This is my go to thin crust "tavern style "pizza when I visit Chicago in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. Normally we take out but tonight we actually ate in the dining room, which was cozy and comfortable. Service is always super friendly. Nice family owned restaurant. We opted for a medium sausage pizza along with some calamari. They bring you hot fresh bread when you sit down Pizza had plenty of cheese and sausage and a thin crispy crust. Calamari was also very flavorful and crisp. There's street parking as well as a small tiny parking lot along the backside of the building. Just a great restaurant overall.

All sausage 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 mushroom and all delicious!

Ordered a pizza from here on a whim, turns out I found my new go-to pie joint! I initially ordered for delivery through a 3rd party only to have to restaurant call me direct to confirm my order and let me know that I ordered incorrectly and was being charged extra for no reason. I thought this was beyond cool of them. They cancelled the order and I was able to place a new one directly on the phone and save over $10! All class and the best part is the pizza arrived super quick piping hot and delicious! Not sure why I didn't know about this place sooner but glad I do now! Highly recommend, look forward to trying other food they offer.

"Thin crust" was chewy and doughy. Wouldn't recommend for those who like thin and crispy pizza.

It's fine. Nothing remarkable. Unfortunately "thin crust" was too thick causing it to be limp and doughy throughout. The mushrooms had a strange texture, similar to canned. There was nothing about this pizza that separated it from others in terms of flavor or preparation. Asked for our pizza to be uncut as we will throw it in the oven for a few minutes if needed. Unfortunately directions weren't followed. Still on a mission to find a solid pizza on the NW side...

The wood‑paneled coziness,…read morethe dim lighting, the slightly chaotic entryway where a host with a clipboard controls the fate of your evening... it all sets the tone for a meal that's equal parts ritual and indulgence. They push the Mediterranean Bread, and honestly, you should let them. It's enormous, blistered, fragrant, and arrives like a hot air balloon made of carbs. More importantly, it gives you something genuinely delicious to tear into while you wait for the pizza pot pies to emerge from whatever subterranean chamber they're baked in. It's both a starter and a survival tool. A reservation is non‑negotiable unless you enjoy contemplating your own mortality in a weekend crowd. The wait times can stretch so long you could starve to death before your name is called -- and the regulars will nod knowingly as they step around your skeleton. Plan ahead. The salads are comically oversized, the kind of portions that make you wonder if they're meant for a family of four or a single very determined marathon runner. But let's be honest: no one is here for lettuce. We're all here for the pizza pot pie, that molten, bread‑wrapped, cheese‑laden dome of joy that defies every attempt at categorization. It's not deep dish, it's not thin crust -- it's its own thing entirely, and that's the point. This is the place you bring out‑of‑town guests when you want to show them something uniquely Chicago without defaulting to the usual deep‑dish suspects. But it's also the place you come back to on your own, because once you've had that pizza pot pie, it lives rent‑free in your brain until you return.
