Skilled crew did a fantastic job with no issues. Owner arrived while I was waiting and proactively said hello, asked how everything was going so far and was very courteous - you can tell he takes pride in his business and actually cares about the customer experience. I'm not an active reviewer but when someone exceeds my expectations I am thrilled to be writing a review as soon as I got home. Will be bringing all my tire business to this shop going forward - fast, convenient hours (I arrived at 8am on a Sunday and crew all rolled in at opening time), reasonable prices and most importantly it is clear they know what they are doing and have all the right equipment to get the job done right. I have used literally dozens of tire shops across the Tri-state area for various repairs, tire swaps, TPMS changes etc for a large fleet of cars. I like the independent shops since they can do the one-off requests with no issues (try that at some of the big tire shops and they will argue with you, have you waiting for hours behind a line of other customers, will tell you they won't change less than all 4 tires at same time, etc.). This will now clearly be my go to shop - highly recommend.

I first brought in my old Nissan Murano here (over 150k miles) and although this car needed a lot of work (like all the time), Mavis proved to be one of the most trustworthy and transparent shops in the area. Then I got a Jeep (also over 150k miles), where it came with less problems but also was serviced by Mavis because of my good experience with them back when I had the Murano. Fast forward to today and I have a brand new car with no issues. I service it at the Honda Dealership for the most part but when I got a screw lodged up in the tire recently, I decided to pay my pals over at Mavis a visit, where they were very helpful and efficient. They had me in and out of there quickly and were just as awesome as I remembered them.

We didn't know what to do because alll the tire shops were really far away and the ones that could deliver the tire would take several hours. We were far away from home and the whole situation was just really inconvenient because we couldn't move the car. The car comes equipped with ran flat tires and the tire somehow had a slash. We couldn't find the tire anywhere. We happy to fine this place out of coincidence and it was about two blocks away. They couldn't get us a run flat tire but they got us a tire the size we needed. They had issues finding that tire too but at least they found it. We were motionless from like 945-1300. We were just thankful it was over and we could go where we needed. Enough to get us home safely for which we were thankful.
