Had a nice experience at Trattoria Bugatti overall. The service was a bit slow at times, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The inside of the restaurant was also very pretty. For drinks, I tried the Amore Mio, which was enjoyable and paired well with the meal. For food, we ordered the pepperoni pizza and the focaccia, and both were really good. The pizza had great flavor with a perfectly crisp crust, and the focaccia was fresh, soft, and delicious. While the pace of service could have been a little quicker, the friendly staff and tasty food made for a pleasant dining experience. I'd definitely come back to try more items from the menu.

Literally sat at the bar for about 15-20 mins before getting a drink. There was an event going on so I don't know if that interfered with the service or the service just wasn't that great. The manager finally came over and took our order. The mozzarella Fritz were good. The chicken was undercooked and the pizza was mid! The only thing that stole the show where the. The Matcha martini was nice and strong and made with sweet beat vodka. The place is really cute and intimate for a date night.

That's not where the differences stop as the Archive menu provides more traditional cocktails and a diverse array to choose from, with drinks you may be more familiar with. Alchemy on the other hand offers a more experimental approach to their drink menu, including creative cocktails that seem eclectic and never been tried before, using unusual ingredients or prepared in a unique way, but if you are feeling adventurous, I'd highly recommend trying the latter. Keep in mind, when entering Alchemy, the inside is very dark so if you want to see properly I would recommend sitting outside if it isn't too hot. To start, my friends and I ordered the truffle fries for the table and they were highly ranked in my opinion for best truffle fries in Dallas. They were perfectly crispy and flavored well with the truffle seasoning. For drinks, from the alchemy menu, we ordered the I Dream of Kiwi (my choice), Kaleidoscope Eyes, and Inappropriate Beet Pun. My drink was made up of bamboo tea gin, kiwi coconut water, plum wine, and kiwi boba. I liked the sweetness mixed with tartness and the boba balls added a nice touch. Additionally we ordered the pineapple soft serve margaritas (it was my first time experiencing soft serve margs) and I really enjoyed Apothecary's version. The pineapple flavor was tangy alongside the creaminess of the ice cream. And there was a nice chili salt garnish (similar to tajin) added on top. For food, I ordered the Lil' Thuggies, a hilarious name for a dish that is actually very delicious. It consisted of popcorn chicken nuggets, cooked in sweet tea brine and spiced flour, served with a side of epazote ranch and korean wing sauce respectively. My friends ordered the Japanese elotes and Muhammara (roasted red pepper & walnut spread, greek oil, sea salt, microgreens, grilled baguette). Both very tasty as well, with the elotes having a cream sauce on top. Overall I can't wait to go back to apothecary and maybe try the other side next time.

Ordered a couple "Over the Counter" cocktails - frozen pineapple margarita and an old fashioned. Happy hour also included a lot of food options so we chose to just order a bunch off of that - Icelandic Hotdog, Caviar Chip (both bite sized), oysters, beef cheek tacos, and a caesar salad and burger to split. Was more than enough! We also tried the frozen Irish Coffee and Horseplay (horseradish agua fresca) and then went for our second reservation at Alchemy. Alchemy is more experimental. Here we tried a kimchi based cocktail and the sauerkraut cake. Food and drinks were all phenomenal and the atmosphere of both bars was moody and elegant. Definitely plan to come back to try more drinks! All wait staff were very friendly and the owner even stopped by to chat with us.

Let me put you on to Double D's Bar in Dallas because this spot surprised me in the BEST way…read more I went during happy hour (5-8pm) and their signature cocktails were only $7, so of course I had two and my friend had two too Every single drink was freshly made and so damn good. Like, you can taste the difference. Whatever the cucumber drink was tasted like springtime in Ireland lol. Now let's talk about the vibe because BABY... from the outside, you would NEVER expect what's inside. You walk in and suddenly you're in a full-on 70s-inspired living room. I mean, the velvet-lined hallway and the beaded doorway *should've* been my warning, but nothing prepares you for it There's tons of seating too: comfy couches, chairs, tables, booths, it really feels like you're just hanging out at somebody's very cool house. They've even have a pool table, and right at 8pm an aggressively competitive Uno game breaks out, which was honestly hilarious to watch. This place is such a vibe. Fun, unique, and just different in the best way. 10/10. I'll definitely be back.

The comfy seats, neon lights and unique drinks make for an immaculate vibe. I got the sugar land summer and I really loved the vanilla foam. Thicker and tastier than any foam I've ever had, I want this again. The orange creamsicle part was a little bitter though. I really enjoyed my sweet surrender and would have ubered here instead to have another - the brown butter Bacardi and pecan was great. They cooked and left no crumbs.
