    Mushroom on indoor trees brought
    Gino B.

Beautiful restaurant with indoor trees though the roof. Courteous and thoughtful service from the entire staff and management. Great Italian food with menus that change over set weeks. Wonderful experience, highly recommend it.

We had my 77th birthday party there last night. The food and service were beyond wonderful.

Excellent food and service! We had the Chef's Tasting Menu...10 delicious courses, worth every peso!

This is our favorite high-end restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. Having been to Italy several times, I tend to stir clear of what passes for Italian food in most countries. The fantastic chef-driven Italian menu changes every two weeks. It's a fairly limited menu but every dish I have had here has been wonderful. The pastas are a must --- as fabulous as the pastas I have had in Italy as well as Mario Batali's and Lidia Bastianich's NYC flagship restaurants.

Truly Incredible. Symphony in Your Mouth! Omg. Wow. The second you taste your first bite it will transport you into another world. The chef is an absolute magician and each new flavor and dish tells such an amazing story. Today was our first time, but we will most assuredly be back again on this visit. They change their menu every 2 weeks so you will always have an exciting new experience! We just came back a few days later when they changed their menu and by far the best restaurant I have been to in years. Will always be the first stop when we return.

Intimate setting with high end stem and glassware and good food. The food itself for the most part had a trend of being a bit over flavored or spiced when it didn't need to be or perhaps it was just unexpected. Not that it was a bad thing just a different twist on things although the fish of all things was bland and lacking flavor. I will say they can make a homemade pasta with the best of them dense flavorful fresh pasta. The wine list was interesting although severely overpriced for PV standards. Starting at 1200+ (with one an exception or 2) making the meal more expensive that it needed to be. The serve was good but very pushy bordering on rude but did a nice enough job. For me it was a 3.5 leaning toward the 4 more than the 3. Well worth a visit.

Actually so many members wanted to dine in this rather small spot that our group had to split up, with half attending on Friday evening and the rest of us going on Saturday. Well, it was definitely worth the wait. The restaurant is located on the street heading directly to the pier, just up a few doors from Dee's Coffee House. The menu is mostly tapas and wine. Every single item served to our table was a huge hit! Portions are modest, befitting a tapas menu. The food is as beautiful to see as it is delicious to eat. Please save room for dessert, as if you have a sweet tooth it will be well served. The wine list features very wide price points. The house wine is French, with the more expensive wines being of Mexican origin. It is all good, and the house wine is a bargain. The restaurant is cute, but not especially fancy. Certainly you can come in shorts and not be stared at. There is air conditioning! Service was friendly and helpful. After dinner stroll the half block over to the pier for a romantic end to a nice evening.

Bienvenidos a La Bodeguita del Medio…read more Come for the views, stay for the drinks, dance to the music, enjoy la comida y el servicio. We popped in for mojitos and relaxation. Mi galán disfrutó de un cigarro. This being one of few spaces you can enjoy a cigar in Mexico with the exceptions of some open air patios or smoking lounges such as La Casa del Habano. There were names and messages on every wall and pilar including the ceiling, lots of impressions, memories and moments, but definitely limited space in reachable places. I totally spaced on writing our names, but the memories we shared here and in PV were amazing + we agreed we'd back. Our server was nothing but amazing, we enjoyed some perfect platanos, a mango mojito and a moxito for me. They upgraded his ashtray to the coolest cigar tray I've ever seen (large with a resting spot for the cigar. My mojito was incredible but not as amazing as the flavor mojitos they make here. Best of the best! As authentic as it gets! There was música rica/rich musica the entire time we were here. The layout is fun and spacious being two levels. Restrooms are clean and accessible. We had a meal before coming here so I can't really speak to the entirety of the dishes plus I'm a veggie, but they have a lot of appetizers/shareables, desserts, specials, tacos, ceviche dishes, pescado, ensaladas, empanadas y más! Abierto toda la semana/open all week from 12PM until 2AM.

We sat on the deck, but being somewhat late (8pm or so) there wasn't much to look at, views are nice during the daytime however Service was a bit slow but not a big deal. No wine list but they have Malbec and Cabernet, or some whites. Which was weird because it's connected to a restaurant called Burgers and Wine, they're the same place, we ordered off both menus, so if it's a wine place it's weird not having a wine list? Ordered the mussels and the sabrosada to start. The sabrosada is 2 little breads with chorizo pate and Brie. Good, not earth shattering The mussels were amazing. Ina spicy chorizo broth, served w bread, they were very large compared to what we get at home (menu didn't say what kind of mess they were) and there were 9 or 10 of them, and was only about $7 US. We pay double to triple that at home dorm much smaller mussels Added on the beetroot salad, was okay, the dressing I didn't care for but it was good enough. Large portion of goat cheese on top. Breaded. And then the slider trio. Ordered medium, came medium to medium rare which was perfect for me. They were fine. The classic and the blue cheese one with caramelized onions tasted basically the same. The steak one was interesting, tasty. No substitutions or add on a for the classic, unlike if u are ordering the full size Wine ended up only being like $4US per glass, the pours were kind of on the small size tho. Overall it was pretty good! Good option if u want to get away from resort buffets for a change

BEWARE FOOD POISONING!…read more Walked over here for dinner because this place is constantly recommended by people in the neighborhood. All the seating is outside, which is fine. I noticed right away that the kitchen is tiny. It made me wonder how they manage to put out so much food. Service was standard. Nothing to complain about while we were sitting there, but the aftermath was a disaster. My partner and I both got extremely sick a few hours after leaving. It was pretty clearly food poisoning, likely salmonella based on the symptoms. It is very disappointing since so many people talk this place up. I will not be going back. Would really caution and avoid if older or immunocompromised.
