative and disparaging reviews, it's not just me who sees all the unfavorable things here. Its our community speaking, please listen to your community and act accordingly.

She offers full service staging as well as assisting with reorganizing and decorating with the homeowner's possessions. My client opted for the latter was we were all blown away with what Katie could do using items that were already in the home to make it more aesthetically pleasing. She ran to the home furniture store and picked up any additional items we needed too. Needless to say, our listing showed beautifully, my clients were so pleased, and we were able to sell the home in no time at all. I have no doubt that Katie played an essential role in the sale. ...oh and did I mention Katie has a heart of gold ?! Katie is the most detail oriented, professional, and honest stager I have ever met. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty for all of my clients and listings to ensure that she presents them in the absolute BEST light. She has the ability to make even the worst home show very well with her staging and design techniques. Catalyst used to be one of my go-to's as they usually have good deals as well as kind & experienced…read morebud tenders. Although my most recent visit was surprisingly disappointing. I was sent home with completely the wrong product after the bud tender spent multiple minutes reading said product and even verbally confirming what I had asked for. They made me pay the $8.47 difference after making a rushed trip back to the store for their mistake... Moral of the story double check your products at the store because they won't do much for you if they make a mistake even if you're such a regular customer that some of the bud tenders know you by name. I went in & asked a female bud tender (I haven't seen her before, maybe she's new or I just haven't come in at the time she's there) for Sluggers juiced blunts. She confidently pointed to a section with a few different of longer single blunt/joint tubes so I went ahead and just looked for the strain I wanted & told her the cinnamon milk. She repeated back to me "cinnamon milk?" & I confirmed before she spent a minute or two looking through, reading the jars, grabbed one & checked me out. I got home only to open my bag & see a 1.5g infused joint of a complete different strain. Confused I called & they asked "if I could get there in 15 minutes so they can exchange it" luckily, I live close, so I went back over only to be charged the $8.47 difference with nothing offered to me as compensation for their multiple mistakes.... They are always very kind there, but to not be offered anything when I had to make a whole separate trip, tipped on the initial service that wasn't even done correctly, & charged the difference for their mistake rubbed me the wrong way.
