This location has always been my go to as it's close to my house. Staff are always so helpful. The store is Very well organized and the quality of products they sell are top notch. I love that they make fresh snacks for your fur babies in house. They have self-wash stations and offer intimate grooming services to help your fur baby remain calm. I've been disappointed the last few visits as they don't ever have the dog food that I use (Nutrisource Lamb and Rice). I always have to drive out of my way to another location or store. They still get 5 stars, but please,please,please put the Nutrisource Lamb and Rice back on the shelves! read more

We love treats unleashed! I heard about TU when I moved back to STL, as I hadn't been there before. I really needed to find a spot to get my dog groomed, and someone suggested this spot! When you walk in it typically smells SO good because they're making their all natural, human grade dog treats. Dogs have to enjoy themselves too, ya know? They have everything your dog and cat could need... food, accessories, toys, the works. As stated before, they make their own treats in house. They're always super cutely decorated and apparently taste pretty great to pups! My dog, Eddie, loves them! Sharia is our groomer and she's wonderful! She always greets us with a smile and does what is best for my dog. She's caring, and gives him a great cut. He comes out so happy and always has a really great experience. They also have a self wash station which is awesome! You have to make an appointment though, so if you're interested, make sure you book it! Thankfully for over-the-top dog moms like me, places like treats unleashed exist. I ordered a dog cake online and they created the perfect cake! Online ordering was so easy. Curbside pick up was fast and convenient. The cake itself was BEAUTIFUL (prettier than some human cakes by a mile). My dogs loved it - especially the peanut butter icing. Our 7 year old Havanese missed a couple of appointments before Christmas due to emergencies and I didn't have my hopes up that she could be groomed without so drastic measures to remove a few mats that I couldn't brush out. I was delighted when I picked her up and she looked great. I liked the care the groomer took to not take off too much off in the cold winter. read more

I'm highly disappointed that I never went to this location before. I love the other location as far as size but you can't match customer service and acknowledgement. The lady I spoke to was so knowledgeable about everything and the food choice that I got, I was literally the whole time with my mouth dropped. Again I visit one location but the talk isn't the same. Maggie helped us out on Saturday! We had to run some errands and doing so during COVID is not that fun, but we had a pleasant experience at Treats Unleashed. They are offering online or call in ordering and then curbside pick up. We ordered a bag of our cat's favorite healthy protein filled kibble "Origen's Cat and Kitten." We also get the pouched food packs by BFF. Maggie answered the phone, got the items for us and allowed us to pay over the phone. I came here looking for a dog food that my dog would actually eat. Well we found some they lady's were very helpful and they also told me if he won't eat this bag of dog food then bring it back until we find one that he likes and will eat. What business has ever did that!! I'm very pleased with this store and prices are good too. Kind of hard finding a parking spot when it's busy around there but it's worth it!! They have anything you would need for a dog or cat. I've had my dog for 10 years, and he gets groomed every few months - I can't count the number of groomers I have used. I'm also a travel nurse and he comes with me everywhere I go - we have been to groomers in six different states. I can honestly say, without a doubt, this Treats Unleashed location is the best groomer we have ever been to by far. I paid $30 less here than I would at other groomers, and they still give him a way better groom than we have gotten anywhere else. After grooms elsewhere he may smell good for 2-3 days max, but after taking him here, he smelled good for WEEKS! Seriously. Cannot recommend them enough. Sometimes I think about moving back to Saint Louis just to be able to get him groomed here again. read more

I absolutely love Treats Unleashed. Well, my furbaby Daisy absolutely loves Treats Unleashed. She loves when I get her small iced cookies and the fish bites. Sometimes they even have a people cookie that I can have. I like to get her several of the No-Hide Chews. They come in different flavors like salmon, beef, pork, etc., and they are not made out of rawhide. When I have to put her in her playpen, I give her one of these and it keeps her busy for quite some time. She also loves it when I buy the meal mixers. Small bites of beef that I put in with her regular food as a little treat for her. They have dog food, stuffed toys, sweaters, any thing you need for your special furbaby. They have greeted my dog by name on every subsequent visit (which have been frequent). They give great advice and reviews on all products and recently I did my first grooming there which was also fantastic! Closed on Labor Day with no Facebook post or warning! ARGH. (me and 3 other people were peeping through the dark windows that fateful day). They carry Zignature! And all the favors! I don't buy my dogs food here on the regular (canned duck is about $3.30/can) only because I want to avoid paying taxes on the $50/week food habit he has, thus employ the great internet and FedEx delivery. If I do need to get it locally, this is where I go. They don't often have enough cans to actually buy all of a dog's meals here, but they can a) check other stores so that you can make the rounds or b) order it. I once used their online order and delivery system, which said they had the items at the new CWE location, but the delivery person texted me from the store to say they didn't actually carry it. That was pretty annoying and since then I just use this location. Call ahead to check for stock, just to be sure. I also never leave here without a toy or two, and a pack of poop bags, which are super cute poop bags. Their treats all look delicious, for either me or the pup, but the one I gave my dog once did soften the poo enough to make me skeptical of giving him more. Old dogs and GI problems... They may have a couple for sensitive stomachs-I need to check on that. They have a rewards program, that I don't pay much attention to, but was told that I had a $10 treat credit last time I was in. This place is adorable & should should be frequented by: 1) pet lovers 2) "shop local" folks 3) boutique (especially of the pet variety) connieusuires This place boasts your typical pet store fare (clothing, collars, food, toys...), but they also have an on site bakery to dish up yummy treats for your four pawed friends. I usually make my own dog treats at home, but came in recently to get some bday treats & doggy beer for my cavalier which he devoured! The great thing about this company is that they are passionate about pets. It shows in the products they choose to have in store (you won't find cheap Purina products & made in China toys in the shelves) & the staff who are pet people & share in your belief that your pet isn't just a pet, but family! read more

I've had such inconsistent experiences with this store. I never see the same associate twice so I wonder if they're having staffing problems. Previously, I had an awesome experience at this location. There was a girl named Princess (or something of the sort) who worked there and she was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell she genuinely loved her job. She even recommended the Primal Marrow Bones which my dog LOVES. I usually go to Four Muddy Paws because it's extremely close to my house, but she made me think Treats Unleashed could be my new place. Until Friday. (12/22/2017). When I walked in, Nate yelled "Hello!" in my general direction and didn't bother to look up or leave the counter area. I saw they had product all over the floor and one girl was stickering everything so I figured a truck had just been delivered. Okay, whatever. So my friend and I were shopping. I brought him there specifically because he's a frequent shopper at Three Dogs Bakery and I wanted to know his opinion on which shop is better, generally speaking. No one asked us if we needed help finding anything. I had many questions about raw feeding and had no one to ask them to because they were too occupied with the truck. My friend was also in search of an oatmeal shampoo, but who would we ask? I get that you want to go home and as soon as possible. It's the holiday season after all. But don't dismiss your customers and prioritize other things above them. I picked out some treats and a couple toys for my pup for Christmas. I wanted to buy more (it's our first Christmas together), but after feeling unimportant, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. The girl ringing me up was obviously new which I had no issue with. She's still learning and I have time. But I wasn't thanked for my purchase nor was I invited back. Overall, such a sad experience. THe BF stops at this location from time to time because he's in the area to grab food for our oldest. He brought me here on Sunday so we could grab some food for her. The store shares a parking lot with Andy's Frozen Custard. The store is neat and orderly. This location offers self grooming services which is cool. There was just one lady manning the store, whom was very friendly and helpful. I love going into Treats Unleashed, the employees are always helpful, friendly and eager to get to know you and remember your name. I love their products, especially the handmade, homemade treats (don't miss out on the frozen pup cups as a great cool treat/dessert). They carry only the best quality brand foods for your baby. I enjoy the activities throughout the year for the baby at the various locations from Easter Egg Hunts, Trick-or-Treating and Pie Eating contest. Another favorite is during the holidays and they offer giant personalized cookies and awesome pies by the slice or whole. While the products at Treats Unleashed are certainly fantastic (they really are), the service is what will blow you away. I selected a few treats, but ended up talking pups and nutrition with the staff for a good ten minutes just because they were so wonderful to talk to. It's obvious the staff and the business owner take their pets very seriously and really understand how important a pets health is to their owners. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I took my dog in today for a nail trim and it wasn't until we were driving away that I realized THREE of his paws were actively BLEEDING from multiple nails. I called my vet immediately and took him straight there. They worked on stopping the bleeding and gave him an antibiotic in hopes of reducing pain and avoiding infection. I tried to call the store multiple times to talk to the manager at first to no answer and then to be informed there was no manager on property. I am in shock by the disregard for care and the fact that they would employ someone with blatant lack in skill. I only hope that other animals have not been subjected to this type of harm.
