The quality of this place is going down hill fast. I've been here three times in a row with bad customer service from servers with combative and unpleasant attitudes. The quality of the food is not worth continuing to give it additional times. Management must have changed or something. The Ambiance is not the same.

Came for the rooftop memorial day party and a time was had. They had hamburgers and hotdogs being grilled right on the deck, $7 mimosas, and DJ spinning the best tunes. I always love coming to and/or staying at the canopy hotel.

The restaurant ambiance was relaxing with a beautiful view. Customers varied from millennial to boomers. The live music was top 100 across so all the customers like the songs. We had appetizers. The food was delivered quickly and fresh. Definitely surprised with the quality, expected bar food quality but these exceeded my expectations/

My friend invited us to a Memorial Day pool party here. There was a special menu for the day so we all started with the Strawberry Aperol Spritz which was nice and refreshing. We ordered the smash burger from the special menu as well for our entrees. For some odd reason they brought mine out with all the condiments separately but it was still delicious especially the bacon jam once I put it all on the burger. Once the Aperol spritz gals finished setting up we went over for samples which were so delightful my husband snatched mine when he arrived. They also gave out cool swag such as folding hand fans and tote bags. The DJ could have played better music as no one was really vibing to whatever he had going on. Overall it was a nice relaxing day with friends!

Georgia Peach is class, made with fresh citrus, Grand Mariner, and Mi Campo Tequila.

Treehouse has been on my radar for some time now. Recently, I had the opportunity to enjoy the rooftop bar on the 13th floor of Canopy in downtown West Palm Beach. The hotel rooftop bar has gorgeous views of the downtown area from the intercoastal to further out west and north into the city. They also offer wonderful cabana-inspired cocktails and cuisine that will radiate the vibes whether you're staying at the hotel and using the pool or just want to experience the good times. While I didn't get to thoroughly enjoy the menu, I did enjoy the Treehouse Roosters while I was there, served with Truffle Parmesan and a side of blue cheese chips. The dish is quite tasty as I devoured each wing on the clay-like slab. I am a big fan of their cocktails, enjoying two while I was there between the Sexy Senorita that was solid (made with illegal mezcal, passion fruit, lime, and Fever Tree Grapefruit Soda) and the Georgia Peach that was class (fresh citrus, Grand Mariner, and Mi Campo Tequila). The bartenders were cool and very chill with their vibes. I was glad I went as it became the golden hour as the sun reflected lovely onto the pool that was right next door to the bar. I'm sure the night livens the bar up plenty, as it really is nice real estate. I found street parking easy in this part of downtown West Palm Beach. So you can find parking if you go early enough in the late afternoon/ early evening before it gets busy. Definitely will go back.

Treehouse is so amazing! We arrived to check in a bit early so we went upstairs to have a late lunch. We were greeted immediately by Seth who gave us menus and told us about some of the specialty drinks. This place has a great vibe, large bar seating area with tables inside and outside. We tried the Tostones Al Pastor and the Latin Plantain Chips. Both were sooo good! A perfect snack with the Tropical Ginger cocktail. Scott had the Sexy Señorita. Both drinks were delicious and refreshing. Emma and Marie were delightful attentive bartenders. We were regulars at Treehouse for our long weekend visit and can't wait to go back. Also want to recognize Brandon and Mike who also worked at Treehouse in the evenings. Everyone remembered us and made us feel so at home. What a lovely time to be had at Treehouse. 100% recommend!

I went to Treehouse this weekend after brunch ended, so the kitchen was closed, it was nearly empty and the kitchen reopened around 4pm. For appetizer we ordered the Latin plantain chips. It was okay, the guacamole was good, not the best I've ever had, but still tasty. After the kitchen opened we ordered the tune poke tacos. The tacos were okay, it didn't look like the other pictures of the tacos from the previous years and it didn't have much flavor. The ambiance is very welcoming and spacious. The service was also good. There was a 20% gratuity fee automatically added regardless of how big or small your party is. So keep that in mind.

This is a great outdoor space. Very chill. I visited in the afternoon around 5pm and it was such a calm atmosphere with the elevated outdoor rooftop scenery of west palm. Natalie was our server and she did a great job being prompt and checking to ensure food and drinks were good. I had several glasses of moscato & the Canopy burger and it was delicious.

Spent the evening at Canopy Rooftop, a spot I've been to before and always enjoy. With the wind picking up, we opted for indoor seating, which made for a cozy and comfortable night. For an appetizer, we started with the shrimp ceviche with plantain chips--fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. For my main course, I went with the grilled salmon with rice, paired with their irresistible truffle fries--a combination that hit the spot. Whether for drinks, dinner, or just the lively atmosphere, Treehouse never disappoints. Another fun and satisfying visit--I'll definitely be

One of my favorite rooftops in Palm Beach County! Not only are the city and inter-coastal views amazing, so is the food! The service is great and the vibe is great.

I really loved this place. I went there on a Thursday night so they had the live music which was a nice touch. Everything I ordered ended up being pretty good, from the drinks to the food. Sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air was just so refreshing. And our server was attentive and did not just forget about us because we sat outside. I would definitely go back there again. 10/10

I stopped by Treehouse for a quick cocktail and appetizer before dinner, hoping to catch the sunset from one of my favorite WPB rooftop spots. While the Florida weather had other plans (windy and borderline freezing, lol), the food and atmosphere did not disappoint! I tried the Shrimp Aguachile, and it was a total win...fresh, zesty, and packed with bold flavors that paired perfectly with the cool rooftop vibe. Sipping a cocktail, taking in the city views, and vibing to the sweet music made for a great pre-dinner stop. Treehouse continues to be one of the best spots in WPB for elevated bites, great drinks, and an unbeatable rooftop ambiance. Looking forward to coming back (hopefully with better weather) for another round!

The rooftop view was the best thing. You can use the pool and bar if you're aging in the hotel or have a day pass. The food was ok. The guac had no cilantro in it. While it's say micro, it was non existent. Fries plantains were overly done. Service was mediocre. I sat at the bar, one bartender says nothing, doesn't offer a menu, nada. Second one greets me. I ordered with her. It was pretty busy I guess Friday evening prime time, but no one else was sitting at 5 seat section of the bar except me. Needed a charge to call an uber as my phone was dying she said she didn't have a charger- glanced over there was one, so then she said something was charging. All in all, no curtesy especially since gratuity is already included I guess.

The vibe is super cool, cozy seating, great ambience, dim lighting that feels like a hidden gem. I sat on the comfy couch and ordered sushi from OKA, which was honestly better than ever. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The cocktails were delicious too; strong, creative, and exactly what I wanted for a chill night out. I was having a great time, enjoying my meal and drinks, when disaster struck right at the end. I had literally just finished eating when a huge roach crawled right by my feet on the couch area. It was massive and absolutely disgusting. I jumped out of my seat so fast, thankfully I was done with my food, or I probably would've lost it completely. I didn't scream (which is a miracle because I definitely would have at home), but it was such a gross turn-off. I get that this is Lake Worth and Florida has its bugs, but come on, a roach that big in a dining establishment? That's not okay. You really need to step up the pest control. Also, the bathrooms could use some serious help. They're outdated and feel neglected, definitely in need of an update or renovation to match the rest of the cool vibe. Overall, the sushi shines, the drinks are spot-on, and the atmosphere is fun... but that roach ruined the ending for me, and the bathrooms don't help. Fix those things, and this place could be amazing. Hoping it was just a one-off bad night!

I'm not here to diminish anyone else's experience, but rather to share my own honestly and constructively. Situations like this should serve as a learning opportunity for upper-level management, especially when the level of service and leadership falls below even basic expectations. We ordered a filet mignon that lacked the tenderness I would expect from a restaurant claiming this caliber of dining. We also ordered the salmon, which unfortunately had that unmistakable metallic, pungent flavor that immediately signals the fish is not fresh and should not be consumed further. We brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged it initially but never returned to follow up. To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.

It was definitely not packed for a Thursday night on clematis but it's also off season and we were promptly seated when we got there. I made a reservation but you definitely don't need one. Our waitress immediately brought us water and was able to take all of our orders all the food and drinks came out super fast. I did ask for my salad dressing on the side which wasn't done which is why I'm taking off one star but that's ok. It did end up getting a bit loud once we were about to head out around 9PM so we couldn't hear each other but definitely more people started to come in. All in all we all paid about $30 each for this special which is not bad at all since it included a drink and very good portion sizes. That blackened chicken was divine and so flavorful!

We sat in the wine vault and enjoyed a delicious meal. I ordered the mini lobster rolls, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and truffle fries, while my friend had the grilled shrimp, salmon, and fries. With drinks, our total came to about $250, so it's definitely a splurge-worthy dining experience. Lauren provided excellent service and was incredibly sweet and attentive. Valet parking is the only option and costs $12. If you're looking for a beautiful setting and a special dining experience, RH Rooftop is worth the visit.

It's a gorgeous space and one of the main reasons I wanted to celebrate there. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the setting. Throughout the meal, I had to remind the staff multiple times about items we had ordered, and service felt noticeably slow. At times, it seemed like other tables were receiving more attention, which left us feeling overlooked. While the food and atmosphere were enjoyable, it wasn't the birthday experience I had hoped for. RH Rooftop has incredible potential because the space is so beautiful, but I think the service could be more attentive and consistent to match the upscale environment. Hoping this was just an off day.
