Fantastic service! Came down to get my bike fixed. Donovan, the Service Manager help me. He did a quick review, the pedal world not turn forward but would go in reverse, had other maintenance needs, estimated it would be $300. He recommended as an alternative a Trek Dual Sport 2 Gen 5 bike that was on sale. Took the bike out for a test ride. What a big difference. Came back the next day after doing some research on the bike. The bike is perfect for my road/trail riding. Highly recommend the Trek Bicycle Issaquah for all my bike Needs!!! read more

I've had a few excellent experiences at this store. I bought a new bike during my fist trip there. They had what I wanted in-stock despite industry-wide supply chain challenges. The staff was super helpful and made the sale easy for me. My next visit really impressed me. I bought a bike computer for my son's bike but had trouble installing it. I brought the bike into the store to see if they could help me. I didn't realize they were closing soon. The staff stayed late to install a new computer. My son and I felt welcomed the whole time and really happy with the outcome. The store is very well run. It is clean and well merchandised. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care about their customers. I will go out of my way to give the store my business again in the future. They are great! read more

Bought a bike from this shop. When we picked it up they didn't go through any of the parts or maintenance on it, didn't give us the little spacer for the hydraulic brake in case we removed a wheel, just said "happy new bike day" and wished us well. They were very nice but we had picked up a bike a week earlier at another Trek store and their mechanic did a thorough review of the bike's features and maintenance with us. read more

The service is outstanding and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about all the bikes and products they sell. These guys are just fantastic to deal with! We booked an appointment online, brought our bike into the store, and had the brakes fixed on both the front and back for a very reasonable fee and were out the door in less than 15 minutes total. While most experiences here seem to be positive, mine wasn't. If you don't have a fancy bike or aren't in the experienced/elite biker world, than this isn't your place. Brought my 200 dollar bike in to have brakes tightened and tires/tubes looked at (basically to get my basic bike rideable) and to have a kickstand put on. Was charged 200 dollars. Walked my bike home (half mile and didn't have helmet with me) and the front tire was completely flat. They also forgot a kickstand, so while I was in store I reminded them. He took my bike back and came back 5 minutes later with one that didn't screw into the actual place on my bike where one would go. I asked why he chose that one- no answer. Asked if it there were cheaper options- yes. I now have a bike that is still not able to be ridden and cost the same to "fix" as the bike itself. As a woman, the world of up-charging is still prevalent. I hope to find a location that will help me and is welcoming to riders of all knowledge bases, without feeling like I have been completely taken advantage of, and one where I actually walk out with a rideable bike. read more

Horrible customer service. I was recently in with my family to have my wife and thee daughter's bikes serviced for the spring. The five of us were in the store and at one point someone shouted for everyone to get out of the store that doesn't need to be there. Only one customer at a time if you are having something done. It was nothing short of a cattle call. Since it was the 5 of us and only one other customer he was obviously talking about my family. Come to find out it was the manager, Zach Blakely. I brought this up after my wife and daughters exited the store and Zach immediately tried to defend himself stating that it's the law. I said I understand what the law is saying but I do not appreciate the manner I which he tried to support it. I told him there are better ways to support your customers instead of shouting at them from across the store for everyone to get out that doesn't need to be there. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and approach. I would like someone to contact my wife for an apology in how she was treated in from of our daughter. So they did call and apologize and they did service my wife's bike for free. That was customer service. That's what we expect. read more
